Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond. Whether it was helping with printing or simply offering a warm smile, every interaction reflected the world-class service that Saudi Arabia is quickly becoming known for. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Hotel. You’ll be embraced with hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Only note would be to have coffee in the room not just tea.

The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by the entire team, especially Sultan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. He even arranged for our suite to be upgraded, offering us more comfort. The suite itself was spacious and very well-maintained. We highly recommend Ross Hotel for its prime location (very close to DQ and Laysen Valley) its outstanding staff, and comfortable rooms.
