• osmansen (5/5): Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum. - Daireye ilk girişimizde, ev sahibinin daha önce gönderdiğini belirttiği e-posta tarafımıza ulaşmadığı için apartman içerisinde yaklaşık 40 dakika boyunca ek bir form doldurmak zorunda kaldık. Bu süreçte ev sahibi mesajlarımıza oldukça geç dönüş yaptı. Söz konusu işlemler daire içerisinde de yapılabilecekken, elimizde bavullarla apartmanın dar merdivenlerinde ayakta beklemek durumunda kaldık. Ayrıca şehir vergisinin arttığını da ancak o esnada öğrendik. Dairenin yapısı ise beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Banyo ve tuvaletin birbirinden tamamen ayrı olması oldukça kullanışsızdı. Tuvalet, küçük balkon benzeri bir alanın köşesine konumlandırılmıştı ve dairenin en sonunda yer alıyordu. El yıkamak için tuvaletten çıkıp mutfaktan geçerek banyoya gitmek gerekiyordu; bu durum bizim için oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Banyodaki duş alanı da oldukça küçüktü ve duş sırasında tüm banyo sürekli ıslanıyordu. Ayrıca mutfak dışında salon benzeri ortak bir yaşam alanı bulunmuyordu. Bununla birlikte, dairenin konumu merkeziydi; birçok yere yakın olması ve çevrenin güvenli olması güzeldi.

• Silvino (10/5): - Electronic keys was a plus, I got the code and could enter the apartment quickly. The area is vibrant and Nice for coffee and drinks. Would come back again.
• Michelle (3/5): Lage okay, Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen. - Wir bemängelten die Hygiene und unser Safe ging nicht. Direkt einen Tag später kam ein Hausmeister und kümmerte sich um den Safe. Dieser war sehr freundlich. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung wirkte ungepflegt und deutlich anders als erwartet. Es gab Löcher in den Wänden, Staub wurde lange nicht gewischt und besonders Bad und Toilette waren nicht sauber. Der Duschvorhang war dreckig und an mehreren Stellen war Schimmel zu sehen. Zudem war es extrem laut – man hört die Rohre, Geräusche aus den Wänden und durch die schlecht schließenden Fenster die ganze Straße. Für uns leider keine angenehme Unterkunft.

The property presented in this listing is misleading — the apartment shown in the photos simply does not exist. The reality is completely different. The photos are heavily edited. In reality, this is a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator, located in a very neglected and shabby building where you do not feel safe. The apartment itself is a long, narrow “railroad-style” flat with several rooms that have no windows or natural daylight. There is only one street-facing window, which is old, damaged, and does not close properly, so the temperature and noise level inside the apartment are basically the same as outside. Instead of the living room shown in the photos, this room contains two double beds, so staying in this apartment feels only little different from sleeping on the street. The second source of light is a balcony on the other side of the building, but it is completely open, making it another source of cold air inside the apartment. The toilet is actually located on this balcony (seriously), so using it feels like using an outdoor toilet in a courtyard. Apart from these two areas, there is also a huge corridor running through the entire apartment — from the balcony/window facing Carrer d'Aragó to the dirty inner courtyard where the toilet is located. The corridor is approximately 15 meters long and 2 meters wide. There are also two cramped and dark bedrooms with no natural light, a very small bathroom, and a tiny kitchen. Does this description sound anything like the apartment presented in the listing photos? I genuinely cannot understand the positive reviews from other guests. It feels as if we stayed in two completely different apartments. For me, this is simply deception and an attempt to scam customers out of their money.
• Brian (9/5): - Era perfecto para mi grupo de amigos, la única pega que no tenía ascensor pero vaya, si no tienes problema por subir escaleras está genial. El inconveniente que tuvimos fue un grupo que se hospedaba en los apartamentos encima que estaban armando escándalo exageradamente y tirando botellas y cosas por la ventana. Al principio pensábamos que pasaba algo por los gritos y nos asustamos, pero en general estuvo todo bien.

• Diede (6/5): Prima - Fijne locatie en sfeervol ingericht. Toilet was verstopt, maar binnen 10 minuten stond er iemand om het te repareren. Helaas geen fijne ervaring. Extreem veel geluidsoverlast van de drukke straat, alsof je buiten slaapt. Het raam was kapot en met plastic gerepareerd, waardoor het niet goed afsloot. De shutters konden ook niet helemaal dicht. De badkamer was extreem klein en niet hygiënisch: vieze douchegordijn, grote kakkerlak en een geïmproviseerd raampje.

• Heidt (8/5): Jó elhelyezkedés de wc az erkélyen - Az apartman közel volt a Sagrada Familiàhoz. A tömegközlekedés is rendben volt, mindent el lehetett érni busszal vagy metróval. A wc kint volt az erkélyen, először nem is találuk meg, azt hittük nincs. Éjszaka kijárni a hideg erkélyre nem volt komfortos. Erre hamarabb is felhívhatták volna a figyelemet. Az egyik kis beugorban volt egy ágy, ajtó nélküli kis sufni szerű szoba. Hideg volt és elég huzatos. Legalább egy ajtót tehettek volna fel.

Nella seconda camera, quella con i due letti singoli, mancava sia un armadio sia uno specchio e la metro si sente abbastanza, ma niente di tutto questo ci ha impedito di vivere appieno la struttura!

• Vincenza (8/5): Soggiorno davvero bello e indimenticabile - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni di Barcellona. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono luoghi iconici come Casa Batlló (circa 5 minuti), Casa Milà (7/8 minuti), la Sagrada Familia (10/12 minuti) e Plaza de Catalunya (circa 15 minuti), da cui è facile arrivare anche alla Rambla e proseguire fino al mare. Inoltre, la struttura è vicinissima alla metro, comodissima per raggiungere rapidamente molte altre zone della città. Una soluzione ideale per chi vuole visitare Barcellona in totale comodità, senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Consigliatissimo! Struttura esteticamente molto bella e pulita, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare. Mancano armadi o mobili per riporre vestiti e oggetti, e la cucina è poco attrezzata. Con qualche accorgimento in più, potrebbe offrire un soggiorno più confortevole.

• Katja (6/5): Einfache Unterkunft in guter Lage - Die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Appartement war sehr einfach. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind nicht abgetrennt. Es gibt kein Deckenlicht. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng. Mit großem Koffer kaum zu bewältigen. Es roch teilweise sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss.

• Klaudia (7/5): - Super lokalizacja i udogodnienia typu ekspres do kawy, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, grzejniki, klimatyzacja, TV, wejście na kod, mikrofalówka, czajnik, naczynia , dużo ręczników. Ładny wystrój mieszkania i wysoka czystość, wygodne łóżka i miejsce na wspólne posiłki nawet dla 5 osób. Hałas z ruchliwej ulicy przez cienkie okna (ale to może przyczyna ogólnego budownictwa w Barcelonie, nie wiem, mogę się mylić). Zapach mógłby być troszkę lepszy, to też może wina mieszkania w kamienicy. Na pewno właściciele postarali się to niwelować i zadbali o sprawne i przyjemne zakwaterowanie. :)

• Transburg (10/5): Very nice area with restaurants and bars - Very easy to enter the apartment. I got the codes and then just entred. The neighborhood was surprisingly very nice and full of life and bars and restaurants. The street behind the apartment is only for pedestrian, and very cute. The weather was nice for the month of febuary, which you never know. The apartment was very big for just 1 person.

W trakcie zwiedzania obiektów hisotorycznych poruszalismy się głównie pieszo - mieszkanie było bardzo blisko wszystkich interesujacych nas obiektów. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo szybki, przez WhatsAppa. Wynajęty przez nas lokal zrobił na nas duże wrażenie - wygladal na świeżo wyremontowany, a kuchnia była wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Mały minus - okno w salonie nie zamykało się do końca, przez co w nocy zdażało się być chłodno i głośno.

Also there is a very nice street just around the corner with no cars, and all restaurants and cafe shops. The apartment was very big for just the 2 of us. The weather could have been better

• Izabela (5/5): Disappointing - Location. The staff wasn't replying to my messages and I had to chase them a few times. We were told first we will be able to leave our bags in the apartment in the morning but then they said it wasn't possible. We should be able to pay at arrival but they sent us a payment link a week before. There was an additional city tax charge that wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. The apartment was cold and when we used electric heaters, we lost power in the whole apartment a few times. There were no instructions on how to get it back so we had to search in the dark for a fuse box and restart a unit next to it. The bathroom/toilet door lock was broken and the door was opening when you were using the toilet or shower. No heating in the bathroom and it was cold. The shower curtain wasn't working so we had a constant flood in the bathroom but there were no floor cloths provided so we had to use towels to wipe the floor. On the last day we found a cockroach (!) running around the kitchen area. Lightning in one room was not working. One single room had no door and it fit only one bed. The apartment looks worse than on the photos. No basic stuff like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar were provided that you can usually find in similar apartments. Only one cutting board and one cutting knife.

• Beatriz (8/5): Departamento cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado - La propiedad es muy amplia , es un edificio viejo renovado, la ubicación es muy buena, a tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor es por escalera . Las escaleras incómodas para bajar el equipaje.

• Yanela (8/5): - Ubicación privilegiada. Amplitud y limpieza. Punto a remarcar los chicos de limpieza que nos ayudaron a bajar las valijas cuando salimos del apartamento, muy amables!! Las escaleras son totalmente incómodas. La distribución del baño es controversial ya que no podes lavarte las manos sin atravesar el comedor. Por último, estuvimos 30 minutos esperando hasta que nos comunicaran cuál era nuestro departamento ya que nos habían asignado uno OCUPADO, lo que casi me genera un ataque. Nada que afecte gravemente la estadía.

Molto intelligente separare la doccia dagli altri sanitari in modo tale da, essendo per 7 persone e non avendo 2 bagni completi a disposizione, ottimizzare il tempo a nostra disposizione! Sarebbe stato perfetto avere 2 bagni completi, essendo in 7 l’acqua si raffreddava rapidamente e ci si metteva un po’ a prepararci tutti.
