Guest Reviews
- Mozhgan (4/5): - The room was extremely small. The bed did not fit two people and we are normal sized. Two people cannot walk around the room. It was way over priced even for Dublin. I dont recommend it and will never stay there again!
- Julieta (8/5): - .
- Patrick (10/5): - This was perfect for our one night stay. Only thing was the lighting was all or nothing. Meaning there were no head lamps and the lighting was like a hospital room not a hotel room. Other then that it was very pleasant and the staff and facilities were great.
- Zoë (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The facilities are huge and there is plenty of space to sit and lounge outside of your room. It was great having access to the kitchen/common area close to our room. The shower in the bathroom was good but there are motion sensor lights in the bathroom which turn off during your shower or on late at night when using the washroom which can be a bit of a shock. They have free tea and some toiletries if you need and the laundry system is clean and easy to use. It is a 20 min walk to most tourist attractions in Dublin. It's a 5 minute walk to a street near by with many cafes and several buses even closer by. Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our travel plans day by day. While we waited the Staff went out of their way to help us rebook and keep us in the same room.
- Seamus (10/5): - Very impressive for Student Dorms - if it weren’t so expensive (the whole city was nuts for the Oasis gig) I would happily stay here again. Nice room, cozy bed, modern washroom, clean, quiet and convenient area. If you need a comfortable place to sleep, a shower, and not much more, I highly recommend. Thanks!
- Chris (8/5): - It felt very secure and despite how warm the weather was, we were able to keep cool at night. Was great that we could extend checkout to 12pm, but would have been better to be able to do this online so that we didnt have to leave our room in the morning
- Thuy-Van (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Safe.
- Nida (10/5): - Cleaner and more spacious than expected. Staff was very nice and helpful
- Rileigh (10/5): - .
- gregory (10/5): - Very kind and helpful young women at the front desk. The rooms are small but there’s plenty of space to store your belongings. The kitchen is large and the appliances are high quality and new. There is construction occurring across the street so it is noisy during the day but I was barely there during those hours.
- Noel (10/5): - Room was clean, but basic. Access to a kitchen. Didn’t know about the kitchen until the day before I left.
- Riley (10/5): - The facilities were extremely clean and easy to navigate. We had a late flight and the staff were very accommodating since they have 24 hour front desk services! Very close walk to the pubs and main attractions in Dublin. Would definitely recommend!
- Jie (10/5): - Lovely and safe place to stay, definitely coming back again!
- Jamie (8/5): - Clean simple room in a nice area. All you need for a quick stay.
- Megan (6/5): - Nice place overall. Room was hot, with window closed and street was too noisy to have window open.
- Abby (10/5): - Our stay was great. Close to the Guinness Factory and walking distance to Temple Bar. The room was a little warm but they offered a fan to help cool it down. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin. The front desk was friendly and they held our bags for us for a small fee. We were also able to check out late for a small fee.
- Ken (10/5): - Great value. Clean and safe place to stay without the overpriced cost of a regular hotel. Don't expect hotel level services
- Christopher (10/5): - Very comfy for a student dorm, staff is kind and helpful, and the place is well located
- Paige (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here! It was refreshing having a room with significant space after being in small European hotel rooms the previous two weeks. We had a small issue with the shower drain, alerted the front desk and it was fixed immediately!
- Vanessa (10/5): Great stay - Great spacious room , basic but clean . Lobby area is lovely and not far from main attractions
- Gary (8/5): - The staff were kind and helpful. There was a lot of construction from early morning so use the earplugs they will provide. Also dont forget your fob when you move around the building as you need it to open doors. The doors also need to be practically slammed shut and will sounf alarm if you don't shut them fully. Its a no frills cheaper alternative to a hotel or hostel. But if you need nicities like AC or maid service book elsewhere!
- Nancy (10/5): - Very well run establishment with friendly and helpful staff.
Room was very clean and new.
- David (10/5): - Good basic accomodation, rooms ok for one person. I did overlook building works opposite which were a bit noisy from 10am. However for the cost can’t fault this accomodation at all. Would stay here again if popping over to Dublin.
- Gareth (10/5): - Clean and well positioned
- Benjamin (8/5): - Bon emplacement; chambres petites mais propres.
- KIM (10/5): - Staff is exceptional! Friendly and will go out of their way to help you!
- Nigel (8/5): - A bit pricey for what it is. Room basic but clean and comfortable (building quite new).
Things which it scored low on was the building works opposite, which force you to lower the blind all day.
No coat hangers in cupboard (minor until you need one).
The offer of free coffee at the reception area, nice but no cups to use.
An easy walk to the river and Temple bar area and close to the Guinness storehouse attraction, so worth using.
- Christy (10/5): - Staff was very kind and helpful. Clean room. Secure and safe. Close proximity to walk to several sites like Guinness Storehouse, Dublin City Center, and more. No parking available.
- Sam (10/5): - This place is very safe and secure. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. The double bed is small - more like between a twin and a full size bed but is very comfortable. The building across the street is under construction so it was a tiny bit noisy and we could hear some people talking loudly in the outer courtyard during the night hours. Overall though , I would recommend staying here as long as you are aware that it is not a hotel - no refrigerator , hair dryer, tv, etc. that normally is available for free use in a hotel. You are able to rent hair dryers though.
- Drayton (8/5): - Student accommodation, it is not a hotel. Was good for my wife and I although because it is student accommodation the rooms are small and for Americans, it is staying in a dorm.
- Danielle (8/5): - Perfect for a short or long stay in Dublin. Walking distance to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublinia, Christ Church, and Temple Bar. Rooms are clean and have lots of storage space.
- Madeleine (10/5): - Easy check in process and staff were friendly. Room was very modern and clean, great shower pressure and wardrobe space.
- Jay (10/5): - It's in the quiet part of the city but that means a lot of things are about a 30 minute walk away
- Arnau Zaragoza (10/5): - Todo perfecto
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok - Helt greit.
- John Francis (10/5): Very nice everything - Great friendly staff at reception and very helpfull, i did not meet the cleaning staff, but beautiful clean room. :)
- Tyler (8/5): - My stay here was good. For some reason my key wouldn’t allow me in the gym, but it wasn’t a big deal. They had laundry machines and that was a big help. The lounge areas are very nice and there’s a few places close by to get things you need or to eat and drink. I’d stay here again.
- Grace (10/5): - Staff was lovely and so helpful. Room was very nice and updated.
- Ann (10/5): - It was so relaxed. You are able to cook if you don’t feel like eating out. We had a shared lounge but didn’t see anyone else using it while we were there. So it was like having our own bedroom and lounge.
- Kimberly (10/5): Highly Recommend - Secure, quiet, private room with huge window to courtyard. A bit tight for two people, but totally worth it for the price!
- Lucy (10/5): - I was prepared for this to be a student accommodation and so my expectations were for something very basic. However, I found the accommodation was very nice. Clean, easy to check in, helpful staff, towels, soap, tea and coffee included. Common areas were great and the room itself was just what I needed. Clean with a bathroom. The only issue was my room faced the street which was a bit noisy but not something that could be changed
- Daniel Yok Ming (8/5): - Its clean and the staff is helpful.
- John (10/5): - Excellent accommodation with clean and modern rooms. Lots of communal spaces and facilities including gym, kitchen, lounges and laundry. Would definitely stay here again. 27 Bus takes 15 minutes in to the town centre. Tesco Express 50 meters away.
- trevor (10/5): - Hotel nice. City very dirty. Rubbish everywhere and brunches of immigrants all over.
- Francis (10/5): Excellent location close to major attractions - Excellent location for a city break. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.
- Kaitlyn (6/5): - Too small for two people
- Anna (10/5): - Great place to stay for a few nights!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean and comfortable but a huge building site outside the window that blasted from 7AM to 6 PM, ask to get a room facing another direction if you can.
- YUK KUEN BASIAL (8/5):
- Paul (10/5): - Perfect for safe, clean stay in the center of everything. You could literally walk to all the major sites in Dublin. Staff were so helpful and friendly!
- Andrew (4/5): Not worth it and - Do not recommend. No garbage can, no fridge, no TV. 1 towel and it costs money for another. The laundry wasted over an hour of my time and I still couldn’t get it to work for me. The bed hurt my back and the pillows stunk of sweat. Lots of rules, no eating in your room. Do not stay there.
- Mauro (10/5): - Nice and clean place. Downtown easy to reach if you like to walk.
- terry (10/5): - happy with it all
- John Stephen (8/5): - The property was spotless everyone was very helpful. It was a 20 minute walk from the town centre and right outside a bus stop.
- ken (10/5): - IT was very good had a great time the staff were fantastic I will stay there again
- Michael (8/5): - Excellent place to stay to save a few €€. Neighborhood is under a lot of construction right now, but it will be hopping in a few months. Restaurant choices very limited, but a 20 minute walk to the center and there are dozens.
- FERNANDO (10/5): - Localisation et service
- Natasha (6/5): - small, basic room. Nice common areas and amenities. Staff very helpful.
- Savannah (2/5): - It was not what we were expecting. It was a hostile & we didn’t stay there
- Laurel (8/5): - Had a really great studio unit. Easy to get to, and walkable to temple bar.
- Kedarnath (8/5): - IT IS NICE AND KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND SILENT AREA AND SURROUNDINGS AND NEAR TO BUS TRANSPORTATION
- Andrea (8/5): - The facilities are new but still lots of dust around. This is a student housing not an hotel therefore just expect to be there for the rest
- Bernice (10/5): - My little room was tiny/cozy, but very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. SInce I hadn’t been able to board my plane and had a 2 day delay, I was grateful. The staff working the desk couldn’t have been kinder. And with all the security doors, it felt very safe. It was a little bit of a walk to the sites and my phone had died, but they gave me a map. There was construction across the street from my room, but it didn’t get noisy until 07:30. I highly recommend these accommodations.
- Desiree (8/5): - Great, the rooms are tiny but to be expected for the price!
- Mary (10/5): Excellent home base - We knew the bed was going to be smaller than a double and we knew we had to rent our towel, so we were very prepared for the experience. My daughter and I were very comfortable in the room, which was very clean the shared kitchen was very spacious and also clean in our apartment. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there was also a kitchen in the lobby, as well as many relaxing places to gather, read, or just relax. There was also a pool table, laundry, facilities, gym, ping-pong, table, and board games. They also have a water refill station to fill up your water bottles! There is a bus station very close by as well. Perfect place to home base while exploring Dublin.
- Darien (8/5): - Overall, I really loved my stay here! The property was secure (lots of locks to get through to get from the outside to the rooms), quiet, and comfortable. The property itself was super clean and so was my bathroom but the floors in my room had so much dust that my socks came away dirty the first day. The main problem I had came on my second to last night at the property. I came back to my room at about 8 PM and tried to open my window, only for the top of it to pop out of the frame and refuse to close. I immediately went downstairs and let the front desk know what had happened, they assured me that maintenance would be by the next day to fix it (because they were gone for the evening) and apologized for the inconvenience. The next day, I got back to my room around the same time and the window still wasn’t fixed. When I checked out the next morning and reminded the front desk of my door, they apologized for it not having been fix. It was definitely a bump in the road but I would still definitely recommend a stay here!
- Carlos (6/5): - The room was good. Great shower with strong water pressure, which is something I always appreciate. The bed was a little too small for 2 people. The room overall was good and pleasant. The services, though, lack tremendously. You cannot use the gym, they do not let you borrow the table tennis paddles and ball, although you are more than welcome to use the table if you buy your own paddles and balls, and you cannot even eat in your room. They try to excuse themselves by saying "this is student accommation, not a hotel" but they charge like a hotel, so there you go. I would say though, the premises are very close to public transportation and is within walking distance to attractions like St. Patrick's Cathedral and Dublinia.
- Camille (8/5): - Easy for a one night stay but beds are double so a bit small for two people. Staff is friendly and helpful and check in and check out is easy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Solid for the price - Very clean property, and very well located.
- Katie (4/5): - The room was clean and staff were very nice, but it literally is bare minimum accommodation, as in a (very small) double bed, shower and toilet. Not even so much as a towel to dry your hands or SOAP to wash your hands with which I didn’t understand.
- Michael (10/5): - Clean simple accomodation with loads of other spaces to sit to work or hang out. Each room is en-suite 1.5 size bed , each group of rooms has a large kitchen / living room
- Russell (10/5): - This is a great idea to open up the uni accommodation at non-term time.
All the facilities of a normal self catering hotel i.e. ensuite room, gym, shared kitchen and communal areas etc.
Great value for money!
- Ciara (2/5): - Extremely loud construction work on the property began at 7am every morning.
