- Stefano (9/5): Soggiorno tranquillo a Sants - Quartiere ben servito e tranquillo, l'appartamento era pulito e ben organizzato. L'accesso è facile e immediato. Le stanze sono tutte molto luminose e dotate di affaccio esterno, cosa non scontata a Barcellona. Host molto disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare la culla e il seggiolone per la bambina come da nostra richiesta. Suggerirei di aggiungere appendiabiti all'ingresso, sarebbe molto funzionale, così come qualche tovaglietta e canovaccio in cucina. Il divano purtroppo non era pulitissimo, abbiamo utilizzato un lenzuolo che era in dotazione per coprirlo..
- Marcella (5/5): Per piu famiglie - Vicinanza a metro e zona tranquilla Avevamo il check in alle 15 e una visita già prenotata per le 16 30. Avevo anche chiesto di anticipare il check in ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Purtroppo alle 15 c' era ancora il personale addetto alle pulizie che lavorava. Non ci è piaciuto dal momento che dovevo cambiare un neonato. Mi aspettavo di trovare la casa già disponibile. Inoltre avevo richiesto una culla extra e mi è stata data gratuitamente . Purtroppo era stata montata in corridoio e non poteva entrare in nessuna stanza da letto. Quindi non potevo usarla. Per il resto casa grande, vicino a fermate metro e autobus, bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Ottima per più famiglie che viaggiano insieme.
- García Almagro (6/5): Agradable pero no contenta - Era muy amplio tal y como se veía en las fotos, muy espacioso. La ubicación genial, mucha facilidad para llegar y entrar en el apartamento. Facilidad de contactar con el personal. Faltaba mucha limpieza, se salía el agua de una de las duchas para fuera, los botes de gel estaban abiertos y por la mitad. Exigen mucho acerca de cómo tenemos que llegar o dejar el apartamento y luego no están a la altura a la hora de recibir en el apartamento.
- sandra (7/5): - La comunicación y el checkin fueron muy fáciles. La ubicación muy buena y el piso era grande y cómodo. Lo único que me pareció un punto negativo en cuanto a la relación calidad-precio es que estaba un poco pobre, no funcionaba el secador, no había cortinas en alguna de las habitaciones, no habían dejado nada en la cocina (ni bolsas de basura, ni un trapo, ni servilletas o por ejemplo filtros de café…); tuvimos sur comprarlo todo para dos días y encima luego dejarlo en el piso porque no íbamos a cargar con todo eso de vuelta a nuestra ciudad… Creo que para el precio que se paga sería un detalle proporcionar todo eso.

The second apartment we stayed in was more aligned to the pictures and cleaner compared to the first apartment. We stayed in 2 of the apartments as the first apartment wasn’t up to our expectations for the money we paid. Misleading pictures as the decor was tired, the walls were marked, the light switch broken (hazard), the sofa was dirty, and a black bin bag covering one of the bedroom’s window facing the lobby area..

- Georges Legrec (8/5): - Emplacement central proche du métro. Appartement spacieux et propre . Appartement un peu laissé à l'abandon, il faudrait un peu plus l'entretenir. Une des chambres double a un lit 2 places un peu petit et pour éviter que le jour ne rentre des cartons ont été collés sur la fenêtre à l'extérieur. Mais dans l'ensemble c’est un bon rapport qualité prix pour un logement en plein centre de Barcelone.
- Andrew (8/5): Although needing a little bit of tlc, the apartment has lots of space, was clean and comfortable, close to the metro and - Nicely positioned in Barcelona, close to two metro lines that are easy to navigate. Apartment also relatively close to the airport, only 15/20 minute taxi or 30/40 minutes by metro and bus. Apartment could do with a little bit of tlc, fresh paint on the walls, repair the divides between the flooring and repair of the broken light switch in one of the bedrooms. Other than these small issues, apartment is spot on!

- Justyna (8/5): Wyjazd ogólnie udany, wygodne self check-in, blisko sklep spożywczy, kawa i bułeczki. Polecam! - 2 łazienki, przestrzenne pokoje - ogólnie apartament utrzymany w czystości. Szkoda ze nie było kawy, herbaty, soli - takich podstawowych produktów spożywczych. Lecąc samolotem ciężko te rzeczy zabrać ze sobą. Trochę hałaśliwa ulica, wieczorem i rano słychać było naprawdę głośno gwar za oknami, natomiast jak ktoś jest zmęczony całodniowym zwiedzaniem to zaśnie.

- Jean Paul (5/5): - La proximité du métro, et des commerces , le système autonome pour accéder à l' appartement Lave vaisselle inondant la cuisine,des la première utilisation malgré le signalement personne n'est venu le réparer, donc lave vaisselle non fonctionnel et même pas un torchon a disposition pour essayer la vaisselle,il semblerait que le problème était connu.mitigeur cuisine cassé, appartement bruyant pas de double vitrage bruit venant essentiellement d une terrasses d un bar à 300m beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 1 h du matin.

Una delle 4 tv aveva 3 righe sullo schermo, era privo di telecomando e mancante del cavo di antenna quindi inutilizzabile... Una delle porte del bagno non si apriva da dentro ma solo da fuori.... Alcune parti doccia con muffa e porte gonfiate da Umidità della doccia.

- Maria Fatima (6/5): Las fotos no muestran la realidad - Las fotos no se ajustan a la realidad, sofá sucio, la regadera de las duchas en malas condiciones, los colchones no son cómodos, sobre todo en la habitación de 2 camas que te sentabas y o tumbabas y te hundías Desconchones en paredes (pasillo y salón) La verdad que las expectativas eran altas ya que las fotos y descripción mos hacían pensar que estaba muy bien y realmente no estaba fatal pero muy muy lejos de los que reflejan las fotos

Cucina non ben fornita, ad esempio mancava il detersivo per la lavastoviglie, l'aspetto peggiore era il divano e la poltrona macchiati, la lampada con la stoffa strappata e le insegne rosse che arredavano le pareti tutte penzolanti.

- loris (4/5): - The apartment was spacious and convenient for families, but it wasn’t very clean. I didn’t feel safe in the area, or in Barcelona in general. On our first night, we arrived at 1:30 a.m. and the digital door lock wouldn’t open — it seemed faulty. I spent 30 minutes trying to reach the so-called 24-hour support line before someone finally responded, but the door only worked eventually on its own. There was no physical key, which I think would be a good backup. There was also noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The air conditioning and the support. One AC in the living room didnt work at all and the other one in the bedroom created a racket through the night. We had sleepless nights and inspite of repeated messasges and calls the issue wasnt resolved at all. Also wonder why cleaning charges were charged when there was noone to clean. Further the kitchen supplies were inadequate
- Cherry (8/5): Good for value stay at the heart of Barcelona - code door access just given via email or message which is great. no need to meet up payment link was not given and asked for it 2x via message but nothing was sent so had to call the property number.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - The apartment is comfortable and convenient for traveling and near supermarkets. However there is a washing machine but no detergent, and a dishwasher but no tablets. Finally, The maintenance noise on the opposite building is very loud. But I still will recommend it to anyone.

- Klim (2/5): Poor Service. Apartment Not as Lifted - Apartment was changed from the one I booked at the last minute without informing me. When contacted, they agreed to refund me partially but till now they have not responded further and I have not received this refund.
- Qudrat (3/5): Not recommended to family as lift do not work and neighbor complains of noise. - Bed was good. Location was good. Booking review Elevator did not work, we had six kids and a lot of baggage and trolley we had to drag up to first floor that was to many stairs. We stayed for 5 days, it was so difficult without The elevator every time we came home or had to go out. So if you are a family with small kids, I will recommend you to choose another place to live. Area was really nice and close to shops. The apartment is big and nice and spacious. There was a smell of kloak, it was horrible every time we came in, but when we have been in the apartment for Awhile we got used to it. Not to many things in kitchen. Basic things as bowl whisk, tablet for dishwasher, not enough toilet paper for 5 days. Very close to Lidl and Shops so very convenien to get grossery. The person under was horrible, he kept complaining about noise, and kept telling us I am not a tourist, it was not at all a pleasant stay when we were in the apartment to stressful to keep thinking that we need to be quite and cannot walk to Much as the person in the apartment under us gets disturbed, so stressful specially with to small kids walking around, not so easy to explain a 1 and 3 years old not to walk around. You can not lock the toilet doors., and the doors was swelled by water (when water wood get together it swell’s) Internet can’t reach all the apartment, so it is not useable in the back rooms. No heating in the main room, it was to cold. Walls was not clean it clearly needs paint. Toilet was leaking, so we could hear an annoying sound of water all the time. No light in the room beside sitting room, only a bed lamp and the window was not covered so there was coming light in from the hall way all the time, disturbing at the night time. So as a family it is not recommended to book this stay, we paid quite a high price for too much hassle. Only good thing was the bed was good.
- Anke (4/5): - We had a ground floor apartment. Before we checked in the communication with owner was great, once we arrived that changed. After the first night we contacted the owner because we found cockroaches in the livingroom/kitchen and bathroom and because the stove was broken. We received no reply (our stay was a total of 4 nights..). The washing machine has mold, and the small terasse that goes off the apartment is covered in pigeon poop. The apartment is spacious and check-in was easy, but due to the sanitary conditions and the broken/unusuable appliances, we would not recommend the apartment for anyone.

Apartments were clean, spacious and inviting. Showers were great….after a long day sightseeing, the showers felt wonderful. Kitchen made it easy to do a little cooking and places for refrigerated foods.

Mucho ruido con los departamentos contiguos No dotaron de papel higiénico suficiente para la estadía. El rumbo muy seguro, limpio, tranquilo.. Tienen áreas de oportunidad.

- Robert (10/5): Good apartment choice in Barcelona - Our apartment was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Despite the name, it was a 15-min walk from the Barcelona Sants metro and train station. Since there is not a front desk, getting into the apartment requires that the property managers send a code for the front door and a code for the apartment, or use of an app. The apartment itself was well-equipped, except the light switch in one of the bedrooms did not turn on any lights (instead, there were portable lights that were switched on by hand. Wifi worked well.

- George (10/5): - The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It has two private patios and a room with a washing machine and iron. The living room and kitchen-dining room are spacious and very well equipped. All areas have their own air conditioning, which is appreciated. We loved the area. Very close to Sants Station, with metro and bus station less than five minutes walk away. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, very close. The only downside was that we didn't have wifi until the next day, because there is no signal with the access data and we didn't receive that information until the next day. But even so we managed very well. I recommend this place if you want to be comfortable and well located in Barcelona.

- Richelley (8/5): Very good - The bed was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was super handy. The self check in and codes thing was extremely easy and intuitive. The metro is just around the corner, just like buses to go to Barceloneta Beach The fact that at 9/10 pm the neighbors slipped a paper under the entrance door to tell us we were too noisy… we were just having dinner. Soundproofing is not good.

The size, the number of rooms, air conditioner, etc. In our room there was no curtain so there was a lot of light at dawn, which affected the correct rest. There was also a place to dry clothes. This was solved. The curtain was not solved.

- Cem (8/5): Very good - Communication is good and fast Normal Kitchen facilities were missing. We stayed at many houses. This was the poorest kitchen pieces. We want garbage bag, dish washing sponge and pasta strainer and they brought them. Thanks. But there were many useful pieces missing. There were water flow problem in main air conditioner. We called and they repaired it. In the main room with tv and table, there were two door-windows to the balcony. But there was no curtains both of them so in the morning all sun was in the room. No way to escape it. Thats all

- Halil (10/5): - The apartment was superb. Fantastic place to stay, great location being minutes away from Mercat Nou metro. The rooms were large and airy, all fitted with air con and plentiful storage. Kitchen came with everything you could ever need to self cater. I cannot complain at all at the quality of the apartment. In fact the only complaint I have which takes this from a 10/10 to an 8/10 review is the lack of communication prior to travel. It took me chasing up the lack of an access code the day before check in to be told I needed to pay the tourist charge. Then after paying it, it was radio silence, it took me chasing Expedia to get the code. Once I had this though, I had no issues accessing the apartment, and the Akiles app used for the key was very smart and worked flawlessly.
