• Greg (8/5): Nice spacious modern apartment in a very central location close to absolutely everything - Fantastic location, nice and spacious and modern Had to go up two flights of stairs and the road at the front was reasonably noisy but okay
• Laura (7/5): While the location was perfect, the noise levels and stairs were an issue. - The location was absolutely perfect, very central and walking distance to local attractions, great restaurants and grocery stores. The bed was not very comfortable, it's so firm I often woke up with a sore back. The heating suddenly turned itself off and it took 2 days to get a response from the property about the issue (luckily I was able to fix it in the meantime). Leaving my bags behind the bar was fine, but the staff were not very friendly and where you leave your bags is not secure in any way - I walked behind the bar and took my bags and no one even asked me what I was doing. While the FAQ does say the area is noisy, I don't think that fully describes just how loud it is, even on a regular weeknight. You can hear regular conversations on the street, even on the 3rd floor. On the weekends it is VERY loud, so be prepared for your sleep to be affected.

Washer/dryer Rented 3 rooms for 10 family members...not all in same building. 3 family members left early due to this. Lots of stairs and no lift for elderly traveler. Circuit breaker went out on fridge..someone did respond. No front desk or person to communicate with....was not good for group of family wishing to be close. Shower in 1 unit overflowed...someone did respond. Extremely noisy location

Плохо закрывалось окно. Открыть открыли а закрыть потом не могли. Ну и то что окна были очень грязные. Панорамные окна, такой красивый вид на город и не приятно смотреть в грязные окна.

• Josefine (9/5): Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln - Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett und sehr gute Lage, wodurch alles fußläufig erreichbar war. Ein leider großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte, was im Winter echt nicht gut war. Wir hatten mobile Heizungen aber die haben immer nur einen Raum warmhalten können. Auch sind überall kleine Renovierungen notwendig (Toilettendeckel, Wandhalterungen). Die Sauberkeit war im großen Teil in Ordnung. Wir haben nur leider sehr viele Haare und Glitzer im Bett vorgefunden, die nicht zu uns gehörten. Aber darüber konnte man hinwegsehen.
• Paul (8/5): Very good Dublin location between Temple Bar and Grafton Street, right across from Dublin Castle. - We rented two apartments and they were both comfortable, modern and spacious. The thermostat would not raise the temperature in one of the units so it was a bit chilly. Luckily we rented two apartments and spent our time in the warm one. The cool temp was fine for sleeping but difficult for showering!

There is an air conditioning unit right outside the bedroom window which never turns off and is a constant noise when trying to sleep , you do get used to it but it's not ideal

• Virginia (2/5): Stay away if you want to sleep! - The flat was a good size and bright. It was a good location in terms of access to the city centre. All of the rooms were extremely noisy throughout the night. The bedrooms were both adjacent to a lap dancing club, which was on the same narrow alleyway as the entrance to the flat. The customers were noisy all night long, and the noise crescendoed at around 4am or 5am when the staff threw out masses of glass bottles into some sort of receptacle. We literally did not sleep for the entire stay. In addition, the shower overflowed every time we used it - one night I had to mop the flooded floor in my bare feet before going to bed. The living room overlooked a main road - so it wasn't like we could go and sleep on the couch to evade the noise of the lap dancing club. Finally, and this is a small but annoying point, there was no frying pan in the kitchen, nor any salt or pepper - fairly basic provisions in every other place we've ever stayed.

The apartment was well laid out, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in. The apartment only has single glazing and the noise from the street was terrible. Obviously there will be noise in such a busy area but I had to check of any windows were open because it was so bad. We could hear full conversations from the street below aswell as traffic, bin lorries, revellers etc which made it impossible to sleep on a Saturday night :(

• John (8/5): Amazing location, very spacious property in the heart of Dublin - Very good location, easily accessible to all the local attractions, pubs, and restaurants. It didn’t bother us and it’s to be expected due to location, but you can definitely hear everything going on outside throughout the night. Also, more of an FYI (not a complaint) but there are stairs only, no lifts. Something to keep in mind if you are bringing a lot of luggage or have mobility issues.

• Mary Montefiore (4/5): Lärm vom Pub mindert die Qualität, sonst schöne Wohnung - Prinzipiell ist die Lage und die Ausstattung gut. Telefonische Ansprache war möglich, u.a. wegen Feueralarm und Heizung. Housekeeping war sehr hut. Die Wohnung ist direkt über dem Beer Temple, während der gesamten Öffnungszeit ist die Musik des Pubs in der Wohnung zu hören. Die Lautsprecher sind direkt unter den einfach verglasten Fenstern. Die permanente Beschallung mindert die Aufenthaltsqualität enorm. Da passt der Preis der Wohnung nicht, daher keine Weiterempfehlung.
• Carla (5/5): Muy buena ubicación. Algo incómodo, un tercero sin ascensor y con mala comunicación con el personal. - La ubicación era perfecta. Un tercero sin ascensor. La calefacción no pudimos regularla bien y contacté con el teléfono de contacto para este tipo de emergencias, y también para pedir si el último día podíamos dejar las maletas y nunca me contestaron. Para el dinero que pagamos, lo mínimo es la comodidad y la atención por parte del personal cuando hay alguna “emergencia”.
• Margarita (2/5): Complimetary earplugs for the stay! - The location was great, and that was the best part of staying in the apartment. This apartment was sold for 5 people, which I would never recommend. Two of us had to sleep on the sofa-bed in the kitchen/living room area, which is totally inappropriate due to the noise. This area has big windows with no isolation. We had the feeling of practically sleeping in the middle of the street. We had to buy earplugs after our first night! The apartment is located to the top floor (6th) and there is only a small staircase to go there. This was not convenient, and I do not remember any reference to this fact on the site. Finally, it was like sleeping in a storage room next to a vacuum cleaner and a mop!

It’s right in the center, the space feels warm and welcoming, everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The windows don’t block street noise, so you can hear a lot from outside, especially late at night. It’s Temple Bar, so we expected some lively sound, but better soundproofing would make the stay perfect.

• Árpád (9/5): - Gyakorlatilag a belvárosban van, nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Minden látnivaló sétatávolságra. Boltok, kocsmák, éttermek a közelben. A felszereltség nagyon jó, az ágyak kényelmesek. Mivel központi elhelyezkedésű, az 1 rétegű ablak nem tartja kint a részeg fiatalok hajnalig tartó zaját, illetve a hálóban folyamatosan zúg a szellőző.

Extra costs for everything although a very expensive accommodation. Many stairs. Shower overflowed with water. Heavy fire doors throughout which kept closing. Loud street noise at night from alley bar. Otherwise nicely appointed.
• Lena Renate (6/5): Ok overnatting - Likte at det var sentralt, lett å komme seg rundt til de mest populære attraksjonene. Også fint å ha ett kjøkken hvor vi kunne lage vår egen mat, men vi spist middag ute. Det var veldig mange trapper uten mulighet for heis. Samtidig er det bare 1-lags glass på vinduene, så det er veldig lytt til trafikk og støy utenfor. Ingen problemer for de som benytter soverommet, men det blir det hvis man bruker sovesofa i stuen. Det er også en godt trafikkert vei på utsiden av bygget, så trafikkstøyen er konstant.
• Ender (9/5): - We had a great stay! Communication and check-in/out were smooth and clear. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and surprisingly quiet despite the pub downstairs. You do hear some street noise, but with earplugs it’s no issue. Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended! -

Además habían detalles como capsulas de café, sobres para un te, azúcar, etc. Muy bien equipado y en general genial! La cama no era especialmente cómoda, ni las almohadas. Como consecuencia de estar en un punto tan céntrico, habían ruidos, normal. Lo malo es que había un ruido como de extractor que sí que era pesado. Además no hay ascensor.

• MARCO (7/5): - Appartamento relativamente nuovo ma pulito. Posizione di fronte a Dublin Castle. Ingresso dell'appartamento in un vicolo dietro al pub davanti a locale di striptease. Infissi vecchissimi con tenuta acustica zero, essendo a Temple ci sono persone che parlano (quando non urlano) per quasi tutta la notte. Assortimento piatti, posate e bicchieri da rivedere (eravamo in cinque con tre forchette e sei coltelli). Impossibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze se non pagamento (e comunque non vicino all'appartamento).

• Alvaro (10/5): Great location, would highly recommend! - The location is fantastic in the Temple Bar area. The room was clean, and recently renovated. The washer also includes a dryer, which should be included in the description (that's great!). It is family friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment. There is a lot of noise at night, but it's also the Temple Bar area. Check in process is a self check-in, and the instructions weren't totally clear. There's no elevator, and the stairs are steep.

It is sooooo noisy area, that there were nights it was hard to sleep: traffic, drunk people singing till morning, garbage collectors and a lot of sea gulls. But location is good for having everything close.

• Peter (8/5): Beautiful place right in the centre of everything - though noisy. - Beautiful modern apartment in a prime central location (although it has street noise). The apartment above has no soundproof floor. You can hear every step the neighbours take, especially when children run around at night.
• Mary Anne (4/5): Miserable. - Looks nice First I had a hard time finding the place, no help from the property management. Second, the bag check is a joke. They tell you to put your suitcases in a hallway near the restroom at a bar where anyone could have rummage through them. We actually picked up our suitcases when our room was ready and no one even looked at us, walked in took our bags and left! Third, couldn’t get our apartment door open, again we tried to contact the management with no response, it took us a while but finally figured it out. Lastly and most importantly, property is located with a ‘casino lap dance’ establishment right outside of the bedroom windows in an alley where noise echoes. Drunk jerks coming in and out of the place ALL hours of the night. We didn’t sleep for 3 nights. I highly do not recommend this place unless you like lap dances, in that case it is very convenient

• John (9/5): Short break - Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. Really spacious and comfortable it's very clean and it's situated within walking distance of everything you need. It does get a bit noisy late at night. But you have to accept that, it's in a great location
• Colleen (8/5): Comfortable, but loud - It was a beautiful property and clean 3 flights of stairs to climb with luggage, and no elevator. There was no host to contact when we needed something. We had to ask the bar staff, and they didn’t know what was going on with the suites. Also VERY noisy area of town. Didn’t get much sleep because of the drunk people outside at 2am.
• Begoña (8/5): - El apartamento esta limpio y cuenta con buenas instalaciones. El personal es muy amable y atentos a lo que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es en pleno barrio de Temple Bar. Precisamente si ubicación es muy buena, pero al estar en el centro de la zona de ocio por excelencia de Dublín, es ruidoso.

• Florian (9/5): Mittendrin statt bloß dabei - Strassenreinigung war sehr laut und in der nacht! 😁 rest war perfekt!
