• Patrizia (5/5): - Rooftop was great. condo space was sufficient for a family of 4. Nice gym in the building. Loved proximity to grocery store. Needed a pool. WiFi did not work. Location was not the best and overlooked a parking garage. Not really K town. More hispanics than Koreans around.

• Phyllis (9/5): Great location in K-Town, Thank you for everything, looking forward to next time. - This was a last minute reservation for the same day/night and they were very accommodating and willing to help. We were traveling and had been on the road for awhile. They had private parking available for a small fee which was great, since our vehicle was full of stuff. When we got to the apartment it was nice & clean & they had some snacks on the counter:) Thank you! We were so hungry & it helped. We looked out the balcony & saw plenty of restaurants within walking distance to chose from for dinner. We ate at K-Town BBQ, which was right across the street & it was very good. Check out was nice and easy, just drop off the fob key in the envelope provided & put in the lock box on site. Coffee shops, & bakeries near for breakfast. Would stay here again. :) Coffee pot didn't work, but they said they would look into that for next time. We went across the street for morning coffee.

• Gabriele (8/5): Alloggio moderno e confortevole in ottima posizione - appartamento nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo anche chiesto una pentola in più e ci è stata fornita senza problemi, segno di grande disponibilità da parte dell’host. La posizione è buona: in circa 7-8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la metro, il che rende gli spostamenti molto comodi. Davanti all'appartamento c'è un supermercato ben fornito, utile se si ha l'intenzione di fare qualche pasto in casa. Nulla di particolare da segnalare, solo il fatto che nel nostro caso l'indirizzo indicato su Booking non era preciso. L'appartamento si trovava a 100 metri, in una traversa della via principale.

• noor (3/5): Not ideal! - Location and the size of the condo. I typically don’t leave critical reviews, but this time I felt I needed to. The property is in a good location overall, although the rooftop/balcony is not actually part of the apartment despite being advertised that way. The check-in process was very bizarre, and our host was quite rude. We were not able to check in until almost 6 PM because the cleaning had not been completed. Imagine if the roles were reversed. There was also no Wi-Fi during our stay. I reached out to our host, Denise, several times about it, but my messages were ignored. This is not the level of customer service I expect, so I certainly would not stay here again. Moreover, the bed was very uncomfortable, and we had very limited communication with our host to address any of our concerns, which was unfortunate.

• AGNES (8/5): Emplacement idéal et bon rapport qualité prix - Emplacement idéal qui dessert les lieux stratégies à visiter. Un bon deal entre métro ( 10 minutes à pied du métro) et lyft ( moyenne course 25€ ) si pas de véhicule. Personnel à l écoute et disponible. Appartement familial pour une famille de quatre, très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour une ville comme LA Logement nécessitant un nettoyage de fond, ménage sommaire à notre arrivée. Éloigné des resto et café (il y a néanmoins un super marché à côté assez cher.). Mais à 20 min d Hollywood ou Downtown town en Uber.

• Darkeesha Sims (10/5): Will Definitely Stay Again - It was all that it claimed to be. I was impressed with the customer service, the pre-made videos, and the in house snacks. Mattie, Denise, and Mark were very personable and accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage in the office to explore the city since we arrived way before check in. The apt was well appointed with nice touches like 2 pairs of slippers and a variety of snacks and drinks. The rooftop was amazing! Lastly, I loved that the grocery store was right across the street as well as numerous mom and pop type restaurants to chose from. We were in the city to celebrate my birthday and attend a Dodgers game. Well if I have to say something, it would be the fact that there were 2 of us and only one chair on the balcony, but that really didnt matter because we were not there often enough to use it. Oh and no face clothes, only hand and bath towels

• Kailun (3/5): Different than what I was expecting... - Location was nice, has security onsite, and parking was very very impressive. I felt safe staying there although the room was very different from the picture description posted. Very small bed, old fridge and stovetop, the TV had a weird blue hue, and the couch had holes on the cover. It's been more than a month since I checked out and I have not received my security deposit refund yet. I have called the property 3 weeks ago, and they have processed my request for the security deposit refund over the phone(which I didn't know that is something I need to "request" in the first place). I was told that the funds will be returned in a few business days but not a single cent has arrived till today.
• Yuan (10/5): Apart from the bed being too soft and uncomfortable, everything else in the room was excellent. - everything great I booked a double bed, but they gave me two single beds when I checked in. The mattresses were too soft, and they made my back hurt a lot, so I slept on the sofa. After a few days, I was able to sleep in a larger bed and felt much better.
• Colin (7/5): - Location was decently located for all the things I wanted to see while in LA The bed was too firm, the shower wasn't great due to water pressure and temp, the kitchen wasn't adequately stocked with pans etc to do any cooking, the TV was smaller than my computer screen, and the thermostat was bouncing the temperature around a lot.

Plein de petites douceurs laissées à disposition à l’arrivée. Sympa. Procédure à l’arrivée un peu désagréable, expliquée au moyen de vidéos you-tube. Parking à 20 dollars la nuit

And i did not receive any mail about the checkin procedure and the adress here stated was not correct. I had to search 30 minutes for the right building for checkin.

• Tate (8/5): Central location, helpful staff! - The front desk staff and maintenance staff were very helpful and kind. I appreciated someone being on premises, rather than having to message for assistance or questions. The apartment had everything we needed, and the rooftop deck was fun and useful. The location across the street from a comprehensive supermarket with late hours was especially useful. There were a couple of small broken things when we came in, but they were fixed or resolved quickly.
• Robin (7/5): - Easy access to everything we were doing. Onsite parking a plus. The apartment had everything we needed except silverware. The upholstered furniture needs a GOOD cleaning; we threw the extra sheets over them.
• Medina (7/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, with all the main attractions close by and easy to get to. The place was very clean, which I really appreciated, and having access to both a kitchen and laundry made everything much more comfortable and convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend it it’s a great option for a vacation stay. The only downside was that trying to arrange parking felt a bit time-consuming. They require the physical details of the card, and since I don’t have those in my country, the process became a bit complicated. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a really good experience overall.

Ingresaron sin autorización a nuestro alojamiento , cuando llegamos el tablero de control eléctrico estaba desarmado tirado en el piso , la nevera no funcionaba y dejaron una nota , al día siguiente cuando salimos a desayunar sin aviso ingresaron supuestamente a arreglar el daño y también entraron a una habitación a colocar el tablero eléctrico que se había caído , la habitación la habíamos dejado cerrada y asegurada igual que el apartamento del que nos dijeron que nadie más tendría llaves y por eso debíamos cuidar tanto los chips como las llaves que entregaban , lo que claramente no fue cierto , nos comunicamos con host y nos dijo que había sido un error y que no volvería a pasar pero reconoció que si ingresaron , lo que claramente va en contra vía de lo que te dicen al reservar , la seguridad de la zona es terrible y del edificio igual por que cualquiera puede entrar al edificio así que no da nada de tranquilidad dejar tus cosas en el apartamento. El personal del edificio muy grosero y la Comunidad asiática es sumamente grosera con los latinos y vale la pena resaltarlo por qué es el barrio koreano así que si esperas hospitalidad y tranquilidad no es la zona. El Depósito lo cobran al momento de hacer la reserva y aseguran un tiempo para la devolución , mi viaje fue hace un mes y hasta ahora no han devuelto el dinero. Son 300 dólares de los que no te dan información antes de reservar pero que ni siquiera en un hotel de lujo te los cobran al Reservar sino al hacer el checkin y los devuelve en un máximo de 5 días.

The Apartment was spacious and felt safe. The beds and blankets were uncomfortable. The floors were dirty which caused our feet/socks to become dirty as well.

• Rachel (9/5): Very clean and pleasant stay - The facilities and room were very new. Bathroom and kitchen area extremely clean. Location was extremely convenient, 10 minutes walk from the metro station and right next to a strip of shops in KoreaTown. Bus stop also right outside, parking was only $20 a night in a secure garage. Office often unstaffed, and it was sometimes a hassle to get in contact with the people who actually worked at this building- phone number provided was to general management who were not at this location.

The showerhead was tied with a pink bag and tape, the shower wasn’t clean, can see the dark spots. the washer was leaking water, doors were dirty, I had to wash the blankets and sheets the day I walked in. Didn’t even want to sit on the couch I had put one of the sheets I washed over the couch to be comfortable on it. The microwave was missing the spin circle. The light in the bedroom was a quarter black. And the lady at check in didn’t answer my 3 calls, had to call office to get help. She was nice

• Olga (6/5): If everything is fixed it would be a good option to stay in. - It has a nice location, close to all attractions we visited. It is new. Great communication with the host, but that would not be needed if everything is properly organized and work as expected. The check in and check out processes are very confusing - instructions sent by host are contradictory. Glad we had a host responding clearly and on time. The floor in the apartment was very dirty when we came in. The dishwasher did not work. We had 6 people and only 4 forks and spoons and 5 pillows. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Host provided additional utensils when we asked. We received a door call at 12 am at night, didn’t open the door though, so not sure what it was.

• Juan Pablo (7/5): Great location and spotless cleanliness, but a chaotic check-in and 250 USD deposit with no warning - The cleanliness of the property is truly impeccable and one of the best I've seen in this type of accommodation. The location is excellent, and the space is well-designed and thoughtfully adapted for short-term stays. The check-in process was completely disorganized: no clear instructions on timing, key handover, or who to contact. On top of that, I was asked to verify my credit card and share bank statements despite booking through Booking.com, and the $250 deposit for just two nights was disproportionately high and was only returned after I had to follow up manually.

Staff was amazing but when trying to take a shower the tub was not draining so it will fill up and was dirty water we only rented for one night so it was disappointing that we couldn’t shower and had to go somewhere else to shower because they couldn’t come to fix it till the day of check about an hour before our check out time. Our pull out bed was also very dirty couldn’t sleep on it very disappointing 😩
• Markus (5/5): Big apartment in OK location, but don't expect too much friendliness. - The apartment is really huge, and the kitchen well-equipped. The bed was also comfortable, and the location is not too bad, supermarket and bus stop around the corner. When we arrived, the guy at the check-in was really unfriendly and insisted on seeing the booking from my bank account, that I already paid for the apartment. He didn't care about the booking.com confirmation at all. So I had to look for 10 minutes through my bank account, as the booking was a while ago, and with a strange name. In the room itself the bathroom was in bad condition, the flush handle for the toiled had fallen out, and the door of a cabinet was ripped out and just leaned against it. When I told them about the toiled flush issue, they just wrote it down, instead of taking care of it. So I fixed it myself later that day, as this is simply unacceptable. Then there was a water supply issue, and we had no running water for about 24 hours. We only received a notification about this issue after this issue already existed for more than 12 hours. So we couldn't take a shower, brush our teeth, use the toiled. Nothing. This really ruined our vacation experience. The room also looked a lot more dated than on the pictures.
