• amal (1/5): سيئه وتجربة غير جيده لاتتكرر - للأسف كانت تجربتي في فندق Radisson Blu غير مرضية إطلاقًا، خصوصًا من ناحية تعامل موظفة الاستقبال الذي كان بعيدًا تمامًا عن الاحترافية واحترام النزلاء. عند استلام الجناح طلبت تغييره بشكل طبيعي لأنه كان غير مطل إلا على أجهزة التكييف، ولا تدخل إليه الشمس، بالإضافة إلى وجود رائحة طبخ وروائح غير جيدة في الممرات، لذلك رفضت الدخول إليه. ومع ذلك تم إبقائي في الاستقبال لمدة ساعة ونصف بانتظار التغيير، وسط أسلوب غير لائق واستهزاء واضح، وكأنني لا أملك أي معرفة بالسفر أو الفنادق. وصل الأمر إلى أن الموظفة قالت لي: “هل لديك معرفة بالسفر والفنادق؟” بطريقة مستفزة وغير مهنية إطلاقًا، وهذا تصرف لا يليق بفندق يحمل اسمكم، خصوصًا مع عملاء بوكينق ذوي التصنيفات العالية. أنا من عملاء بوكينق بمستوى Genius 3، وقد سافرت إلى العديد من دول العالم وأقمت في فنادق بمستويات مختلفة، ولم يسبق لي إطلاقًا أن تمت معاملتي بهذا الأسلوب الوقح أو الفوقي كما حدث من موظفة الاستقبال لديكم. كنت أتوقع احترافية واحترامًا يليقان باسم الفندق، لا التقليل من العميل أو التحدث معه وكأنه لا يفهم أساسيات السفر والإقامة. إضافة إلى ذلك، لم أستطع النوم بسبب أعمال البناء والحفريات المزعجة المحيطة بالفندق منذ الساعة السادسة صباحًا، دون أي مراعاة لراحة النزلاء. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق إعادة النظر في مستوى خدمة الاستقبال وتدريبت الموظفين على أساسيات التعامل الاحترافي واحترام النزلاء . كل شي لمايعجبني

• Kubashnie (9/5): A comfortable and enjoyable weekend stay with excellent service and delicious breakfast. - We had a wonderful weekend stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming at all times. The two-bedroom apartment was exceptionally spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family. We also really enjoyed the breakfast as everything was flavorful and well prepared. Although the selection was not very large, we enjoyed everything that was offered. My husband does not eat beef, so the breakfast choices for him were a little limited. However, he really enjoyed the omelet station and overall the breakfast was still very tasty.

• Khaled Mahram (9/5): إقامة حلو ينقصها التعامل الحلو. - الموقع، مساحة الشقة و أدوات المطبخ. موقع الفندق ، النظافة. للأمانة في مواقع بناء محيطة بالفندق لكن احنا كنا في العيد فمكان في شغل و ازعاج ، مدري بعد العيد كيف الوضع . أسوء شي تتصل على الاستقبال ما حد يرد بسهولة تتصل لين تنكسر يدك . و في موظفة وقت الخروج تعاملها كان سيء جدا اول مره أقابل تعامل زي كذا لو اعرف اسمها كان حطيته و هي سبب تنقيصي لتقييم الفندق .
