• Aysenur (7/5): - it was a pleasant stay for me. the staff were really nice and helpful. I was a bit sick and my room was cold so I asked for a heater and they bring me a blanket and a heater. I couldn't find a hairdryer in my room so again I asked for it and they gave it to me one. bottom line if your room is lack of something you need it they will help you about it. my only problem was the street noise. it was always so noisy because of an active, love street. it was really bothering for me since I have a light sleep but I bought earplugs from a pharmacy and that helped me. their breakfast was not for me but it wasn't bad. it was okay. thanks for your services. noise

• Dario (9/5): Would still definitely stay here again. And would highly recommend how easy it is to get around from it. - Amazing views from the room and very friendly receptionist on 6th floor. It was also very spacious and the room temperature was perfect. To add, the shower was great and they left a broom and sandals for the water. Breakfast was very minimal compared to the other hotels I stayed in in Egypt. Nor was there a great ambience. They just served and disappeared, never asking if I would have preferred coffee or tea or any refills.

Camera non pulita adeguatamente, bagno mal organizzato, mancanza di appendini sia in camera che in bagno e mancanza di accessori da bagno (shampoo), asciugamani piccoli.

• Hari (7/5): decent location for restaurants, shopping, Tahrir square. Basic room. Bit Noisy. - Location is good for restaurants and shopping. Walkable distance to Tahrir square. Staff was friendly. Wifi strength in room was good, but internet speed was on slower side. AC worked fine, no mold issues. Street noise is an issue day and night as the hotel sits above Taalat Harb, a main road. The rooms have thin partitions between them, so neighbors are another source of disturbance. If it wasn't for the noise/disturbance, would have given a 9 rating. Toilet is small and cramped. Location is hard to find with Google maps if you don't have a local SIM to call and ask for help, they have a small paper sheet with the hotel name pasted on the building entrance door. There is no signboard outside.

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful, which makes every stay comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. • Devadass (1/5): I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at New Panorama Hotel. - The only positive aspect was the friendly reception staff. However, it's not enough to redeem the hotel's overall poor condition. Despite being in a great location, downtown and close to shops, the hotel's condition fell far short of expectations. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at New Panorama Hotel. The room was tiny, with limited mobility, especially with large luggage. The bathroom was a major letdown - the toilet bowl was unstable, and the bathing towels were unusually small (more like face towels). I was also surprised to find out that the room I booked had a shared bathroom, and I had to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to a room with an attached bathroom. Other issues included: - No cups provided in the room - Breakfast required a 30-minute notice, which seemed inconvenient (I've attached photos) - The lift was in poor condition, and the ride to the 6th floor was intimidating (I've attached photos) -Given the issues I faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Perhaps the management needs to focus on improving the hotel's infrastructure and amenities to match its prime location.

• Ennaimi (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Cairo, and I had a really pleasant experience! The staff were super lovely and helpful from the moment I arrived. I noticed there was no water heater in my room, so I asked for one—and to my surprise, they brought it to me within just 5 minutes. Amazing service! I also discovered a small shared kitchen with a microwave, which was really convenient for heating my meals. The bed was incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. And speaking of the city—the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the center of Cairo, with metro stations nearby, it was easy to get around and explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and kind staff in the heart of Cairo !

They don't have a specific check in time, so allow guests to check in whenever they arrive. Someone mustve arrived early since they were very aggressive in getting me to check out. I understand I was slightly over the check out time but this is normal and acceptable in other hotels • Shower did not work properly - water comes at full pressure for 20 seconds then reduces then comes back.

• Ioannis (2/5): Except that the hotel is downtown, the noise at the room from the street was really frustrating. When you have a busy da - The only good thing was that it is downtown. Room hasn’t any soundproofing and all the noise from the road was coming straight to our ears. We used earplugs to sleep. Room was dirty and no one came to clean it during our 4 days stay. Water at shower has not pressure balance and once was high with hot water and after a minute was poor with cold water. Breakfast was poor. Two breads, one egg, one tea, two pieces of cheese. The door was broken and in order to be closed you have to Locked it Last day something precious forgotten in room and when after few hours of the check out we call them they claimed that they haven’t found anything.
