From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. A sincere thank you to every team member for your outstanding hospitality, attentiveness, and the extra care you took to make my stay truly comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the high hygiene standards throughout the property, which extended seamlessly to the dining experience as well. I highly recommend having a meal at the rooftop restaurant! The food was not only delicious and freshly prepared, but the cleanliness, presentation, and service were absolutely top-notch. Karim (10/5): - I recently had a wonderful stay at Pyramid Front and would like to sincerely thank all the staff members for their warm welcome, exceptional hospitality, and very helpful recommendations. The level of care and professionalism truly made our experience memorable. The breakfast was simple but offered a good variety of options. While it was satisfactory, the food selection at the rooftop restaurant could certainly be improved to better match the stunning sunset views it offers watching the sunset from there was absolutely magical! I also want to commend the hotel for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, especially in the dining areas and food service. That said, the room decor could use some refreshing and modernization to fully reflect the overall quality of the property. On a very positive note, the laundry service was excellent: fast, reliable, and priced very reasonably, which is a rare and highly appreciated perk for travelers. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable stay thanks to the dedicated team, beautiful views, and attentive service. I would gladly return and confidently recommend Pyramid Front to fellow travelers.
Alexnadro (1/5): A disgusting hotel - Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, the service was slow, and the staff were not professional. The room was not as shown in the pictures, and there were several issues that were not handled properly. Overall, the hotel was not worth the price, and I would not stay here again.

Jaouhar (8/5): Le Caire ok juste pour les pyramides et les musées mais trés rapidement - L'emplacement en face des pyramides, le personnel "Tahar" et ses collègues de l'acceuil et du restaurant. La.chambre et les lits. La sdb toute vitrée (manque d'intimité). Les tarifs en euros ou dollar pour la restauration avec des tarifs très chers sachant que l'Egypte n'est pas reconnu pour sa gastronomie. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'énorme route super bruyante qui passe devant l'hotel ainsi que l'énorme usine entre l'hotel et les pyramides. En règle générale Le Caire qui est super pollué et surpeuplé, et malheureusement aussi la mendicité accrue (prévoyez un budget rien que pour ça !)

Alexnadro (1/5): ‏ One of the Worst Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed In - Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standards. The cleanliness was very poor, and the rooms were not properly maintained. There was a clear lack of attention to detail. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was no real concern for guest comfort, and no effort to resolve issues. The service was extremely slow, as if even basic requests were too much to handle. The food was of very low quality, with little to no variety. On top of that, the prices were completely unreasonable compared to the poor level of service and facilities provided. Overall, this was a terrible experience that I would never repeat. I do not recommend this hotel at all. there are many better options available for the same price or even less.

Alexnadro (1/5): Shocking Experience Rat Found in Hotel Restaurant - I honestly consider this one of the worst hotels in Egypt. This hotel treats tourists and foreigners as if they are just a commodity. I stayed there with a group of my clients — we booked 24 rooms for 29 adults and 8 children. Before our arrival, we asked if it would be possible to have dinner upon arrival, and we were told yes, everything would be arranged by a staff member named Samar. At first, everything seemed great. However, upon arrival, the reception staff including the front office manager, Ahmed asked us to pay additional fees, claiming they were taxes. This was never mentioned to us beforehand. Since it was late, we had no choice but to pay. After getting our rooms, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and that’s when the real shock happened. After ordering and being served our food, while we were eating inside the dining area, we saw a rat inside the restaurant. The staff tried to distract us, but we all noticed it. We were completely shocked to see something like this while eating. We immediately stopped eating and left the restaurant. Instead of apologizing, they forced us to pay the bill and treated us in a completely unacceptable manner. They even claimed that the menu prices were outdated and that the actual cost was $30 per person, which is completely unreasonable. No one informed us of this when we entered the restaurant or even when we spoke to them before arrival. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. We feel that we were scammed, treated poorly, and on top of that, the restaurant showed a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Seeing a rat inside a restaurant is absolutely unacceptable and a complete disaster.

Vannet i svømmebassenget var kaldt, og var tilsatt noe som «smakte så rart» (uvisst hva) at ungene ikke ville bade. Slitte solsenger og parasoll.

Helpful breakfast staff Clean room Large fridge in room & air conditioning works well - Zero privacy bathroom, blinds added to clear glass but do not cover properly and block access to door. Frosted glass would have been better - VERY loud roadnoise as hotel is on the motorway!!! - Toiletries minimal and had to ask every time for restocking (even toilet paper). No dressing gown or slippers which is standard for a hotel in this price range. - Tea coffee never restocked in room, water given every 2nd day only. - Pool is tiny and sun bathing on view to people eating breakfast/ lunch. No working umbrellas. - Breakfast was basic, no flatbreads but staff tried everything to help. Coffee is instant coffee - no relaxation area except front lobby if you want to give the person you share a room with privacy to shower there is nowhere to go. - just left of hotel is an isolated area completely dark at night. Area itself did not feel safe. - ironing not possible only via paid laundry service ( even though the ironing done in same building). - access to room via key and only one key issued, although our room was for 3 people. - ***building not compliant with fire regulations***. Smoke alarm in room covered with plastic, no escape options from room in the event of fire. Please be aware of the risk
Victor Daniel (8/5): Cumple con lo necesario pero más costoso de lo que debería - La vista a las pirámides muy bella, se veían increíbles. El personal fue amable aunque un poco de insistencia para venderte tours pero nada molesto. La habitación era suficiente para 3 personas. Las personas del restaurante del desayuno muy amables y atentas. El tema de la privacidad en el baño fue importante. Realmente debes tener mucha confianza o no tener pena por si tus acompañantes te ven haciendo tus necesidades o tomando un baño. Si bien sí tienen unas cortinas para tapar, no cubren del todo. El personal del restaurante por las tardes podría ser un poco más amables. En una ocasión nos dieron un precio de una bebida lo cuál pagamos en efectivo y posteriormente nos dijeron que costaba más cara a lo que nos cobraron un poco más, quedándose el cambio, no lo pedimos porque quisimos dejarlo de propina pero estaría bien que tengan una tabla con precios para saber desde un inicio el costo total. Quisimos pedir unas bebidas a la habitación y nos dijeron que teníamos que subir por ellas. Si bien nuestra experiencia no fue mala en sí, creo que el valor por lo que pagamos fue alto a comparación de lo que recibimos.

Karine Eyermann (7/5): Chambre avec vue mais surtout avec bruit. - L'emplacement est pratique, entre le site des pyramides et du GEM. Il y a un rooftop qui permet de bénéficier d'une belle vue sur les pyramides. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue sur les pyramides ( mais les vitres sales). Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue sur les pyramides, mal nous en a pris, elles donnent sur une route extrêmement bruyante et l'isolation des fenêtres est quasi inexistante : nous avons donc eu l'impression de dormir sur la route. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à emporter, plutôt basique.

Delphine (5/5): - L'hôtel est situé face aux pyramides. Il est situé sur un grand axe routier avec beaucoup de circulation (Gizeh et le Caire). Obligation de prendre un taxi ou careem pour se rendre sur les différents sites. Les abords de l'hôtel sont très sales. Il existe quelques rooftop sympathiques aux alentours avec vue sur les pyramides. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est plus que très moyen. La propreté est limite.

Deși în pachetul meu de cazare era inclus transportul cu taxiul atât la sosire, cât și la plecare, am fost pus în situația neplăcută de a plăti din nou pentru acest serviciu. Practic, am plătit de două ori pentru același lucru. La sosire mi s-a cerut bani pentru taxi, deși le-am explicat clar că transferul era inclus în rezervare. Personalul nu a fost deloc cooperant și nu a dorit să verifice situația. Mai mult, aceeași problemă s-a repetat și la plecare, când din nou am fost obligat să plătesc pentru transportul care trebuia să fie deja acoperit. Consider că este o practică incorectă și foarte neprofesionistă. Ca turist, te aștepți la transparență și respectarea serviciilor pentru care ai plătit deja. Din păcate, aici am simțit exact opusul. Din cauza acestei experiențe neplăcute, nu voi mai reveni la acest hotel și nici nu îl voi recomanda altor turiști. Dacă alegeți să vă cazați aici, aveți mare grijă la costurile „ascunse” și verificați totul de mai multe ori, pentru că există riscul să plătiți servicii care ar trebui să fie deja incluse.

Not many of the staff could speak english which made communication very difficult. The reception area was not great. Nor the facilities around the hotel. The swimming pool is not what it looks like at all in the images. The food wasnt too good. The breakfast was definetely not up to standard. Infact .. we didnt even end up having breakfast! And the a la caste was average/managable. The reception staff are not efficient at all, with the language barrier made it worse.

Shelby (6/5): Great Pyramid View- very basic motel - Close to pyramids. Excellent view of the pyramids. Very nice staffing. Easy check in. All very helpful and courteous. Extremely loud on the street and noise level very high. Curtains/ Shades dont close well. Its a basic motel type place. And glass shower doors get jammed, so please use care in bathroom.

Guest (7/5): - We spent one night here. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace was also very good. The room was okay, but unfortunately it only had one window facing the courtyard. We found the noise and the honking cars from the street somewhat disturbing.
Fred (8/5): Agre - Bel hôtel bien situé en face des pyramides. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Chambre agréable. Hôtel un peu bruyant (proche de la route et touristes dès 5h30 du matin). Petit-déjeuner moyen à bon.
