• Geoff (1/5): - The hosts were remote, charging us extra risk money because they couldnt be bothered to welcome us or see us off. Very poor host responsibility. If other residents had not helped us by getting us into the building we would have been in a righ pickle. These residents had helped others as well. This is the only property on our whole trip who have treated us like this

• Sinead (5/5): - Location was brilliant Could be cleaned better (floors and tablewear visibly dirty), no lift to the studio, the code given to us to get in main door was wrong, took €100 security deposit in addition to the cost of studio before we stayed.
• Butman (8/5): Over all we had a great visit! - It was in a quiet location with a great restaurant across the street. We walked most places, which was about a 30-40 minute walk to the Guinness Storehouse. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Getting the access code to get in was stressful, primarily because it was emailed and we didn't have access to WIFI.

• Mateusz (10/5): - Cozy and all the badic facilities are there. Good location and modest pricing. If it had a washing machine it would be perfect. Short of that - a place to let washed dishes dry is mandatory in the kitchenette.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Good location, pleasant spacious room, would highly recommend. - The location was great for Pearse Street train station, the room was spacious with 3 beds for 4 people. the kitchenette was ample for a studio and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. the area was quiet you wouldn't think you were in Dublin centre There was no towels to dry crockery after use and with no drainer we couldn't do a good job cleaning after ourselves.
• Joshua (9/5): Perfect for a lads weekend in Dublin - Everything was simple and easy, paid for the stay and recieved the hotel access code and and the room was ready when we requested. All spot on and just what we required. No fuss and no stress. Simple sofa bed was a bit hard but nothing to bad!

• Joeri (7/5): Hele goeie locatie, alleen niet zo lekker geslapen door te kleine bedden en dunne kussens. - De locatie was erg dichtbij het centrum, kwartiertje lopen. De codes kregen we optijd om naar binnen te gaan. De voordeur heeft een pincode, eenmaal binnen zijn kluisjes met de sleutels. De bedden zijn twijfelaars, dus geen echte tweepersoons. De kussens zijn erg dun, net een pannenkoek. Dit slaapt niet lekker. Halverwege ons verblijf werkte de tag voor onze kamer niet meer, na contact met de verhuurder kregen we toegang tot de noodsleutel, hiermee kan je elk appartement openmaken als je zou willen. Deze hebben wij de rest van ons verblijf gebruikt.

• Armelle (3/5): Merrion Square ended up in the hotel business by accident. - Excellent location in town center. Calm surroundings. Dirty room, half-equipped, and a customer service team in stealth mode Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a charming cocktail of unpleasant smells. The floor was so sticky it felt like it was trying to keep us from leaving—arguably the most proactive service we experienced. Dust and hair had gathered in the corners as if they were long-term residents. Another delightful surprise: in the kitchenette cupboard, we found exactly one coffee cup and one wine glass… for a double room. Perfect for a romantic weekend—nothing says intimacy like taking turns sipping your drink while the other watches. We contacted Merrion Square to report these minor inconveniences. Their response? “Have you checked properly?” A bold strategy—gaslighting as housekeeping. After two days, nothing had been done. Dear Merrion Square, thank you for nothing. Considering your prices, this feels less like hospitality and more like performance art.

• Pamela (9/5): A comfortable and well-located apartment with a few practical improvements that could make the stay - The location is very convenient. The room is well darkened, which makes it easy to rest properly, especially for those sensitive to light. The space works well as a private apartment, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic cooking. It would be helpful to include a basic washer-dryer, given that it’s an apartment setup. Also, the listed address could be more precise, the entrance is actually on Denzille Lane rather than Fenian Street. This can be a bit inconvenient when arriving by taxi, especially with luggage, even though it’s only a short walk. The kitchen had the essentials, but a few basics like salt or oil would have made it more practical. The bunk bed setup is a bit uncomfortable, as the lower level has limited headroom and requires extra care when getting in and out.

• Nuria (5/5): Mala gestió d’entrada, adequat allotjament, mala gestió de sortida. - La nostra experiència amb aquest apartament ha estat agredolça, amb un inici francament decebedor. Quan vam arribar el dia d’entrada, no podíem accedir a l’apartament perquè no ens havien facilitat el codi. Posteriorment vam saber que calia abonar una fiança de 100 €, però això no es va gestionar correctament. Ens havien enviat un correu que no vam veure, però dies abans ja havíem contactat amb la gestió per confirmar que tot estava en ordre, i ens van assegurar que sí, que el pagament es faria més endavant i que el mateix dia ens enviarien el codi sense problema. L’entrada estava prevista a les 16:00. Vam arribar a les 15:00 i, sense cap informació ni comunicació per part seva, vam haver d’esperar més d’una hora. Finalment, després de trucar nosaltres (ja que no faciliten cap número amb WhatsApp i només disposen d’una línia telefònica amb cost), ens van donar accés. Vam poder entrar a les 16:45, amb el conseqüent estrès i amb el risc de perdre el primer tour del viatge. Pel que fa a l’apartament, és correcte: petit però bastant nou i ben equipat. Tot i això, per a dues parelles no és còmode, ja que manca totalment d’intimitat. Per a una família de quatre pot ser acceptable si no es preveu fer àpats al pis, ja que, tot i tenir el necessari, l’espai és molt limitat. La ubicació és acceptable, a uns 15 minuts a peu del centre, però això implica haver de comptar sempre amb aquest temps addicional per a qualsevol activitat. Finalment, un altre punt negatiu és que no disposen de consigna per a les maletes. Tenint en compte que la sortida és a les 11:00, seria un servei molt necessari, ja que haver de moure’s per la ciutat amb equipatge és incòmode. En resum, l’apartament pot complir en condicions normals, però la mala gestió de l’accés i la comunicació inicial han afectat molt negativament la nostra experiència.

• Curro (10/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo - Alojamiento cercano a los puntos de interés. Tienen varios restaurantes a su alrededor que te permite comer y cenar sin problema. Camas cómodas, baño limpio y completo de material de aseo. Pequeña cocina con café y té de cortesía. Fácil acceso. No tuvilmos ningún problema para realizar el check in. La información previa con el responsable del apartamento fue facilitada y rápida Deben cambiar las claves de acceso.

• Ailbhe (10/5): Accomodation itself was absolutely perfect - Clean + simple straightforward accomodation, good location with some Q park facilities nearby which was handy Be aware you will only receive access codes to the accomodation 1.5hrs prior to check-in time which I found anxiety inducing - I sent multiple messages requesting the codes prior to setting off on my journey to receive a different message back about pre-check in requisits or another form to be completed prior to getting access codes.. this carried on for 24hrs preceding check-in

• Valeriu (10/5): Ubicación y servicio general - Calidad-precio por la ubicación en donde estaba, es brutal. Evidentemente son habitaciones normales, nada del otro mundo, pero fue muy cómodo y fácil todo, tanto en el chekin/chekout como durante la estancia. Simplemente por decir algo, la habitación en la que estábamos, no teniamos muy buena ventilación. Había únicamente una ventana en el techo y se habría muy poquito. Pero al final tampoco era algo que lo dificultase nada.

Saint Patrick, Trinity collège, Temple bar.... Vaisselle insuffisante, casseroles non adaptées à la plaque à induction (seulement 1 grosse marmite adaptée), matelas beaucoup trop mou, robinet de la salle de bain trop bizarre (pour avoir de l'eau chaude, il faut mettre plus fort le débit. De quoi inonder la salle de bain à chaque utilisation). Une ampoule verte au dessus de la porte d'entrée qui éclaire la chambre la nuit comme en plein jour. La personne qui gère l'établissement qui fume dans l'escalier, les très nombreux mégots dans ce même escalier qui n'ont pas été balayés en 4 jours de présence. Un petit meuble dans la salle de bain serait un plus.

• consuelo (9/5): Se podria mejorar - La ubicacion esta muy bien , una zona tranquila . La habitacion mas pequeña de lo que esperaba , el arnario tenia una puerta que no poduamos abrir y justo la saluda dek baño da a una cama , y el agua tenia muy poca presion para ducharnos, a nuestra habitacion no subia y con las maletas un poco dificil, pesaban mucho para levantarlas. Tambien un poco estrecho todo.
