• Malka & Joren (10/5): Ongelofelijk lieve gastvrouw! - Ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw, dr. Suzanne. Ze deed er echt alles voor om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Heel erg lief voor onze kinderen! Chauffeur geregeld naar Saqqara en Dahshur voor een correcte prijs. De matrassen konden iets comfortabeler en een tapijt is moeilijk proper te houden, maar dit zijn slechts kleine negatieve puntjes, want voor de rest was het fantastisch!

• Peter Eric (10/5): Good quality inn: Great access to Giza: Itinerary-worthy human and social experience - located on the main road before the pyramids and up a short flight of stairs, the rooms are spacious, clean and good for price with showers, toiletries, coffee provided for free: the mattresses in particular were the best in my 28 day stay in Egypt, so I could actually sleep well for once. The breakfast is solid and can be altered to your preferred time and content, which is very nice. Of course, in any bed and breakfast you should spend little time on either and the inn is good for this as well: pickup from train stations or airports, excursions, and special requests were all accepted and as far as possible fulfilled for a good price. The street immediately before the stay was both convenient for excursions in Cairo (fast trips mean extra time at the museum) and had the liveliest, most enticing and cosmopolitan night life of anywhere in Egypt I'd ever seen from Cairo to EL kab. The location is overall superlative for activities day and night It's very worthwhile to mention the guests: The inn's hospitality rubbed off on them, and they were the most unique and interesting collection of any hotel I'd been to. Great way to meet people. From what I've said already the inn is certainly a solid choice: the absolute gem though that makes the place an attraction of its own, at least for me, was the hospitality and personability of Dr Susan. She's very accommodating, diligent and guest friendly; her service is quite excellent. Beyond professional needs however, throughout all of Egypt I did not enjoy such a pleasant (living) personality. She is an intelligent, amicable, worldly, cultured host with a genuine interest in her guests and, of course, much sweetness to her also. She was the most pleasant conversation I had in all of my long trip to Egypt, and for that was a great relief and a great way to end the trip for me. When people romanticize the human experience of travel, they imagine high caliber people like Dr Susan.
• Sean (10/5): Home away from home in Cairo - Bella Casa Pyramids Inn is the place to stay in Cairo. Clean and comfortable rooms, ample hot water and good pressure showers, and walking distance to the pyramids and local eateries. The best thing however is the owner Dr Susan, who a lovely person who goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to her hospitality and her suggestions to help make a good trip a great trip. Dr Susan also has a good driver contact who can get you around town reliably.. Dr Susan also helped us source the best dinners we had in Egypt which we enjoyed in the hotel courtyard. This was truly next level. We had the best falafel and fuul sandwiches, eggplant, salad, fresh bread,and an assortment of the tastiest Egyptian dips and sides we have ever tasted. A memorable trip to Caito thanks to Dr Susan and her staff. So overall, you will be very happy you chose to stay at Bella Casa Pyramids Inn. Nothing.

Breakfast simple but tasty (huge croissant, jam, processed cheese, honey, yoghurt, very good and freshly cooked falafels, some local mush and coffee/tea). Room was clean and big for 4 people. Hot shower, clean toilet with toiletries (western style toilet). Location close to pyramids (10 minutes walking) and GEM (45 minutes walking or 5 minutes taxi for 60-80 EGP). Wifi was not always working correctly but it's not the owner issue, just the provided because wifi signal was always 100%. Breakfast good but exactly the same every day. A little dirty outside but that's just how it is in Giza.

• Cristi (10/5): Just perfect for us! - Bella Casa Pyramids Inn was a place where we have felt like home. Dr. Susan was the one who organised everything for us, helped us with tours, meals, beers :) and also shopping, like someone from our family. Room was big, clean, breakfast enough and the falafel... just perfect! Also, she was a real doctor, gave us medicine when we needed :) Please, keep in mind that is Egypt, not a country in Europe! Bella Casa is a 10 accommodation for Egypt and only because of dr. Susan! Is clean and it has very confortable beds. Is all that matters for us! We are not interested in old room doors or furniture! We do not buy it! :))) Location is far from pyramids but we knew that. For European people, Giza and Cairo are difficult to walk and, especially to cross the streets. But the drivers hired by dr. Susan made the distance not a problem :)

Although it was just one short night, she continuously cared for our needs and reminded us of things to watch out for during our visit to the pyramids. Dr. Susan made every effort to keep us comfortable, checking in regularly and offering invaluable support throughout our stay. Even after I checked out and left for Jordan, she continued to look after my friend, ensuring he received the care he needed while he remained in Egypt for further treatment. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference during such a challenging time. We can’t begin to imagine how things would have turned out had we stayed with a different host. Dr. Susan’s generosity and compassion truly made our experience unforgettable.

• Hakan (1/5): Stay away …. - This was the my life time scam ever faced. Building under cunstruction booking and host is taking customer as cash cow . They built a pyramid on our room. Started at 3 am till 7 am in the morning. Dropped the bricks used noisy cranes heavy equipment. Room was shaking like bombed every moment. May be did not collapse but sure it will be collapsed soon base on my engineering study. Named Bella Casa, may be has a great server as Dr. Susan, but owner keeps every guest as cash cow. We left the room after this disaster while paid for three nights. Dr. Susan said that they are sorry and will ask to owner to refund. But owner did not care, as he only cares about milking cash from the cowstumers. Simply stay away. Look only worst reviews if you choose booking to stay in anywhere. Because good reviews do not tell you the truth. I have video of whole night. Since booking does not let video upload I will upload them every other possible social media to keep others away from such disaster. This is a review about host how about the company presented this host as valued option to stay. I will review them too. But stay away from this mind of hosting and hosting applications.
• Ai (10/5): So wonderful because of Dr. Susan - Dr. Susan is such an amazing, kind, sweet lady! She was so helpful and caring! She brings breakfast with a beautiful smile everyday! When my internet ran out and I had to get Uber for going to a meeting, She let me use her internet. The room is so clean and the shower was great! Nice hot shower with great water pressure! The hotel is so well kept and clean! The AC works well too! She arranged the airport pick up for me and everything went smoothly. She also let me check out at 11 and kept my luggage till 5pm for free. She was always available on whatsapp and in person! I would highly recommend this hotel after visiting Cairo for three times (note: stayed at different hotel each time with higher price) I believe because my room was close to the kitchen, there were unpleasant smells occasionally.

The breakfast was good 😊 (Egyptian breakfast, I liked it) The location was not so far from the pyramids and sphinx by taxi. But I don't like the area itself for walking, I didn't feel comfortable. Near Mark and coffee shop. 100 meters from a main road 🛣️, so not hard for taxi for pickup and drop off. Friendly staff, except the day we are leaving, we agreed for a leave time a night before, but the next day they contacted us and asked us to leave early, even though I explained that we will book a taxi to come at the time we agreed a day before. Also, I noted that there were few other rooms available to accommodate us or the new guests coming, however they don't offer us an option and ask us to keep the room empty an hour before the taxi comes. Hence, I contacted the taxi to come a bit early. We were absolutely not happy with that. Don't forget to mention that we arrived a bit late from the arriveing time and when we arrived we found that we couldn't close the bathroom door ( the man came after a few hours of our stay and fixed it). Then we discovered that the AC has a problem and is dropping water inside the room (this issue was not solved until we left, we asked for bucket and towels hold the water from going everywhere in the room), and the TV was not connected properly (the man came 3 times to fix it). All these things make us uncomfortable especially for our first day men came for fixing, however the lady was trying to be nice. If you sit at the edge of the beds mostly you will fall down inside, as it was not connected properly 😔.

• Veres (9/5): You get what you paid for. Best bang for the buck motel. - Susan is the sweetest, most caring host i have ever met. If you have any problem you can ask her and she will sort it out for you no problem. I've seen everyone is saying this, but it's true. She is like the grandmother you always wanted, she laughs with you, and she scolds you if you spent too much money on souvenir.(Dont ask how i know) She even got us watermelon at 10 o'clock at night no problem. The breakfeast is the same every day, but if you ask Susan I'm sure she can change things up. Placement of the hotel is not the best, but you can uber everywhere. She can even get you a ride somewhere who is safe to ride with.

• Velebit (9/5): Safe Oasis in Cairo - We had an amazing time at Bella Casa Pyramids Inn, which served us as a peaceful retreat after our adventures in Cairo. The host, dr. Susan is a great person who was willing to help at any time, even when it seemed that there is no food to buy due to Ramadan time. Breakfast was great to start each day and they even helped us visit Alexandria and gave us excellent tips about the city and it's attractions. We will recommend this place to our family and friends visiting Cairo for sure! The location is not very walk-friendly for tourists, but that's more the city's problem, than this accommodation's. Other than that, it was more than great!

She helped us so much and so graciously when my sister got sick. She's thoughtful and kind and does her best. We really appreciated her. The wifi here was good and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the pyramids, but you're not in the hubbub and noise of that area. It's also an easy place to get picked up by Uber to get into Cairo or elsewhere. The twin beds were very comfortable. The room itself was basic and, by our standards, quite dirty. Cleanliness could be improved. We also can't quite recommend the airport pickup as the guy who picked us up blasted rock music and drove a bit crazy.

• Oscart08 (10/5): The best budget hotel and best host in Cairo No doubt! You have to meet Susan!!!! - We stayed in the triple room. Both the hotel and the room were really clean and looked after. Beds are really comfortable, shower has 24 hr hot water, TV has satellite channels, WIFI is good, location is about 10-15 mins walk to Pyramids, and 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simply amazing. But without a doubt, what stands out is the super amazing Susan! She was simply the best host I have ever encountered and I am a well travelled person. Susan simply made our stay super great and we are so grateful to have come to this hotel. After a long day and chaotic day in Cairo visiting sites, there is nothing better than to come to this "Oasis" hotel and meet Susan. Just know that Egypt can be challenging but Susan would do anything to help out and make you feel welcomed and relaxed is simply a super bonus. That there is only 1 Susan. We want more Susans in the world!

The room and bathroom was super clean. Breakfast provided was delicious and the falafel was one of the best that we had in Egypt. We were vegan and Dr Susan made sure to serve us vegan breakfast by modifying it. Dr Susan treats guests like family members. She will make sure the guests are always comfortable and care for them like her own kids. We had late evening bus to Aswan on the day of checkout but Dr Susan allowed us for late checkout. That was really nice gesture from her. We wish we could have stayed more. But we are surely gonna be back just to meet the super wonderful hard working lady Dr Susan. We will miss you mam.. Nothing. • Tatjana (8/5): - The lady who runs it is very sweet and overall it was ok for the price. There was some confusion as I couldn’t contact them via Expedia to arrange an airport transfer as they don’t get many of their bookings from here. We eventually sorted it but it wasn’t straightforward. The property is about 10-15 minute from the Pyramids and having seen that for an extra £10 per night we could’ve stayed in an actual hotel opposite, I would’ve done that in order to avoid the hassle of crowds when going to and from the Pyramids. Although the reviews I read said the rooms were clean, mine wasn’t. It was perhaps an anomaly but the bathroom and floors weren’t clean and my showerhead was over the toilet so it wets the toilet paper. Bit of an odd design. But for £15 a night you have to make some sacrifices!

• Marloes (8/5): A care free stay with very nice host! - The host was a lovely woman who is very thoughtful and helped us to find nice things to do and restaurants to eat in Cairo. She was very approachable and nice. Also respects your boundaries. She arranged a pick up from the airport, which was very care free when we arrived in Egypt late in the evening. The room had everything that it need. Bed, shouwer, toilet and the breakfast was very good! Best falafel I ever had! Our toilet broke down, but was fixed the same day. You have the possibility to book tours and eat in. We did not know this before we came there so already booked via another website, unfortunately. But I can imagine those trips will be very care free, as that is how we experienced our stay there. Not everything was perfectly clean.

It's close to the pyramids, but a bit of a drive to other sites in cairo. However, it was so quiet in the night and comfortable that we gladly stayed a couple more nights.
