• Abderrazak (10/5): Magnifique - Un très bel hôtel. Un emplacement interessant. Le personnel est très sympathique et a l écoute. Il m ont offert une très belle chambre. La bouffe est bonne. Je recommande vivement l établissement et je compte revenir bientôt.

• ZEKKARI Khalid (4/5): Séjour mitigé - Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier animé, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et proche des lieux emblématiques. Établissement rénové et propre. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux dès le premier jour. Mention spéciale également au personnel de ménage, très professionnel et attentionné. Chambre nettoyée même en dehors des horaires habituels, un vrai plus. Restauration (pour le Sohour) de qualité, avec un chef très aimable. Très gros problème d’insonorisation : la chambre n’est pas du tout isolée du bruit. On entend tout, que ce soit le couloir ou les chambres voisines. Autre point très négatif : la présence de travaux pendant tout le séjour (7 nuitées). Des nuisances sonores importantes du matin jusqu’à l’après-midi, chaque jour, sans avoir été informé au préalable. Il aurait été appréciable d’être prévenu avant l’arrivée, le jour même, ou de se voir proposer une chambre éloignée des travaux. Ces conditions n’ont pas permis de se reposer, ce qui est pourtant essentiel lors d’un séjour à l’hôtel.
• isaac (7/5): Overall satisfactory hotel in downtown Cairo. It’s a nice hotel by all standards. - The professionalism of the staff and promptness to attend to complaints. The noise from the 7th floor reconstruction works disturbed my sleep and meetings.

Et les travaux au marteau piqueur et disque usé du matin 8h au soir 21h… c’est bien de prévenir les clients à leur arrivée mais c’est trop tard quand on a déjà payé… Les travaux étaient assourdissants

• marcel (4/5): Needs improvement - This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can say you get fair value for a reasonable price.. But don't expect more. The hotel notified me before arrival that check-in can be done via the Guest Advisor app, which I also used to book the airport transfer for a fixed price listed in the app. A few days later, however, a hotel employee contacted me via WhatsApp demanding 50% more than the app's quoted price for the transfer.. Of course, I refused and arranged a cheaper, more convenient ride independently. Haggling like this is common in Egyptian markets, but I didn't expect it in direct communication with the hotel.What surprised me most negatively was that at check-out, reception demanded payment for this transfer. I had to show the related WhatsApp conversation to resolve it.. This kind of behavior is truly unacceptable and needs improvement..Breakfast is a bit monotonous but okay; however, the hotel could invest in a coffee machine or at least offer proper normal coffee.. Not just instant Nescafé chemistry.

• Maryam (10/5): - je recommande nous étions au 9 eme étage et nous n’avons pas été importuné par le bruit de la ville, la chambre été propre et le petit déjeuner correcte. Merci également à Donia qui a été adorable avec nous !! Le jeune de la sécurité ( le chatin clair) qui ne voulais absolument pas aider à plusieurs reprises , j’étais avec une poussette , un bébé et des bagages. Juste ouvrir la porte il ne le voulais pas, prétextant que son travail été de rester devant la porte à surveiller , malgré les remontrance de ses supérieurs il le faisait une fois et puis plus jamais!

• Ruofeng (2/5): 非常糟糕，几乎毁了我对埃及的美好回忆。 - 酒店地理位置不错。前台和客房服务人员态度很好，但是除了道歉解决不了任何问题。 整个酒店非常差劲，早餐可有可无，床上用品老旧。第一晚我抵达酒店的时候已经接近凌晨十二点，但是酒店方完全没有进行任何提前准备。入住后房间糟糕至极，房间里没有毛巾，空调不制冷，衣柜等设施是坏的，最最最重要的是压根没有热水，淋浴水流极小，甚至水龙头打开后流出的水是黄色的，洗发水也没有更换。联系前台后，修空调修了足足一小时，同时把整个阳台搞的很乱。第二晚给我换了房间，但是同样存在没有热水，缺少浴巾。向前台提出需要浴巾的请求后，再次等了接近一个小时才拿到。

• Bassem (7/5): A good stay for a medium budget hotel, small issues with bathroom and cleanness. - We liked the staff, breakfast, location in the heart of Cairo, and room area was comfortable. The bathroom had no shower partition, water would fill the area after each shower. Stains were seen in some places on the floor. I stayed for 9 days which 3 of them, no hot water was available.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre et des principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, surtout pour un hôtel aussi bien situé. • Magdalena (7/5): Quiet in downtown Cairo - Quiet location in downtown Cairo. Great coffee shop inside. Internet was working fine inside the rooms, but bad at the remaining if property. Free water bottles :) Shower is not separated by curtain or doors, so no matter what you will flood the bathroom. AC blows straight at bed, but it's too hot if you turn it off.

• Gabriele (8/5): Fazit: Tolles Personal, herzliche Atmosphäre – aber die Rauchproblematik ist ein großes Manko. - Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm, vor allem dank des großartigen Personals. Von der Reinigungsdame über das Service-Team bis hin zum Koch: Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben mit ihrer fröhlichen Art jeden Tag aufs Neue für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die ihren Job gerne machen und sich wirklich um die Gäste bemühen. Besonders schön war, dass man immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurde – egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Ein großes Lob auch an die Küche: Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Insgesamt ein Team, das den Aufenthalt definitiv aufwertet! Ein deutlicher Kritikpunkt: Für Nichtraucher ist das Hotel leider problematisch. Es wird wirklich überall, wirklich ÜBERALL geraucht – drinnen, draußen, in den Zimmern. Das ist nicht nur unangenehm, sondern für viele Gäste ein echter Störfaktor. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Klare Rauchbereiche oder ein konsequentes Rauchverbot in Innenräumen wären ein großer Schritt nach vorne. Fazit: Tolles Personal, herzliche Atmosphäre – aber die Rauchproblematik ist ein großes Manko. Wenn hier nachgebessert wird, wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt.

• Slim (9/5): Alles gut, immer wieder gerne 👍 - ...vom Personal bis zur Service-Kraft hat alles super funktioniert, auf Fragen wurde immer geantwortet, die Lage des Hotels ist super, zentral gelegen, man kommt überall hin. Das Frühstück war ok, hatte alles was man so braucht...

• Buğra (8/5): Perfect location, helpful staff and good coffee - The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right between Khan El Khalili and the Egyptian Museum. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They constantly asked if everything was OK. The room facilities were adequate. The bathroom was spacious. The room was cleaned everyday and two 600 ml bottles of water were given daily. Located a cafe at the hotel entrance is a great advantage. The coffees were reasonably priced and good. There is only one window in the room and it looks out onto the apartment building. They said all single rooms were like this. There were no hotel slippers in the room. Don't forget to bring your own slippers.
