- Margarete (8/5): Wir können das Zleep Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen! - Wir waren positiv überrascht, wie ruhig es in unserem Zimmer zur befahrenen Straße hin war. Das Personal war SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas mehr Abstellflächf im Bad wäre angenehm gewesen!

- Lena (9/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff, cleanliness, and great location. However, the breakfast co - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent and convenient for exploring the city. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited. I also really did not like the refrigerator setup for vegetables, yogurts, and cheese. It was very impractical and inconvenient, and the vegetables kept falling onto the floor.

- Cristian (4/5): Not the only hotel in Prague - Hotel is overall nice, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I arrived at 1 AM at the reception after driving the entire day, and the lady just casually tells me that their system is down, she cannot check me in. Then the solution offered by her was: "we are not the only hotel in Prague, please go somewhere else". After a long discussion by me mentioning I would like to avoid sleeping in the park, or drive around Prague at 1 AM looking for another hotel, she did organize a room. The fact that you just casually tell a booked guest, with a valid reservation at 1 AM to go find another hotel is unbelievable. Admittedly, I was also very agitated, as the situation I was put in, was less than ideal. I worked for several years in customer service, and even if your system is down, under no circumstances you advise a guest to just go find another hotel, because "this is not the only hotel in Prague". The worst part was that she seemed to be training another young girl who looked like she was about to start working there in the future. As mentioned in the positives, the hotel is nice, clean, even the morning stuff at the reception was friendly, even though I did more complaining about her colleagues. But would definitely never come back here again. As the lady mentioned: they are not the only hotel in Prague.

- Marie (8/5): Excentré mais pratique. - Chambre très propre et décorée avec une touche de style bien que minimaliste (mur en béton brut mais aussi en bois pour apporterun peu de chaleur, éclairage recherché dans le design des luminaires). Check in et out très simples, personnel accueillant. Métro à 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre. Bon compromis si l'on souhaite visiter la ville sans dépenser trop d'argent dans le logement. Pas de séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Une simple porte coulissante en verre dépoli pour cacher soit les toilettes, soit la douche, donc pas de vraie intimité pour s'isoler.

- Hassan (4/5): Not bad for a very very short staycation - I liked the design of the hotel and the surrounding area Receptionists were really unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all, internet wasn’t working! And they said that this is wt u get, Ac wasn’t working as well!!, it is far far away from all attractions so u need ataxi or any kind of transportation every time u waa go out, the room is nice but it is suitable for hrs staycation not a full day (no fridge, no wardrobe, no kettle, nth much in the room..even the tv didn’t connect easily with any device..remote wasn’t working and needed battery..the toilet and the shower sharing a sliding door so it can’t be used by 2 ppl at the same time if u like privacy

- Juan (9/5): Hotel moderno y cómodo - Hotel moderno, con lo imprescindible para la estancia, a 30 minutos en metro del centro, está muy limpio y el desayuno correcto. Hay taquillas de pago para dejar las maletas el día de salida, me hubiera gustado opción gratuita. En la habitación hay bote de jabon multiusos (jabón de manos, cuerpo y cabello) me hubiera gustado más productos.

- Zygmunt (7/5): Ot, byłem, spędziłem noc i wyjechałem - Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje miła i pomocna obsługa recepcji, która robi dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Śniadanie jest całkiem przyzwoite (dobra kawa) i serwowane w przyjemnej, estetycznej przestrzeni. W porządku jest również parking, co może być istotne dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Sam hotel ma nowoczesny charakter, choć nieco już zmęczony. To raczej przeciętny hotel bez wyraźnych atutów — ani lokalizacja, ani standard, ani cena nie przekonują. Sprawdzi się głównie jako funkcjonalne miejsce na krótki pobyt biznesowy dla osób pracujących w okolicy. Pokój był mały, z niezbyt wygodnym łóżkiem, a brakowało nawet podstawowych udogodnień — nie było choćby prostego kubeczka. Największym rozczarowaniem była jednak czystość, która pozostawiała wiele do życzenia — w łazience np znajdowały się włosy. Lokalizacja również nie wyróżnia się niczym szczególnym, a biorąc pod uwagę standard, stosunek jakości do ceny nie wypada najlepiej.

- Emily (8/5): Fantastic stay in a great location with lovely staff! - The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely! We had everything we needed and we were in a fantastic location. The bathroom is not really separate from the bedroom and the sliding doors don’t lock to the toilet/shower. The Chromecast feature is great but it can be used by someone in an adjoining room and nothing can be done about this, so you become stuck on their loading screen and unable to watch your own TV.
