- Afzaal (8/5): My stay was comfortable overall, but the absence of 24/7 reception desk was a notable concern. - Overall, the apartment was satisfactory, as it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, there was a notable absence of an iron in one of the apartments, despite my repeated requests. This issue needs immediate attention and improvement from the management. Additionally, there should be round-the-clock support available to address any concerns or requests from guests. Having someone available at all times would enhance the overall experience for guests and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Thank you for considering these suggestions for improvement. I made a booking for my office colleagues, but unfortunately, the hotel administration did not inform me beforehand that they would not charge the amount from the card or accept payment on the property. Upon my colleagues' arrival for check-in, they found no one present at the hotel. Upon calling the provided contact number, they were informed that payment needed to be made online before check-in details could be shared. Had we been informed about the requirement for online payment in advance, we would have made the necessary arrangements beforehand. As a result, our team had to wait outside the building on the road until the payment was processed. This situation caused inconvenience, especially considering there was no reception or sitting area where they could wait comfortably until the payment was completed. We hope that such communication lapses can be avoided in the future to ensure a smoother experience for both guests and the hotel's administration. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

- Sultan (8/5): Very good - Every thing is good but no one come for cleaning and they took 400 for service why ?? The price and staff refuse to give us a reset as we needed 0 balnace for booking
