- Karren (10/5): Loved our time in Prague staying at Nosticova Heritage - Perfect location in a quiet street of beautiful Mala Strana, within short walking distance of all the sites of Prague. Spacious rooms, beautifully kept in heritage style and a lift to access higher floors. Plentiful dining options nearby.

The rooms are like art galleries so beautiful. Downstairs there is a very nice bistro for breakfast where the guests of the hotel have a discount and the food is so good. The check in process is comprehensive. It is coordinated by the property as there is no reception. None

We drove around the block before we realized the right building, wished the sign outside was bigger and also that breakfast would start earlier, we had to leave earlier than 8am two of the three mornings so we didn’t get to eat then.

- Jaime (9/5): Beautiful room in a great, safe location. It was definitely good value for money. - The location was great. It was a 5min walk to Charles Bridge. There were many eateries nearby, and it wasn't too far from the big shopping mall about a mile away with a huge Tesco. I liked that we had a kitchen, although the stove top was blocked by the wall pillar, which made cooking a little awkward. We used the kitchen at least twice to make dinner during our 5-night stay. The staff came in daily to clear the rubbish bins, which was great. They also replaced all of the towels if they were placed on the ground. There were no kitchen paper towels to wipe up kitchen mess. There was also only 1 kitchen towel, which I used to dry dishes. I ended up using toilet paper to clean countertops, which was not ideal. Otherwise, the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Die Art der Dekoration ist normalerweise nicht so meins, aber es ist so durchdacht und passend zum Ort, dass es sich einfach wie purer Luxus anfühlt. Die Lage, das Personal, der Komfort - hier passt alles. Und die Betten sind superbequem. Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt: Im Essbereich wären 6 Stühle ganz gut, wenn das Zimmer auch an 6 Personen vermietet wird. Und eine Garderobe in der unteren Etage wäre gut, um die Jacken aufhängen zu können. Vielleicht eine Kleiderstange in den schon vorhandenen Schrank?

The room was gorgeous and just like the photographs. We loved the decor and the comfortable bed and made use of the bathtub after long days of sightseeing. The free espresso machine downstairs was also a very nice touch. Nothing that I can think of.

The bathroom was also large with a large tub and shower. Loved the location. No staff on site however the property manager, Petra, was easily accessible by phone and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely return to this hotel. Did not dislike anything.

- Roger (8/5): Nice, central hotel - a great base for exploring Prague - Nosticova Heritage is in a brilliant location, close to the Castle, the Charles Bridge, the old town, the river and, helpfully, Tesco! The room was comfortable, and the furniture and decor tasteful. The access arrangements were slick, and those staff we saw (the maid service) friendly. The cooking facilities in our suite (actually, more like a larger room than a proper suite) were fine, though no oven or microwave. Overall, a very nice, well-maintained hotel in an ideal location for seeing central Prague. Top tip locally: the Beer Spot about 10 minutes walk away, with its great selection of craft beers and decent menu. For me the jury's out on self-access hotels (which I didn't realise this was before booking - probably my fault): it's nice to have a reception, with human beings you can question about local sights, travel etc. Also, while the bed was great, the pillows were insubstantial; again, in a staffed hotel, I would have gone to reception to ask for replacements.

- Velvet (10/5): Will definitely recommend to friends - The room is cozy and spacious. The check-in process was smooth. Hotel team member Petra was keeping contact with us all the time, from giving us guidance on parking to place for eat. Very nice place, and perfect location. The bed, I think is a queen-size or king-size maybe? But it was combined by two beds, which if you're traveling as a couple, you'll often end up slipping into the gap between the two beds. Other than that, everything is wonderful.

We had requested early check-in, but they were unable to honour it, so we had to drop off bags at their sister property and then kill time till check-in. Dragging 4 suitcases on a cobblestone path was tiring. But overall, the property is a great choice.

Spacious, two cool bathrooms, very pretty, super clean, nice kitchen. Amazing location right under Petrin and a few minutes from the Charles Bridge and the wonderful Kampa. The lady in charge of the property was super nice and accommodating when we needed something. Also, there is a coffee machine in the lobby and a little bistro with wonderful cakes and a good breakfeast also in the lobby. Overall, we highly recommend this place. We went to Vienna afterwards, stayed in a hotel that was much more expensive and it made us so sad, compared to this wonderful place in Prague. If we need a place in Prague again, we will definitely stay here again.

Lekkere bedden! 1x per 3 dagen worden handdoeken gewisseld. Op zich prima, hoewel 1x per twee dagen fijner zou zijn. Jammer dat wc-papier niet werd aangevuld, beetje slordig. Maar verder niks dan lof hoor!! Echt heel fijne olie om te overnachten.

De incheck is super makkelijk, de ontvangst erg vriendelijk. Kamers waren precies zoals we verwachten. We sliepen op 2 kamers op de 2e verdieping. Er is een gratis koffiemachine beneden in de hal. Het is niet een hotel met balie maar een soort appartementen gebouw maar zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven. Zou weinig kunnen bedenken, alles was prima zoals verwacht.

Our room was very large. It had a couch, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. It was an easy walk to Charles Bridge and other sites. If you want to go to Prague Castle it's not too far from there. We would definitely say again.

Petra, was very nice, welcoming and very helpful… We had the attic apartment, so the shower was not tall enough for my fiancé which is 6 feet. We didn’t have the city view even though the location was perfect, other then that we loved it!

Lovely to come back to after a full day of walking around Prague.Very easy checking in, great contact from Petra before arrival via WhatsApp - lots of information provided and it was great we could leave our luggage at the sister hotel the old post office( on arrival and when leaving). All in all a fabulous place to stay and would recommend staying here. It's only minor and maybe I could have checked but the tea and coffee offered was lacking on the variety front - no black tea, and no milk. I usually bring my own teabags but had forgotten on this occasion. Handy having the fridge so could store milk. Not an issue just something I noticed.
- Sam (10/5): Beautiful room near Charles Bridge - We had a beautiful and spacious room with a canopy bed and a large couch - both were very comfortable. The kitchen included a fridge, stovetop, toaster and kettle. Large TV with HBO and Disney+. Towels were changed every other day. Self check-in with PIN. Elevator. Fresh-grind coffee machine in the lobby. Sometimes a bit noisy - our room was on the 2nd floor (Level 1 in Europe) facing the street. No washing machine for laundry.

- christoph (10/5): Perfekter Kurztrip nach Prag - Es gab für uns überhaupt nichts meckern. Räume, Lage und Ausstattung genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen Da gab es nichts, wer meckern möchte wird den Lift als zu klein empfinden

Uno siente que está en una peligrosa del 1800 viviendo unos días en una habitación con semejante decoración. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y completas. Buenas ubicación, cerca de todos los puntos turísticos de Mala Strana. Que el servicio de limpieza no incluye el orden de las camas, y limpieza de vajilla que ofrecen. Pareciera que únicamente incluye cambio de toallas, algo que no fue aclarado previamente.

I loved having a separate bedroom from my daughters. I appreciated fresh towels daily. The pillows aren’t great and they don’t bring fresh glasses/coffee mugs.
- Veridiana (10/5): - O quarto era um cômodo de palácio, cama com dossel, decoração de época, iluminação agradável, cozinha completa, tv com Netflix, banheira, sofá e cama confortáveis, localização maravilhosa, local seguro e tranquilo, silencioso. Amamos. Apesar de não haver funcionários no local, estavam à disposição pelo whatsapp para dúvidas. Absolutamente nada.

A 6 minuti dal ponte Carlo e stare mesto in zona Praga 1 Disponibili in reception una macchinetta per il caffè. Siamo stati due notti e ci hanno anche cambiato gli asciugamani utilizzati. Sicuramente ci torneremo Nulla da segnalare
- Horak (10/5): the BEST PLACE to stay in Prague - Can I submit a score beyond 5/5? This place was AMAZING! Beautiful classy room, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and so much space. Central location, very close to the Charles Bridge on Mala strana. Easy check and check out. I only regret that we had only one night here. Next time I will try and book my entire stay here. I can understand the very high ratings, and this time I can say it completely exceeded my expectations NOTHING. This place was PERFECT.

- Paulo (9/5): Great location and accommodation but no room servicing - Great location, good areas, comfortable beds. Overall very clean, smooth self check-in process. No room cleaning on a 4 night stay is simply not acceptable given the price and type of accommodation. Breakfast at bistro downstairs would’ve been a nice add on.
