marisa (7/5): Não espere nada além de uma cama, hotel sem qualquer comodidade, até a limpeza só é feita diante pedido. - Localização, apesar da entrada do hotel ser horrível, e do elevador de séculos passados… Café da manhã começa a ser servido às 8 da manhã, muito tarde para quem vai sair para os passeios … acabou que dois dias saímos sem tomar café pois a van passou para nos pegas às 7:30.

Omar Elsayyad (7/5): All is good except the size of the budget single room. - The cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was so nice & helpful. The double rooms are so good and comfy. The breakfast was nice too, it would be better if there was a variety of food. The budget single room, it was so small actually, it was acceptable for me, but to be honest it was so uncomfortable staying in this room and you can't move around in it you have like 2-3 meters to move in, so I recommend you take the deluxe single room, anything else was good.

Ahmad (1/5): عدم احترام للحجوزات ومحاولة تمرير غرفة أسوأ بنفس السعر. - أسوأ تجربة فندقية مرّت علي حجزت غرفة كبيرة بسريين، وعندما وصلت اكتشفت أن الحجز كلام فاضي. لم يعطوني الغرفة التي دفعت ثمنها، وبدل ذلك عرضوا علي غرفة في فندق آخر أصغر من أن تُسمّى غرفة، ومع ذلك بنفس السعر! هذا نصب مقنّع وسوء إدارة واضح. يبيعون غرف غير موجودة ثم يرمون الزبون بأي شيء متوفر. تضييع وقت، قلة احترام، وعدم مصداقية. ابتعدوا عن هذا الفندق.

lolo (7/5): Très bon emplacement - Emplacement idéal dans la grande rue touristique, à proximité des commerces et restauration et accès aux transports facile. Petit déjeuner copieux mais identique tous les jours. Hôtel situé au 5ème étage mais 3 ascenseurs sont disponibles. Les salles de bains sont un peu vieillottes et les portes de douche ne ferment pas correctement (nous avons eu 2 chambres où le problème était le même), donc de l'eau au sol après la douche. Le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement dans les chambres, il faut le demander.

Breakfast is simple, rooms have air conditioning and the AC works. Televisions work. Beds are comfortable and clean. In the room I stayed in, there were wall peelings due to dampness. Overall, excellent value for money and performance. I recommend it.
Nicholas (6/5): Pleasant overall. Staff kind and courteous. Hotel was clean. A budget place, you get what you pay f - Breakfast was adequate Bread was awful plastic packaged stuff. But gor a budget central location, no complaints. A little noisy at night. My room was tiny.

Amina (1/5): - Absolutely nothing. We booked 4 rooms. All the rooms were awful. Did not look like the pictures. Walls cracking, no upkeep whatsoever. Showers leak. Scratched floors, just a dirty feel on the whole. Don't believe the pictures online, I can not even give this a 1 star. Breakfast was 1 plate with egg, rolls, cheese and a banana EVERYDAY.

Доброжелательные сотрудники отеля искренне старались помочь Номера не соответствуют описанию. Нам сообщили что отель подходит для людей на инвалидных креслах, это не так! Нет возможности заехать в ванную и нормально лечь на кровать. Нет без барьерного доступа к отельному лифту на пути две лестницы в пару ступеней без пандуса.В номерах пахнет кошачьей мочей! После долгих разбирательств нас поселили в соседний отель Lotus находящийся в том же здании, там номера получше, но завтрак все такой же отвратительный.

Yasmin (9/5): - This is my fifth time staying at Meramar Everine Green Hotel, and honestly, I never choose any other place when I travel to Egypt. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and peaceful, and the location is excellent with markets and shops just nearby. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, especially Maram, who was very welcoming, supportive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel — it’s consistently a great experience every time I stay here

Fodor (3/5): Aludni megfelelő. - A szállás nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű. Nagyon sok wifi volt és egyik sem működött rendesen, folyamatosan újra kellett csatlakozni másik hálózathoz. A recepciós kiakarta velünk fizettetni a szállást újra miközben online fizetés történt. A reggelinél az asztalon a szalvéta helyett wc papír.

Walid (1/5): I dont recommend it at all , i book with Castello hotel it was cheaper and more comfortable and friendly stuff and the r - Nothing The stuff are not friendly ( SPECIALLY WITH EGYPTIANS ) No network They gave me the worst room pretending that they have only this one The room had no window The room is not for single its for half single I couldn’t even put my bags on the floor I couldn’t walk And they didnt feel any sorry or embarrassed And when i wanted to cancel They took money for extra night
Sam_belge (1/5): - Nothing I was forced to cancel it by the receptionist at the hotel. The reason given was completely unacceptable. I had booked a room with two separate beds for myself and my friend — we were traveling from Belgium, I am Egyptian/Belgian and my friend is Moroccan. The receptionist told us that it is not allowed for an Egyptian and an Arab to stay in the same room. When I explained that I hold a Belgian passport, she then said it is also not allowed for a European (foreigner) to stay with an Arab. This discrimination is unjustified and unprofessional. I even considered calling the tourism police because of this unfair treatment.

Amir (9/5): Étant donné mon handicap, l’hôtel n’était pas adapté pour moi. Mai j’ai réservé une semaine pour mes fils. - La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. L’accès à l’hôtel n’était pas adapté en fauteuil roulant.
