• Octavia (5/5): Looks good on Booking.com, worse in reality. - Staff very polite. Rooftop view nice. Comfortable beds. The location is ghetto. The elevator & the building itself were scarry. They don’t serve food in real time, for example, if you order a coffee they bring it from the corner coffee shop. They only serve pizza, and you must wait like 1 hour, even though you’re the only guest in-house. Overall, the hotel is more like a motel, you just sleep and that’s it. No amenities. But it was very cheap so can’t complain.

• Irene (8/5): - 跟老公兩個人從南非到埃及旅行，說真的出發前是不安的。搭乘uber到這個住宿地點時，入口不明顯，外地人是真的會比較緊張，但是入住後，我們兩夫妻都覺得體驗特別棒，露台不論是白天還是夜晚，一走上去看到金字塔景色是就是忍不住站嘆。而且完全員工都超級親切，友善。提前安排讓我們check in。房間後還有淡淡的香味❤️ 入口不明顯
• Heinen (7/5): Preis / Leistung : war sehr sauber , deshalb ok - aber nicht wieder - der Ausblick der Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden ist wunderschön, das Zimmer ist tadellos sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und wird leider mit den Fotos übertrieben verschönert angepriesen. die Lage ist für Europäische Verhältnisse ein Kulturschock .. gehört aber wohl generell zu Kairo. Die angebotenen ( wohl eher aufgedrängten) organisierten Ausflüge sind maßlos überteuert.,.. wie alles ohne handeln in Ägypten. Darum kommen wohl die meisten auch nie wieder zurück.

• Martin (7/5): Séjour correct avec vue incoryable sur les pyramides - La vue est incroyable avec un rooftop très agréable le matin comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant, notamment pour l’organisation d’excursions. L’entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas du tout rassurante et assez délabrée ne permettant pas vraiment de savoir où nous sommes. La qualité de la chambre pourrait être franchement améliorée (rideaux tombants, peu de pression dans la douche) Peu commercial sur les prix (l’hôtel met à disposition un taxi pour l’aéroport et un restaurant mais d’un tarif élevé)

• Lucie (5/5): Hôtel correct mais très bruyant - La vue sur les pyramides, ainsi que le personnel qui à été extrêmement gentils. L’emplacement est extrême bruyant, chien qui aboie toute la nuit, klaxon, circulation… avec une fenêtre qui ferme mal. Nous n’avons pas dormis des 3 nuits, nous avons également eu la chambre derrière la réception l’insonorisation y est très mauvaise les check in à 6h donnait l’impression d’être réaliser dans la même pièce, sans compter les personnes qui restait sur les chaises à la réception écoutant des vidéos tard le soir.

• Magalie (2/5): Médiocre - Dans l’ensemble la chambre a une très belle vue, et est propre. Le premier point négatif est le bruit, nous avons très mal dormi car cela ne s’arrête jamais. Nous avons rencontrés malgré ça plusieurs problèmes, la chambre n’a pas été faite malgré que nous l’avions demandé, ce qui est pardonnable. Ce qui l’est moins, ou même je dirais pas du tout c’est que j’ai du maquillage qui a disparu, du maquillage qui coûte très cher. Ce qui nous a choqué c’est que le personnel a insinuer que c’était nos amis qui avais pu voler ce maquillage sachant qu’ils étaient passés dans notre chambre au début de notre séjour. Malheureusement pour eux ce matin même je me suis maquillée avec, et en rentrant il avais disparu et ce jour là personne n’est rentré dans notre chambre à part les femmes de chambres. Je trouve cela très grave et triste. Le jour de l’Aïd nous n’avons pas eu de petit déjeuner ou plutôt une brioche sèche et une brique de jus d’orange car c’était un jour de fête. Nous comprenons mais en quoi cela nous concerne ? Nous sommes clients et avons payé pour un petit déjeuner. Déjà qu’il n’étais pas complet là c’était vraiment pas bon. Et pour finir le jour de notre départ un fou nous a suivi dans les escaliers de l’hôtel il était très dangereux et nous a fait très peur. Faites attention si vous y aller entre filles. Je tiens à préciser que le personnel de l’hôtel (les personnes à la réception) sont très gentilles malgré ça et ont essayer de nous satisfaire au maximum. Mais les faits sont là et ce n’est pas possible de satisfaire vos clients dans ce genre de circonstance.

• Laura Karina (5/5): Recomiendo la estancia pero no las excursiones - Eran amables y serviciales. El primer día que llegamos nos pusieron en una habitación que no habíamos reservado (la más barata, parecía un zulo) y el segundo día pedimos que nos cambiaran a la que SI habíamos reservado. Por otra parte el primer día contratamos una excursión a las pirámides y incluía entrar a una pirámide (pagando la entrada) y paseo en camello GRATIS: no entramos a ninguna pirámide y del camello nos sacaron 30€, 20€ el paseo y 10€ la propina. El guía solo nos explicaba la historia y nos sacaba fotos pero no nos dejaba tiempo para hacernos fotos, veíamos las cosas y nos íbamos y no nos llevó a la esfinge, solo la vimos de lejos. Te recomiendo la excursión si quieres que te saquen el dinero(65€ por persona + entradas a los sitios y + las estafas de dentro), no vale la pena porque se puede hacer perfectamente por tu cuenta si quieres hacer lo que quieras sin tener a alguien metiendo prisa y mirándote.

• Lara (1/5): Decepción - Como único punto positivo,es que la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. Este hotel ha sido de los peores en los que he estado.A nuestra llegada, como llegamos antes de la hora del check-in, nos cobraron 20 € por adelantarnos la entrada. La primera habitación era imposible para descansar: se escuchaban todos los pitidos y ruidos de la calle, así que dormir era prácticamente imposible. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que tendría que ser al día siguiente. Finalmente nos cambiaron y es cierto que en esa habitación no se oía el ruido de la calle, pero entonces el problema era otro: el personal de recepción hablando y gritando a pleno pulmón desde las 5 de la mañana, a las 6 y a las 7, además del ruido constante del ascensor subiendo y bajando. Y por si fuera poco, el barrio en el que se encuentra el hotel está lleno de basura por todas partes, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún peor. Sinceramente, no recomiendo alojarse en este hotel. Buscad uno mejor, aunque sea un poco más alejado del centro.

Todo esta super super mega bien...reservé para un solo día y terminé quedandome 2 más, tenia pensado ir al centro, pero viendo el hotel, la habitación el trato del personal, las vistas....( creo que son unos de los mejores vistas de las pirámides en el mundo, las fotos no reflejan lo bonito que son las vistas, ( despejadas) y ves a las tres pirámides enteras delante tuya sin ningún edificio que tape una parte de ellas. El staff Top y muy atento, Gracias mohammed y Karim y el otro chico joven que no me acuerdo de su nombre porque traté con él poco. Por mucho que diga del hotel nunca podría describir lo bonito que es. El barrio donde se encuentra, no es un barrio turístico, es residencial y humilde te impacta un poco al llegar al no ver turistas alrededor, sino gente local, y lo que puede parecer un handicap se convierte en una ventaja, una vez subes al hotel y entras a las impolutas, nuevas e espectaculares habitaciones y su rooftop, no te crees donde estas por el contraste... El uber, transfer o el medio de transporte os deja y os recoge de la misma puerta del hotel. En definitiva es una pasada de hotel, recomendable un millón por cien.( Palabra de un trabajador del sector de hoteles de lujo)

No se con que frecuencia se descompone pero para estar en un piso 10 deben repararlo urgentemente.

• Alexis (9/5): Hôtel idéalement placé avec une vue extraordinaire, un personnel au petit soin et hyper prévenant. - L'hôtel est très propre et à une vue sur les pyramides extraordinaires. Hamza, Mohammed et toutes l'équipe sont tous au petit soin et avec un sourire extraordinaire. N'hésitez pas à parler avec eux, à échanger, ils vous donneront des lieux à visiter, ils sont vraiment de bon conseil. Un séjour parfait grâce à eux. Il faut savoir que le Caire est une ville qui bouge 20h sur 24. Le trafic routier est important et les coups de klaxonne sont nombreux. Difficile d'y échapper même la nuit.

• Hoseong (8/5): Big recommendation! - Good location, clean, friendly staff. Especially the rooftop was incredibly amazing. breakfast was also quite nice. And I landed after midnight but they offered to pick me up from airport and safely i could come to the hotel👍
• Kerem (5/5): En düşük odada rezervasyon yapın yoksa paranız boşa gider - Otelin konumu piramitlere yakın olduğu için iyi. Rooftop manzarası da iyi. Orada kahvaltı veriliyor , kahvaltısı da güzel ve çeşitli.Oda temizdi. Ben gece başına 10 euro fazla ödeyerek balkonlu oda rezervasyonu yaptığım halde otele gittiğimde balkonsuz odaya yerleştirdiler. Resepsiyonla konuştum tüm balkonlu odaların dolu olduğunu söyledi, halbuki benim rezervasyonum vardı ancak çok fazla rezervasyon yaptıklarını söyleyip yerleştirmediler. Ertesi gün balkonlu odaya transfer edeceklerini söylediler ancak ertesi gün gelince yine benim odamı değiştirmediler. Tekrar tekrar konuştum ama başka sitelerle de çalıştıklarını ve önce kim gelirse odayı onun kaptığını söylediler. Böyle saçma bir şey olamaz. 2 gece kaldım fazladan 20 euro para ödedim ama boşu boşuna ödemiş oldum. Ayrıca 2 gece ve üzeri konaklamalarda havalimanından ücretsiz transfer olduğu halde beni almaya gelmediler.Otel 10 uncu kattaydı binaya girdim asansör sadece anahtarla çalışıyor ,gece gece 10 kat merdivenle çıkmak zorunda kaldım.
• 王柔惠 (10/5): 性價比很好的住宿 - 這家旅館太棒了!我們從Siwa回到開羅，一進到房間非常整潔，房間很大，還有茶包可以泡熱茶，馬上溫暖我們的心和消除坐一整晚夜車的疲勞。櫃台服務員很幫忙，一早等我們抵達旅館，還提前加了我的whatsapp聯繫我抵達事宜，旅館有電梯，很方便。旅館走路2分鐘有大型超級市場，東西明碼標價很便宜，很適合採買許多伴手禮，可惜這不是我們的最後一站，沒機會大採購，如果這是你的最後一站住宿，可以好好購買。房間浴室乾濕分離，浴室空間算大，有提供沐浴乳和洗髮精。房間的插座也算多，很方便。陽台的景色真的很驚人，可以一次看到三個金字塔，拍照的角度很棒，早餐也非常豐盛，我真的很後悔只住一晚，這裡的性價比真的很高，我非常滿意這次的住宿! 浴室的蓮蓬頭是花灑的，對我來說較不方便，我用習慣手拿式的蓮蓬頭，因為花灑會用濕頭髮，我不一定每天洗頭，若是能附上浴帽會更貼心。建議旅館櫃檯放浴帽讓需要的旅客自己拿取即可。

It leads to constant noise from outside and lack of privacy, hearing people close nearby the doors (like receptionist). 2. They promised one room but ended up giving the other one (less preferable option). 3. Food: breakfasts and food options/quality overall (limited options, cheap food which was overpriced, mostly unhealthy). Better to buy/eat sth outside. 4. Communication. Host/receptionist was not responsive when we needed it during finding the exact location.
• Seoyeon (1/5): 끔찍한 경험 - 객실과, 루프탑 피라미드뷰 좋습니다. 오전에 안내 데스크에 있는 직원 형평 없습니다. 다른 여행객들도 조심하시기 바랍니다. 우리는 체크인날 사카라, 다슈르 방문이 있어 호텔에 짐을 보관하고 갈 예정 이였습니다. 오전 10시정도 호텔에 도착해 짐을 보관해 달라고 하니, 짐을 보관 할수 없고 짐보관하고 싶으면 800파운드를 내고 얼리 체크인을 하라고 했습니다. 우린 그렇게 할 수 없다고 하나, 화를 내면서 저희 가방을 흘들며, 위협적으로 데스크을 치고 가방은 팽개쳤습니다. 여자 2명 인데 체크인 하는곳은 불도 안켜 놓아서 너무 무섭고 겁이나 짐을 들고 다시 나왔습니다. 그날 하루 종일 짐을 가지고 다녔습니다. 오후 5시 다시 체크인 하러가니 호텔 매니져가 있어서 사과는 받았지만, 그 충격은 없어지지 않습니다. 사과후 해당 직원에게 우리의 저녘식사를 제공하라고 했지만 우리는 식사는 필요 없다고 했습니다. 그 후 식사를 룸으로 가져다 주어 어쩔 수 없이 받았습니다. 매니져는 매우 친절 하고 다른 직원들도 모두 친절 합니다. 다음날 오전 문의가 있어 안내 데스크로 내려 가니 어제 오전에 있던 직원이 불 끄고 있어서 저희는 그냥 다시 올라왔습니다. 매니져가 다시 교육을 해서 인지 체크아웃 할 때는 친절 지만, 정말 끔찍한 경험이였습니다.

• ya wen (1/5): - When we checked in, the manager was very friendly and explained all the hotel facilities to us. The hotel was very clean overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the reason I am leaving a low rating is due to an unpleasant experience during check-out this morning. After checking out, we asked a male front desk staff member whether the hotel could help us mail a postcard, especially since the post office is only about 100 meters away. He replied, “You guys are checked out already, and it’s not my business now.” I was honestly quite shocked by this response. Saying this immediately after check-out JUST A SECOND felt unprofessional and made the overall service experience very disappointing. The manager had told me that I was the first guest from Taiwan to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

• Murat (2/5): good terrace with pyramid view, terrible neighboor, sleepless nights - The cleaning ladies that served breakfast were very kind and nice. We were very satisfied with their service. No soundproofing at all. This is not a real hotel. The rooms are on the same floor as the reception, and you can hear everything — normal conversations, phone calls, coughing. The night receptionist talked loudly on the phone all night and was constantly coughing. We barely slept. Completely unacceptable. It is shocking that this property advertises “soundproofing” on Booking.com — this is simply false. Horrible experience. Avoid this place.

Et que dire du personnel... ils sont tous super et aux petits soins, en particulier Hamza. Merci pour tout! Le quartier est très populaire et bruyant mais c'est le prix à payer pour être proche des pyramides. Je n'ai pas osé m'aventurer dans le quartier à pied, je ne m'y suis pas sentie en sécurité
• valentina (9/5): Soggiorno di fronte alle piramidi - La camera è bella, comoda,pulita, il terrazzo con la vista sulle piramidi era incredibile, soprattutto al tramonto. Lo staff molto premuroso e attento per ogni esigenza. Gentilissimi tutti e ci hanno aspettato sino a tardi per il check-in visto il nostro aereo in ritardo. Niente. Solo consiglierei una variazione alla colazione se si soggiorna più notti.

Room was super clean. 15 min walk to the pyramids entrance, 3$ uber ride to the grand egyptian museum , 10$ uber ride to the airport so no need to book expensive tour or guide you can easily do everything by yourself. Cheap Beer store less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The area can look a bit sketchy to walk around at first sight but i didnt feel any danger walking alone . Only very local restaurant option around the hotel . Overpriced US $ food menu ( i mean its even more expensive than in the USA)

• SUMESH (9/5): Overall the time I spend in Celia was amazing and I will come back again. - The balcony from the room. The Roof Top. Breakfast. The Staff- Receptionists, Kitchen staff. Its better if the property provide some bottle water, few soft drinks and Ice in the Mini Bar.
• Pinto (10/5): Agradable - Estaba limpio, cómodo y se preocuparon en todo momento que nuestra estadía fuese cómoda. El desayuno estaba muy sabroso. El personal fue bastante agradable. Cuentan con comida en el alojamiento y los precios están bastante bien. La vista es MARAVILLOSA. Recomiendo el alojamiento para futuros visitantes. Los tour que tomamos con el alojamiento no fueron de mi agrado, la información no fue clara. Primero nos dijeron que no teníamos que pagar entradas y tuvimos que pagar las entradas en todos los sitios a los que fuimos. Cuando informamos la situación, nos indicaron que nos habían hecho un “descuento” y que por eso habíamos tenido que pagar las entradas. La relación precio-descuento no nos favoreció en nada. Elijan tour por aplicaciones más confiables.
