Tessa (10/5): Vriendelijk thuis met uitzicht op pyramides - Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons thuis en verwend. Een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de piramides. De kamer was, cool, schoon, lekker bed en met balkon met uitzicht. We waren blij verrast met alles. We komen graag terug. Bij aankomst was de entree even wennen omdat het hotel op de 6e verdieping is. Maar laat je daardoor niet tegenhouden .
Asia (10/5): Stupore e relax - Miglior soggiorno che io abbia mai prenotato, dalle stanze con vista piramidi eccezionali negli arredi e nella pulizia, ottima posizione e staff super gentile e disponibile, all’interno della struttura si può usufruire della piscina e il ristorante molto buono e pieno di vasta scelta. Ci ritornerei. Tutto ristrutturato e con stanze e corridoi molto belli

Nous avons dîner une fois lors de notre séjour de 3 nuits et honnêtement par rapport au prix, la qualité est très moyenne. N’hésitez pas à prendre un uber et vous rapprocher des pyramides avec des restaurants rooftop de bien meilleurs qualités. Autrement le reste de l’hôtel était plus que satisfaisant !

The absolute highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace with a breathtaking direct view of the Pyramids of Giza, especially during sunset which made the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace with this amazing view was truly special. The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids while still being peaceful and relaxing. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfectly organized and very enjoyable.

Vanessa (8/5): Nice and confortable - The hotel is has a good location near the Giza pyramids. The rooms are spacious, nice, and comfortable. The hotel entrance is a little unusual, tucked away in an alley, but you'll find it quickly. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff is very friendly. They offer a breakfast buffet on the terrace with views of the pyramids. I didn't like the access to the hotel, it was dark and I couldn't find it.

Nadia (10/5): Reliable clean hotel with view and friendly staff - The location is great, right between Giza (30min walk/5min car) and GEM museum (20min walk/3min car) we walked to both. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the reception is 24h and that allowed us to do a late check-in and an early check-out with early breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and had the view to the pyramids. We come from italy and we were struggling finding a reliable hotel with good reviews but I totally reccommend this hotel and staff! Thank you It took a bit to arrange the pickup from the airport but at the end Mario confirmed us and we found our driver in front of the exit waiting for us. I have nothing to complain about, completely satisfied

Ελένη (8/5): Overall good - The staff were excellent, especially the front desk, if it weren't for them our experience would not have been as good. The room was clean and comfortable. Also great view of the pyramids. Although the hotel is in a good location in Giza, there isn't much to do around except visit the pyramids and GEM.
ELİF NAZLI (5/5): - Piramitlere ve GEM’e yakın olması büyük avantaj. Fakat Kahire’nin eski bölgesinde Giza bölgesinde. Burada çok konforlu otel bulmak pek mümkün değil. Otel downtown’a ve yeni kahireye oldukça uzak, gidiş dönüş 1 saati bulabiliyor. Otelin konumu anayol üstü, gece saatlerinde bile gürültülü olabiliyor ama bu Kahire’nin genelinde böyle, kulaklık getirmekte fayda var. Odaların tasarımı yeni, minibar da düşünülmüş fakat çarşafların içi beni hiç mutlu etmedi. Otelin teras manzarası müthiş, piramitleri görüyor fakat Kahvaltı bana hiç hitap etmedi. Resepsyondaki görevlilere teşekkürler.

Lucas (8/5): Bon hotêl pour rester plusieurs jours proche des Pyramides et du GEM - Le personnel est trés serviable et souriant. Arrangeant pour garder nos bagages sur notre dernière journée. Litterie relativement confortable et chambre spacieuse. L'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale car nous entendions en permanence les klaxons provenant de la rue. Le hall avant de prendre l'ascenseur est joli mais plutôt sale / dégradé.

Le richieste di costi per guida e trasporti si sono rivelate sempre molto più costose di Uber o di siti che propongono servizi.

Simonetta (2/5): - Ho prenotato questo hotel per una vacanza di gruppo ( 5 amiche). All'arrivo all'aeroporto ci doveva attendere una persona che ci avrebbe trasportato gratuitamente all'hotel. Peccato che per 5 persone è arrivata una sola auto sgangherata ed abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti che arrivasse la seconda altrettanto sporca e acciaccata. Giunte all'hotel siamo rimaste scioccate. Non si capiva nemmeno dove fosse in quanto infilato tra due palazzi alla fine di un cunicolo che porta ad un edificio fatiscente in cui l'hotel occupa l'ultimo piano. L'istinto è stato quello di andarcene ma abbiamo voluto vedere le camere che non erano male, spaziose e con letti comodi. Però... le dotazioni elencate non esistono: bidet, pantofole, gel igienizzante, ferro da stiro...Gli asciugamani sono vecchi, sdruciti e fané. La carta igienica va chiesta ripetutamente. La prima sera siamo rientrate e le camere non erano state rifatte. Si deve chiedere perché secondo loro non è ovvio che sia così. I due ascensori non sono puliti e funzionano a caso. La colazione è abbondante ma i dolci non sono freschissimi. Si deve pagare per un espresso aggiuntivo e per un cappuccino chiedono un pagamento aggiuntivo in quanto non compreso.. E' difficile pagare le consumazioni avute in varie occasioni se richieste in valuta locale. Il personale ha scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese ed è complicato capirsi.. Abbiamo pagato il conto la sera prima della partenza nella sala ristorante, su una scrivania posticcia con le scarpe del titolare buttate vicino alla sedia dove ci si doveva accomodare La navetta per il ritorno all'aeroporto , spacciata per inclusa, al ritorno è stata profumatamente pagata. Mai più.

Bel terrazzo ampio e zona tetto con bellissima vista piramidi. Posizione comoda. Stanza non insonorizzata, i clacson della strada sono sempre presenti e particolarmente fastidiosi ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Carta igienica sempre da chiedere (un solo rotolo) e cestini molto piccoli se so sta per più giorni. Colazione un po' scarna, soprattutto lato dolce. Ascensore/i a volte non funzionante/i.

Felix (9/5): Awesome view, but be aware of the neighborhood - Staff is friendly, and the view from the rooms and the rooftop is very special with the pyramids. Sadly, my experience was that the location of the hotel is not tourist-friendly (there were always scammy people when I exited the hotel). I never felt safe walking near the hotel by myself. And the bed sheets and towels had a few stains.

Pauline (10/5): All in all, it was a wonderful stay in a perfectly located hotel near the pyramids, with friendly staff, clean and well- - The location is very close to the pyramids, which is very convenient. Cars can park directly in front of the hotel, which is great because you can order an Uber straight to the door. The hotel owners and staff are incredibly kind and create a very honest and warm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The best part is the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids. Breakfast is very varied and includes plenty of fruit, cold cuts, bread, and also warm dishes. All in all, it was a wonderful stay with delicious food and friendly staff.

Zanda (8/5): Great price-performance ratio - We had a very comfortable stay here and the price-performance ratio is excellent. Our room was spacious and the rooftop café has a beautiful view of the pyramids. Breakfast is also served there, and the view made my mornings. The hotel is located in Giza, close to the Pyramids and the new GEM museum. It is quite far from centre of the Cairo, the Nile, and central restaurants or nightlife (usually at least a 30-minute Uber drive, longer with traffic), but we knew this in advance because we focused on Giza activities. The hotel itself is on the upper floors of a residential building (there is an elevator). Nearby you can find small shops for snacks, water, and fruit. Staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great budget-friendly option with amazing pyramid views. The neighbourhood might seem a bit “shady” at first, but in reality people are just going about their daily life and we never felt unsafe.

Alessandra (7/5): Chouette hôtel avec un rooftop - J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et, en général, j’ai eu une belle expérience. Du rooftop de l’hôtel, nous pouvons admirer les pyramides. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. - Le premier jour, lorsque je suis arrivée dans chambre, je n’avais pas de taies d’oreiller, de gel douche et de serviettes. Le personnel a heureusement très rapidement réglé le problème. - J’avais droit au pick-up gratuit à l’aéroport. J’avais prévenu l’hôtel de ma venue et ils m’avaient confirmé la réservation de mon taxi. Cependant, lorsque j’ai atterri, personne n’était sur place pour m’accueillir. Quelqu’un était censé m’attendre à l’aéroport et personne n’était là. J’ai dû moi-même leur envoyer un message pour savoir où ils étaient. Ils savaient le moment auquel j’atterrirais et mon numéro de vol. Je pense alors qu’ils m’avaient oublié. J’ai atterri à 12h10, je leur ai envoyé un message à 11h55 car je ne trouvais pas mon chauffeur. Il est arrivé vers 13h50… - Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas les deux premiers jours. - Les images sur Booking donnaient l’impression que le petit-déjeuner était un buffet. En réalité, non.

Der Besitzer hat uns am ersten Abend direkt in Empfang genommen und hat uns Tipps zu unserem Aufenthalt gegeben. Er gab uns die Möglichkeit Touren über ihn zu buchen, aber nicht aufdringlich. Einen Tipp für ein leckeres, typisch ägyptisches Abendessen gab es auch noch dazu. Das WLAN war anfangs leider sehr instabil. Uns wurde gesagt, es lege an der Überlastung aufgrund der Eröffnung des GEM. Wir waren zeitgleich mit allen hohen Politikern in der Stadt. Frühstück war ausreichend. Die WLAN-Verbindung, für die sie eventuell nichts konnten.

Nos consiguió una buena opción para Giza, Menfis y Saqqara por un precio muy razonable. También nos ofreció sin coste recogernos en el aeropuerto de El Cairo a pesar de llegar de madrugada. Cambiamos dinero con él y nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. Muchas gracias. La habitación y el baño son modernos y se nota que están reformados. Además, encontrar una ducha con buena presión de agua y mampara en Egipto es de agradecer. La azotea tiene buenas vistas a las pirámides y es agradable subir y pasar el atardecer en este lugar. A pesar de estar en una sexta planta, el ruido del tráfico y los constantes pitidos de los coches te hacen que dormir sea bastante difícil. Además se oye la llamada a la oración, por lo que como sugerencia pediría unas ventanas más gruesas o algo más de insonorización. Pero, por lo que vi en la ciudad, creo que es bastante complicado encontrar un sitio alejado de dichos ruidos. Otro detalle que creo que también se podría mejorar fácilmente es que en el desayuno casi todas las opciones llevan tomate o se cocinan con dicho alimento, algo que para gente con intolerancias o acidez puede ser un problema.

Valentin (9/5): Overall, it’s a great deal for a short stay in Giza. - Reat location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast on a spacious rooftop with a stunning view!! free airport shuttle service, and friendly, communicative staff. The soundproofing of the room was absolutely terrible — you could hear everything from the room next door, thanks to a shared door that clearly wasn’t designed for that purpose.

And if you don’t agree he is a bit mad and tries to find another way. I saw how he told other visitors that there was issues with the online payment and he needs to cancel their booking and they pay online and they believed him without checking if what he says is valid. Also he pretends to be someone else and introduces himself by other names (depending where guests are from) Toilette flush bad you need to flush 2-3 times Fire alarm covered Noisy neighborhood and loud workers working outside Unfriendly stuff (most of them) they don’t smile or look like they are happy to service you and some don’t look clean and the waiter was touching his mouth and nose before preparing drinks or bringing food. Actually I felt like that waiter was one of the construction workers that were there. Bad breakfast with limited options and was not fresh at all and they serve food rests from 1-2 days before Eggs and drinks only on request but there was no sign that you need to ask First day we got as many hot drinks as we wanted but then he told us only one hot drink is included.. that’s not a breakfast buffet and not what I paid for and not what they listed on booking Pillow were dirty and some towels too The water cooker had a dust layer They didn’t clean the rooms while we stayed and we had to request a roll of toilet paper every time instead they put multiple rolls in the bathroom already

Guest (1/5): NON CONSIGLIATO! - Purtroppo questa struttura è stata deludente dall’inizio alla fine! Ho prenotato un soggiorno 2 mesi e mezzo prima, scegliendo la camera con balcone e vista piramidi perché cercavo appunto l’experience. Nonostante la struttura avesse confermato, al momento del check-in sono stati sinceramente poco professionali e ampiamente furbi e irrispettosi. Quando siamo arrivati, dapprima ci hanno fatto accomodare dicendoci che la camera non era ancora pronta, e fin lì tutto ok. Dopo un po, con la scusa di offrirci un drink di benvenuto, ci hanno fatti spostare sul rooftop per temporeggiare ancora. Poi siamo riscesi, e la receptionist ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto attendere il “manager dei bookings” (che fa ridere già così) e che nel frattempo, per farci rinfrescare un po’, ci avrebbero dato una stanza secondaria nell’attesa che la nostra camera fosse pronta (una scusa colossale). Ci accompagnano in questa stanza secondaria, dopo 20 minuti circa ci chiamano dicendo che il “manager” era arrivato e che potevamo andare in reception. Una volta li, sto tizio che di professionale non ha proprio nulla, ci dice con molta serenità “purtroppo a causa di un overbooking la stanza che avete prenotato non è disponibile, quindi sono felice di darvi questa stanza secondaria offrendovi il 15% di sconto”. Io sono rimasta allibita, perché parlare di “overbooking” quando io ho prenotato 2 mesi e mezzo prima, mi sembra una cavolata madornale!!! Ho chiesto spiegazioni e lui con nonchalance ha solo detto “purtroppo c’è questo overbooking, gli imprevisti possono capitare”. Ero molto delusa, difatti inizialmente non ho accettato e prima di pagare mi sono presa il tempo di pensarci e trovare una soluzione.

Breakfast was OK, the view is amazing and the room was clean The entrance isn’t the best and the internet was really bad, but you get what you pay for.

Roxane (8/5): Je recommande malgré la postition de l’hôtel dans un quartier pas très accueillant et agréable - La rapport qualité prix est vraiment top. La chambre était vraiment magnifique. La vue sur le roof top était elle aussi magnifique. Le personnel était très à l’écoute malgré notre anglais pas au top. Ils organisent aussi des visites des pyramides. Notre guide française a été au top !
