• Guest (7/5): Trotz der Mängel war es eine gute Unterkunft und entsprach den Preis. - Fliesen in Bad und Flur müssten dringend erneuert werden. Das vorgefunden Geschir war für 2 Personen nichtausreichend.
• Dóra (5/5): - Az apartman tiszta volt és jól felszerelt. Közel volt a központhoz. A reggeli elfogadható volt. A bejárat koszos volt. A személyzet még egy Jó reggelt vagy Jó napot sem mond. Reggelinél sem. Annyira álltunk meg hogy kivegyük a kofferokat a bejáratnál, nem volt több 5 percnél,4 irányjelző kitéve, egy személy az autónál maradt, de a rendőr rögtön ott volt, hiába mondtuk hogy annyira álltunk oda hogy kipakoljunk már büntetett is. A recepciós hölgy sem figyelmeztetett erre. A parkolás nehezen megoldott és drága. Még egyszer nem mennék oda.

• Przemek (9/5): - Aneks kuchenny, winda w stylu retro, życzliwa obsługa, atrakcyjne położenie w centrum miasta Akurat natrafiliśmy na awarię terminala płatniczego, więc musieliśmy skorzystać z bankomatu, co wygenerowało dodatkowe koszty, finalnie zapłaciliśmy dużo więcej niż zakładaliśmy. Pralka jest udogodnieniem, tylko w naszym apartamencie na poddaszu zabrakło czegokolwiek co posłużyło by do suszenia prania.

• Arend (8/5): Mooie lokatie. - In het centrum van de stad. Erg mooi centrum. Voldoende eet en drink mogelijkheden. Parkeren is duur, in dichtbij gelegen parkeergarage 25 euro per dag. In de woonwijk nabij het ziekenhuis gratis parkeren, echter een hoogteverschil van 50 meter middels trappen en omhooglopende voetpaden. Groot appartement met balkon op de 5e verdieping. Ontbijt was matig tot redelijk. Ontbijt. Regelmatig ontbraken broodbeleg die er andere dagen wel waren. Onderhoud aan appartement was matig. Slechte kozijnen, gebroken tegels in badkamer.

• Guest (4/5): Dieses Hotel nicht mehr - Die Lagee war ok,karlsbad ist sehr schön gewesen Das Frühsstück eine einzige Katastrophe z.B Pulverkaffee,jeden Tag das gleiche, die Wurst und Kaese waren nicht der Hit nichtmal unser Hund wollte diese haben.Der Toaster war versteckt die Kaffeemaschine stand in derKüche.Erst hatten wirdas falsche Zimmer haben dann reklamiert und bekamen dann ein anderes eben das gebuchte mit Balkon.da war die Freude gross aber nur kurz. Im Bad gab es einen Wasserschaden der immer noch tropfte direkt auf die Klobrille,ein Regenschirm hat geholen.Die Matratze war auch nicht sauber in einem der beiden Wohnungen und die Fenster schliessen schlecht oder lassen sich nicht offnen.Nachttischlampe und Deckenleuchte gingen nicht.Der Empfangsbereich ist noch ausbaufähig bisschen freundlicher gestalten usw. aber die besten Tage dieses Hauses sind vorbei.Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel nicht möglich z.B zum kurzen ausladen.
• Rita (8/5): Very good - location and the apartment itself. it was very central. the reception area wasn't great no instruction where to check in. Few bits wrong with the apartment. Lights didn't work in the bedroom toilet door handle.was falling off . No ironing board or iron No shower curtains hard to have a shower without soaking the place. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well presented and very central. the are where tou entre to get to the apartment could do with a face lift and the dining area. Food was not nice and it was cold. The reception area could do with a revamp looks like a run down building could do with some tlc. But I would stay again the apartment was nice, clean and spacious very central with lovely views.

• Douglas (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was spacious and bright. It was evident it had been lived in but the cleanliness was of a high standard. The breakfast was also fairly well prepared and tasty for Czechia which personally I feel hotel breakfasts are lacking that Full English effect but nice breakfast on offer nonetheless. Only detail that was off with out apartment which was 103, was the flooring was worn and a little broken. It didn't impact our time there but we noticed it.

• Roman (1/5): NEGATIVE - - We were left with just a disgusting impression. We booked this hotel for two nights. We were half an hour late to check in. The hotel administration warned us that payment is only possible in cash, and therefore after 6:00 PM check-in is simply impossible. Having considered the whole situation, we decided to notify the hotel that we would not have time to check in by 6:00 PM and wanted to cancel our reservation. The hotel administration assured us that we could cancel our reservation without any problems without any penalties. In fact, no one confirmed the cancellation of the reservation to us and we were charged the full cost of the stay. All our requests were rejected and all our messages were completely ignored, although we came to the reception of this hotel and the girl again assured us that everything would be fine. In addition to all this, the hotel does not look like a four-star hotel at all. The entrance to the hotel is terrible, as is probably the room itself inside. TOTAL NEGATIVE

The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful from the outside, the rooms are large, comfortable, with a kitchen and new furniture. but... dirty floor and cold rooms!!! the front door does not close completely and there is always a gap. There is a balcony with a nice view of the city, but on the balcony there is a cup filled with cigarette butts... In the bathroom, the tiles are damaged on the floor. there is no shower, there is a bathtub, but no curtain. it is difficult to adjust the water pressure and water temperature. prepare for the fact that due to strong pressure, the whole room will be wet. For some reason, the mirror near the sink is attached very high. There is no heating in the bedroom. However, there is a TV that does not work!!! Why is there a TV that does not work? Pillows should be replaced. They give instant coffee for breakfast... It's a shame. Can't you buy a coffee maker? The restaurant is also cold. Two female employees of the hotel were smoking near the glass door in the restaurant, then without washing their hands they laid out the products for breakfast. Why don't you like your hotel so much? it is noticeable that the hotel is not bad, but cold, with a dirty floor, with cigarette butts on the balcony and instant coffee...
• Nikita (9/5): Superb - Great appartments with new funiture and stuff. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedroom. They have lack of cleaning service. When we came, we found cleaners in a dirty appertments then we were asked to wait 40 min. It was only one disadvantage
• Somynameis (5/5): Convenient and clean with good value, but maintenance issues and missing essentials detract - Stayed 2 nights as family of 3 with a kid. Needed the place to stay fast and booked the same day we checked in. Check in is early, from 14:00. Good value for the price. Good location. Breakfast included. Pretty quiet. Fast internet. Smart TV. Clean and warm. Most annoying was the lack of basics - no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and no kitchen towels of any sort. The water drain in the bathtub didn't work, so after taking a bath we had to leave the bathtub full as we couldn't drain it. The window in the bathroom was shattered. The breakfast is a bit mediocre. All in all it's a bit neglected but still strong 3-4 stars hotel.

• Oleksandr (1/5): Good location but dirty as hell - Location is quite good, city center with central marketplace is just around the corner. Quite a lot of cafes and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance. Once side of the hotel is on the street while another - park. 1. They first wanted to give is room twice smaller as it was on booking.com (on 6th floor without elevator). After quite long discussions they promised room we've booked the next day but the first night was really bad - cold and the entire family had to sleep on 1 bed. The next day we've moved to room we've actually booked. 2. Hotel is terribly dirty, space under the bed or under closets is never being cleaned. I decided to mop the floor in that part of the room where kids will sleep and seems like that floor has seen wet mop very long time ago (see pictures of how dirty the mop was after the first round attached). 3. They say that every 3 days cleaning personnel will take the garbage away and replace towels - unfortunately in 10 nights this has never happened.

• Chcepe (7/5): I can recommend for few nights - Location of the hotel is in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Everywhere is just a walking-distance. Our room is quite spacious, there's a kitchen and fridge, continental breakfast is included, and dogs are allowed in the hotel. Breakfast is below average. Reception is open only from 2PM so we have to wait outside for quite some time. Kitchen is fine but it has very limited kitchen utentils. So if you're coming with your family, better to bring your own utensils and cleaning stuff. Shower stinks badly due to poor ventilation.

The rooms are huge and clean - exactly like in the pictures The apartments are excellent but the small elevator is a bit "vintage" and might make you want to take the stairs instead. It works great though but also the stairs are not too steep.
• Maxim (8/5): Good hotel for its money apart from the problems with the door - Good location The front door to the hotel building is closed and does not open, when we went for a walk in the city, someone closed the front door to the hotel, and we could not open it for a long time, it was good that there were some friends in the hotel who were able to come down and open the door, if you call the number that lead at the entrance, they just hung up on us.
• Rostyslav (8/5): You can see it was made with love, it just needs a little investment in it - The flat was cozy, there was a washing machine and kitchen. We got a great offer on booking and were actually surprised that also included breakfast. The view from the balcony was impressive (again, for the price we’ve got). It was really warm inside, large tv. It was certainly clean! It feels like it lacks a little bit of tiny maintenance. To change a lightbulb, or little details you wouldn’t instantly notice. The breakfast was not rich. But it was there, right? If you get it for a decent price, it is still better than you would expect.

• Jasmine (4/5): Not working reception, disappointing - The location was convenient. Price was fairly good. Uppon arrival there was noone at the reception. When calling on the contact number listed on Booking noone picked up. I was waiting for almost half an hour until a girl opened the reception and appologized (reception had a separate enterance from the rest of the hotel but it was not possible to enter either without a key, note it was raining). The breakfast wasn’t too good either. Based on the photos listed I was looking forward to a selection of fruit, however the did not even have apples, no fruit. When leaving in the morning (during listed checkout hours), again, there was noone at the reception and I was in a rush to work (as this was a buisness trip), I ended up asking in the kitchen (there was a cook, probably the only staff in the building) and was told that the reception works as of 14:00. I left the key from my room with this cook at the end.

• Beeela (8/5): Good location, comfortable beds. - Location was great, few minutes walk from center. Room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but nothing extraordinary. Parking was a little difficult, close by city parking limited to 3 hours.
• Nao (6/5): Wrong choice - The location is close to the center We were given 2 rooms on 3rd and 5th floor as a family with small children, that was very disappointing😞 On the 5th floor there was no TV!?! There was no air conditioner and no ventilator, although it was very warm😞 The reception is from 2 pm open and could not answer your needs😞 The bathtub is too small for an adult, very bad.. The breakfast had limited choices😞 You must wait for the dishes to be washed per hand and the coffee machine is not suitable there. Also, nobody speaks any English or German if you have something to say😞

Seems like it is just to look nice not to make it comfortable. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Breakfast is included but don't expect much out of it in the morning.

The apartment we were in had a broken window and drawers in the bedroom and bathroom which slid open but didn’t slide shut because the runners were coming off. There is no shower curtain or screen which means the whole bathroom is web when the shower is used

• London_traveller (9/5): A nice, clean stay at a well-located hotel - The hotel is well situated. The town is small, and the hotel is well situated - near the start of the all the hot springs and below the Saunia pool/sauna. The room was hygenic and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Would recommend. While there were kitchen facilities and a washing machine, it would be hard to cook and eat more than small basic meals, e.g. not sure there was enough plates for young families. Also, there was no laundry detergent for the washing machine (though I did not ask). The check-in area looked a bit dingy, but the room was much nicer.

• Natalia (5/5): Passable - Great location, quick check in 1. Awful cleaning. Apartment was neat and clean only from the first glance. Under the bed they haven't cleaned for ages. There were peaces of food, some garbage, and as a result thousands of ants. They were able to easily get in due to the fact, that 2nd floor is actually located at the basement, and they come from the window. I'm pretty sure upper floors should not have such a problem. But we weren't so lucky. Those ants were everywhere on the floor, it was so disgusting. We have informed the host and the reception. But they just ignored us, because we had only 2 nights there, - they decided not to bother. 2. Reception is available only from 14.00. 3. Lamp in the hall did not work, which we also informed the host about, and were ignored. 3. We had to wait for 15-20 min at breakfast until the stuff brings food to the buffet, it was half empty most of the time.
• Kunigunde (8/5): Urlaub mit Hund - Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Maxim (6/5): Pleasant - This is good value for the price. The apartment is large, has everything needed for cooking, and is located in the touristic city center. They provide free breakfast too. Since the apartment is located in an old building with wooden windows, it felt really cold in there. Of course, old windows = you hear everything from outside, and one may be disturbed at night by people at the bar across the street. The TV worked weirdly too, seemed like it was controlled by someone else's remote sometimes.
• Dadri (9/5): Modest and new facilities near the kolonada - The tv was big and connected to the internet so I was able to log into Netflix, the facilities look new and the breakfast has a very good selection of warm and cold meals. The first day I arrived the cleaning was not done you could see the leftovers from the previous host, but I told the receptionist and they fixed that quick.

• Florian (5/5): Passable - Location only I've checked in in the evening and didn’t see russian TERRORIST STATE tricolor rubbish hanging over the hotel entrance. If I had known that owner is russian, I would have ignored that hotel. Breakfast is poor and boring, owner is greedy. Insects in the room. The floor in the bathroom is slippery. I don't recommend this hotel.
• Busra (2/5): Not a 4 star hotel nor worth the money or time really, go somewhere else. Not sure how reviews are so good… - The room was larger than usual and the location was good Room was not clean as cleaning staff only comes ones every 3 days (only to throw out trash and replace towels), even had broken glass in the rug. Only toiletries given was a small soap and one use shampoo for each person (no coffee, tea, hand soap, etc). Bathtub did not have shower curtain so water was everywhere. Bed was decent but TV had a strange 30 second delay between each input but worked eventually. Wifi very weak and slow and occasionally disconnected. Staff does not work 24/7 and breakfast is okay but would rather go somewhere else.

• Nariputhisak (7/5): Good - The room is very clean, nice and cozy. The bathtub and the bathroom is a highlight to the stay. The location is definitely spotted on, close to everywhere. The breakfast staffs are nice and friendly. The window from the bedroom has no view. I would expect more since I paid for the deluxe room. There were two small blankets for the queen bed and I think I would prefer to have just one but big. The breakfast is just okay, not too great.

• Hana (8/5): Very good - Old apartment building that was very nicely renovated into hotel. Bathroom was small but sufficient. Kitchen and washing machine were nice to have. Great location. Walls are very thin. We could hear water running and television in next apartment. It wasn't too loud so we didn't mind but it could be very disturbing.
• Theresa (7/5): Good - Great apartment, good value for money.. good location, close to bus station. Helpful staff on check in upon arrival. No staff on reception in the morning, reception unable to book taxi for me upon arrival as taxi Company would not take a booking when She tried calling the night before and said to do it in the morning but didn't mention that reception would not be manned as unable to call using my phone. I asked if Breakfast room staff were able to call a taxi for me & they refused & told me to go walk & find one on the street (i had a very large heavy suitcase with me so not an easy task & had limited time to catch my train due to not being able to get a taxi & having to walk). I asked may I take a pastry etc with me for breakfast as I now didn't have time to stay for breakfast before leaving & I was told no!! (Even though breakfast was included with my room).. Breakfast staff were not helpful and unfriendly and need better staff in this area in my opinion. Uber do not run here so if you need transport to catch a train etc. When you leave, make sure you have arranged it before you go as the morning staff won't help you & it is uphill to the station & a few klm's away from the property. My balcony door did not have a key to lock it so did not feel comfortable it couldn't be locked & no staff to ask once I realised.
• Candace (8/5): Good value for location. With some fixes, this hotel could get much better ratings. - The location is perfect. Cross the street and you are in the center of town. The room is modern and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff at the breakfast area were lovely. Cool elevator to the rooms! There is a strange smell in the unit so we had the windows open the entire time to get fresh air. The room appears fresh and clean on the surface, but it is NOT. When we moved the curtains to close them for the night there are piles of dust, crumbs, garbage, dirt in the corners. The unit needs a serious vacuum. There is a large area rug that was not clean and was full of hair and dirt. The bathroom is strangely set up with a large tub with no curtain for the shower. I know this is standard for Europe, but the shower head is on the side wall so water sprays everywhere in the bathroom and even the toilet paper was soaking wet. Parking in the town is tedious and when asking for suggestions from the front desk we were told "I am not sure" to our few questions.
• Vladimir (4/5): We loved the Karlovy Vary experience but were very sad about the accommodation. - The location is good, near to the Spa-town centre. The's good size kitchen, including a dining table, so I guess this might be an advantage for some. The room layout is silly, with the bedroom not only the smallest room but also the trapezoid shape and with just a tiny window (which you can't open because it's clashing with the cabinet) Such a room is not in their photos, which is not a surprise. The clean service was off the scale. The sheets were dirty. On top of that, there was excrement in the toilet when we arrived.

• Manzara (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was very good. Having an open buffet was a nice choice. One problem is simply no internet.
• Anastasia (9/5): Excellent stay, will definitely stay at Aphrodite Suite again. - Loved the location, loved the breakfast, loved the lift! The bedroom was very comfortable and the place is very clean I wished it provided more amenities maybe like an iron? Or adapter charger
