Eva (7/5): - La ubicacion y la conexion de transporte publico para moverte por la ciudad. Limpio ordenado buen diseño, se nota que el apartamento esta renovado de hace poco. El duplex tiene el dormitorio en un sotano al no haber ventanas la extraccion funciona las 24 horas. El ruido de la extraccion es tan fuerte que impide dormir y descansar incluso con tapones.
EJ (8/5): - Je merkt dat het beheer op afstand gedaan wordt. Sommige electronische zaken deden het niet, zoals airco en sommige lampen. Duurde meer dan een dag om dit te fixen.

Dużym plusem była również lokalizacja Jedynymi minusami pobytu był brak odpowiedniej osłony okna od strony ulicy, co wpływało na poczucie prywatności w pokoju. Dodatkowo lodówka co jakiś czas brzęczała w nocy dość głośno.

Astrid (8/5): Buena opción para dos o tres días. Buena ubicación. Limpio y tranquilo. - Buena ubicación; zona tranquila, al lado de la estación de autobuses y cerca del centro. Buen aislamiento sonoro. Cama cómoda y grande. Bien equipado. Hacía calor dentro pero tiene aire acondicionado. Cafetera y cápsulas Nespresso de bienvenida. También té. El loft no correspondía con las fotos que aparecen en la reserva concreta, pero estaba bien igualmente. El altillo con la cama es de techo muy bajo.

Mates (7/5): - Čisté pokoje, dobrá dostupnost. Extrémně hlučné, celou noc lidé praskají vchodovými dveřmi a je to slyšet úplně všude. Nedá se tam pořádně vyspat.

В центр міста добиралися дуже швидко і зручно. Дякуєм працівникам за розуміння і доброту! Як заселилися підлога у всіх апартаментах була трішки брудною, було б зручно якби в приміщенні залишали віник чи швабру. Кран у ванній кімнаті над умивальником був дуже незручним, приходилось витирати рушниками всю воду, яка витікала.
Vanessa (5/5): Va bene se si chiudono gli occhi su certi aspetti - La posizione era comoda e ben collegata Mini appartamento carino nel complesso, al piano terra cucina e tavolo per pranzo, piano sotto letto e bagno Non sono mai passati a fare le pulizie, il che sarebbe anche andato bene, ma 1. Ci hanno lasciato solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica (in 2 per 3 notti) 2. La carta igienica non si poteva gettare nel wc quindi solo nel cestino che non è mai stato svuotato 3. Avevamo le formiche in bagno 4. La spazzatura non è mai stata buttata via e non c'era la possibilità di fare la raccolta differenziata 5. Non c'era alcuna tenda per avere un po' di buio la mattina (ci si sveglia presto a causa della luce) 6. Noi eravamo vicino alla porta d'ingresso principale, se qualcuno di notte o mattina presto entra o esce dal portone principale con le valigie si sente il rumore fortissimo delle valigie sul terreno
Ursula (8/5): Gute Lage abseits des Zentrums, aber dennoch nahe genug, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Komme wieder - Das Quartier war vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu Fuß gut erreichbar, die Lage für Sightseeing günstig, aber dennoch etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Gleich ums Eck gibt es einen alten Kasernenhof, der als Kultur- Freizeitplatz gestaltet ist. Ideal um abends abzuhängen, auch für Kinder geeinget - Spielplatz, kein Verkehr. Quartier ist sauber, alles da was erforderlich ist. Auch der Zutritt mit der Handyapp hat gut funktioniert, obwohl wir sehr skeptisch waren. Nebenan ist ein Hostel, in dem abends immer musiziert wurde, aber um 22:00 war es ruhig. Wer davor schlafen will nimmt am besten Ohropax mit. Wir hatten unsere Appartements im Dachgeschoß, besonders der obere Bereich war eher warm, mit Klimaanlage aber gut herunterzukühlen. Für die Stiege im DAch-Appartement empfiehlt es sich sportlich zu sein, ist ziemlich steil.

Christopher (5/5): Posizione ok quasi al centro, chiedere prima le condizioni della stanza - La posizione l unica cosa decente e il bagno Ci è stato dato un appartamento non presente in foto, due piani sopra la cucina e sotto stanza da letto se stanza si piu chiamare e bagno, io letto era posizionato per metà sotto la scala che scende da sopra per di piu unito ho dormito insieme ad un amico e siamo entrambi alti 1.85 di conseguenza dal lato del letto con la scala sopra ci entravo a mala pena e nn potevo distendermi bene, quindi il prezzo pagato non rispecchia il comfort mostrato in foto, sicuramente le altre camere erano piu confortevoli ma la nostra decisamente NO! In piu la stanza era al livello -1 quindi senza finestra, molto umida, non penso si possa affittare un appartamento cosi a 700€ per 5 notti.

Barbora (7/5): Praktické ubytování u Florence - Ubytování je v praktické lokalitě, hned vedle autobusového nádraží a městské dopravy, pokoj byl dobře vybavený, zcela bezkontaktní check-in. Zůstávala jsem zde podruhé a nyní jsem měla pokoj, který byl hodně malý a stísněný, prakticky bez úložných prostor na věci, navíc v koupelně byl často cítit cigaretový kouř - asi nějaké špatné odvětrávání, a v neposlední řadě je hned ve vedlejší budově nějaký hudební klub nebo něco podobného, takže některé večery byly opravdu hlučné.

Leticia (10/5): Inmejorable apartamento - Fue una estancia por encima de las expectativas, apartamento supermoderno con todas las comodidades y la limpieza impecable, la ubicación bastante buena ya que dando un paseito llegas a todos los puntos turísticos más recomendados!! Estoy convencida que volveré a esta ciudad y sin duda me volvería a alojar aqui y eso por no hablar del precio que mas que razonable!! Absolutamente nada mínimamente malo pala decir estaba todo perfecto!!

В оста - Апартаменты были уютные, стильные, чистые, кровать была очень большой и комфортной , подушки разной мягкости, были чай и кофе)) понравилась лестница в номере, это необычно. Было довольно прохладно в номере, батареи работали очень слабо. На лето это идеально, но когда весна холодная это плохо

Cristina (9/5): Ottimo posto, consigliato! - Appartamento piccolo e semplice, ma dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, letto molto comodo. Forse un po troppo piccolo (pestato più volte la testa nel soppalco dove c’era il letto, il lavandino per pulire i piatti era strettissimo..) ma tutto sommato, per soggiorni brevi in coppia va più che bene! Il check in inoltre è completamente online: si scarica un app sul telefono che verrà poi utilizzata per aprire la porta della camera (quindi niente chiavi o tessere)! Un ottimo metodo a mio avviso. Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse consiglierei l’aggiunta di un tavolino più lungo e grande se si vuole mangiare in casa (visto che c’è la cucina): attualmente c’è questo piccolo tavolino che si apre da sotto la tv, ma è molto piccolo per mangiare in due.. se si riuscisse ad aggiungere un tavolo più grande sarebbe perfetto .
