- Laura (7/5): El hotel está muy bien, pero si duermes mal no te lo recomiendo por el ruido. - La ubicación es buena y las instalaciones están bien. Está en una zona de bares y por la noche hay que dormir con tapones del ruido que hay porque las ventanas no son buenas.
- Aisha (7/5): - The location was excellent, except for the noise from the clubs around. The rooms are spacious. The staff (especially breakfast people) are very sweet and helpful too. Very noisy during the weekends and it’s impossible to sleep at night because of the live music underneath the hotel (starts from Thursday to Saturday)

Abdul Hameed, Samet, Emir and Ferzane, all were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. They made us feel at home and welcomed from the minute we arrived. Special thanks to all of them. The hotel itself was so beautiful and grand. The rooms were cozy, clean, aesthetically pleasing and smelled sooo good. The shower was amazing, the beds super comfy. It felt like coming back home after a long day and night out. The hotel is located in the most perfect place with restaurants, pubs, cafes, bars, and the Galata tower at walking distance. The hospitality stood out the most for us. Thanks to Adahan for ensuring our stay is smooth and comfortable. Can’t wait to be back here when I visit Istanbul again! They could work on their sound proofing a bit.

Starting the day with their smiles and courtesy immediately puts you in a good mood and gets your day off to the best possible start. Well done. I’ve rarely found this kind of hospitality in other similar places. Silver medal for the front desk reception team. They make you feel at ease regardless of your room type or age. Just the tight amount of professionalism, but with a friendly touch. I like this! An inconvenience with the duvet covers when going to bed , duly reported the following morning and resolved by the evening.

Il personale dell'hotel é gentilissimo e professionale al massimo. Accoglienza cordiale e molta attenzione agli ospiti. La pulizia quotidiana delle camere è impeccabile. La colazione veramente ottima sia dolce che salata. Un particolare ringraziamento al maitre di sala Aram Zeki Kerem che ogni mattina a colazione sul rooftop ci ha accolto col sorriso e la sua simpatia e professionalità. E infine un grazie di cuore a Samet, il receptionist più carino sorridente simpatico e disponibile che abbiamo mai incontrato. Consigliatissimo. Speriamo di tornarci presto Paola e Massimo Niente

- Gabisoniya (4/5): - Расположение отеля хорошее. Пешком можно дойти почти до всех центральных достопримечательностей. Ресторан на крыше, с отличным видом на Босфор. Завтрак неплохой. По меню. Отель (его состояние, ремонт, мебель и тд) соответствует цене (со скидкой). Дороже он точно не стоит. Номер не убирали. Когда принудительно потребовали уборку, убрали крайне плохо. (по сути, застелили постель и поменяли полотенца). За неполных 4 дня, белье не меняли. В умывальнике вода уходила крайне плохо. Рядом с отелем идет стройка, шумят и рано утром и поздно вечером. ВНИМАНИЕ!!! Отдельного внимания требует к себе ценообразование на мини бар! Банка Coca Cola или Fanta (0.33) - 9 euro (!) - ТАКОГО НЕАДЕКВАТА Я НИГДЕ НЕ ВИДЕЛ Бутылка белого или красного вина посредственного качества (0.25) - 36 euro (!) Мармелад Haribo - 22 euro (!) Простая вода - бесплатно, но приносить ее, надо заставлять.

The hotel itself is wonderful, very well maintained, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and carefully taken care of. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The receptionists Samet and Emre, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Samet helped us throughout our entire stay and even assisted with our suitcases when we were leaving, which we truly appreciated. The food at the hotel was excellent, and one small detail we loved in particular was the very pleasant scent throughout the hotel. It created such a nice atmosphere every time we walked in. Overall, the experience was outstanding. This has become our favorite place in all of Istanbul, and we will absolutely be returning… many, many times. Special thanks to Samet, Emre, Aram, to everyone in the restaurant and cleaning crew for their exceptional hospitality 🌸

- Chris (10/5): - Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό, τοσο στην reception όσο και στο εστιατόριο, όλοι ήταν εκπληκτικά ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Ολο το κτίριο του ξενοδοχείου ηταν εκπληκτικό με εντυπωσιακό lounge στο ισόγειο και πολυ όμορφο roof top με πολυ ωραία θέα προς την πόλη. Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου ειναι εξαιρετική και απόλυτα ασφαλής. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την άψογη διαμονή, σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά.

A localização, para mim, foi a melhor possível. Uma das melhores regiões de Istanbul para caminhar. As instalações do hotel são muito confortáveis e tudo é muito bem decorado. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos ao Adahan! Leve barulho noturno vindo do rooftop (organização de móveis, aparentemente). Porém, o barulho não se estendeu por muito tempo e não impactou nossa experiência. Com certeza recomendaria o hotel a amigos.

- Ana (8/5): Charming Hotel with a good staff but some improvements required to be a 5 star hotel - Staff very cordial. In the restaurant and reception they are very friendly and kindly. Hotel also surprised me offering, without charge, the breakfast and an upgrade to a bigger room and it was very nice!!! A five star hotel that has nothing in the frigobar? I never see before. Just in the end of my stay they put some items. Apart of that small maintenance and focus in details is needed. Peeling faucets, a moldy shower, towels that were sometimes too small, and even a patched sheet is not really compatible with 5 star hotel.

The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the terrace offers a stunning view for sundown cocktails. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was noisy through the night on some of the nights.

- Miguel (3/5): NO. - Lo único que me gustó fue el diseño de la habitación. El Sr. Emrah fue muy amable y me facilitó cierta información que necesitaba, no necesariamente vinculada al hotel. Fueron múltiples cosas que no funcionaban: -la calefacción estaba averiada cuando llegué, al igual que el teléfono, que presentaba un problema de batería -nada más abrir un cajón del escritorio se soltó el pomo -tanto el escritorio como las mesillas tienen una cubierta de mármol con múltiples huellas de vasos y de líquidos derramados, al igual que el espejo del baño, que presenta varias huellas; en ambos casos será debido a la ausencia de un tratamiento adecuado, pero el aspecto de todo ello es tal que resulta bastante desagradable -la sábana de la cama estaba completamente arrugada en la parte superior, tanto el primer día como los siguientes. ¿Tan difícil es planchar correctamente? -pedí que se cambiase una bombilla fundida, no hubo reacción, fundida hasta el último día -utilicé el bolígrafo y una minilibreta, pero no los repusieron -el agua de la ducha se quedaba estancada en el plato y acababa por formar una piscina, de nada sirvió que lo reclamara -la televisión ofrecía múltiples canales en varios idiomas, en castellano ni uno solo -lo peor de todo fue el desayuno: no es un bufé y la carta es paupérrima. Precisamente no había verduras al vapor, trajeron un zumo que parecía hecho la víspera y luego guardado en la nevera, y el plato de fruta resultó ser del tamaño de un platito de aceitunas. Anulé el desayuno, pero aún no he recibido la devolución Por último, considero que no tiene el nivel de un cinco estrellas. Si bien está ubicado en una zona donde sí los hay, este no es su caso. Presenta demasiados defectos y la planta principal carece de ese ambiente de cierta excelencia propio de tal categoría.

I would recommend choosing a room with a window, as it improves the overall experience. The staff at the reception were outstanding — extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Samer Abi, who was an excellent receptionist and truly went above and beyond to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. We checked in on a Saturday and were not aware that the hotel is located in a party area. As a result, there was very loud music from around 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This was only an issue on Friday and Saturday nights, but it may be inconvenient for light sleepers.

Самое главное - персонал: приветливый, заботливый, очень дружелюбный, от ресепшена до горничных. Хорошие завтраки на последнем этаже в ресторане с видовой террасой. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить менеджера Avni, за его внимательное отношение к гостям. Нам в честь Нового Года сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера и добавили завтрак. Мы переехали с «помпезного» Pera Palace, где к клиентам отношение персонала мягко говоря холодное и почувствовали разницу. Такого нет
- Andrew Krain (10/5): В центре старинного города , почувствуй атмосферу старого Стамбула . - Отель хороший чистый ,номера просторные, персонал всегда готов помочь, уборка каждый день , вода бесплатно ( можно просить на рецепции , принесут в номер ) . Метро рядом совсем , пешком до моста минут 15 . Завтраки очень вкусные , сначала приносят много закусок и в меню можно выбрать омлет, картофель фри с сосисками и другие блюда типа блинчики и овсяная каша и тп , плюс кофе , чай , соки и тд . Завтрак на последнем этаже с видом на Босфор . Ванная комната не отапливается , что создаёт не большой дискомфорт. При входе в отель вы попадаете к крутой лестнице по которой довольно проблематично поднять большой чемодан и не понятно как позвать сотрудника на помощь ?

Read + and - , then it’s your choice. + nice old design hotel, location, great staff, good cleaning, comfortable beds and good sleeping, nice bathroom design - the room has only 1 older model Fan Heater and poorly isolated windows, no heater in the bathroom, so for a comfortable room temperature we had to close the bathroom door. - if you have sensible hair careful with the shampoo and conditioner.

Breakfast is excellent, very fresh and local. We loved the building: it’s an ancient private manor full of character and personality. The location is also great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, a metro station just 1 minute away, and easy access to all the major sights. We will definitely come again. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. A bit noisy at night but it wasn't really a problem.

The water pressure is amazing-- crazy amazing- better than going to a spa the water was so strong and relxing 2)- service is 6 star- front desk- all the guys were amazing and they truly love helping you with recommendations- helping you with bags etc... The interior is very refined and thoughtfully designed, the location is excellent, and the room had all the necessary amenities. However, what deserves special mention is the level of service. The front desk team, especially Mr Samet and Mr Avni, were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. They kindly assisted me in changing my room to one with a better city view, and this experience alone completely changed my stay. It inspired me to extend my visit and stay for four additional nights instead of the single night originally planned - which I happily rebooked. This kind of attentive, thoughtful service makes a real difference and is exactly what turns a good hotel into a place you want to return to.
