• Peter (10/5): Nähe Walk of Fame - Gut gelegene Wohnung in Hollywood. Es war sauber und funktional, einzig die Kommunikation ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. An der Tankstelle um den Block gibt es einen super Mex Foodtruck, sehr empfehlenswert. Im Moment ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle, die haben wir aber nur morgens gehört. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung.

But our door had a broken strike plate that made it difficult to open/close the door and when i message the property owner they left me on read. The toilet of the larger room was not fully installed on the floor and would move whenever one would sit on it. We were not told of the ant problem, we could not leave any food unattended on the counter tops, ants would appear within 30 minutes. You can hear the neighbors from all over, even then building next to us and the street. There is free parking but if you end up at the apartment we got its a spot next to the parking garage door that if a slightly larger car parked next to us it made it impossibly to get in on either side without scratching/dinging the other car.
• Matthew (8/5): - We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. I dont know anybody who sleeps with only a comforter. We went and bought our own sheet sets from the store! We had a battle with ants in the bedrooms and the sitting areas in the living room! We were told to use the bug spray from under the sink to spray the baseboards. I believe this is a common problem with this apartment..because the spray was readily available. And the fact that we had to handle the problem didnt sit well with us! The roku smart TV was difficult to manage also. All and all it was a nice property that met our needs, despite a few things that can be easily taken care of. But if i was asked to stay here again..i definitely would. Thanks again for making my 1st trip to LA a great one.
• Rachel (8/5): - This apartment worked out well for our family of 4. Having a separate bedroom for the kids was a must. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It is a top-floor unit so there was no noise from the neighbors. Pros: - Good location. Easy access to 101 freeway, Universal Studios, Hollywood. - Very friendly and communicative host. We were able to check in early and the instructions were very clear. - Designated parking in the attached garage. - Spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable beds. - Washer and dryer in-unit. Cons: - There was a lot of street noise at night. We slept with a white noise machine, but were still woken up by loud cars and motorcycles at night. - There were a limited number of plates, cups, and silverware. There were only 4 spoons, so we had to wash the silverware after every meal in order to have enough for the next meal. - There were no hand towels in the entire apartment. There were plenty of bath towels, but I found it odd that there were no hand towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms. - The main light in the hall bathroom was extremely dim, so it was basically impossible to shave, apply makeup, etc. in that bathroom

• David (8/5): - Stayed for a week for spring vacation with teenage kids. It’s an apartment building, conveniently located near Walk of fame & Universal studio. It had enough space for a family of 4, full size kitchen & reasonably comfortable beds. In terms of amenities there was just bare minimum. No cutting board or any baking tray for the oven. There was no toilet paper in the apartment on our arrival. But was delivered next morning with apologies & a bottle of wine. Nice gesture, was appreciated. Communication was good, however I did not receive instructions one day prior. But on request everything was sent to us immediately. It says “no smoking of any kind”, but the smell of weed was creeping into the rooms from outside even with closed windows. We did not like that. Parking is convenient and it seems to be safe area. In overall, it was ok stay.

• Wendy (8/5): parking issue - The parking spaces can only park regular size vehicle, although we were told that we can park the other vehicle in the handicap space, but there's another vehicle parked there when needed. The towels felt damp and smells, good thing is we have a dryer in the room.
• Michael (10/5): - Just got back from my vacation and this property far exceeded my expectation's. The property is so close to Hollywood and is a central point to a lot of locations. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to come back to after a long day out.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The place is very dirty all throughout, specially the floor. Found breadcrumbs on the floor and it was very dusty though the host assured me it was cleaned. I requested to get it cleaned but they didn’t clean it and was told that guests wear their shoes and slippers inside the unit. All we want is to walk in socks to rest our tired feet. The property smells musty as you walk through the door. The couch is dirty specially the one in the corner. The beddings are of really cheap quality, not comfy at all. The exhaust and the washing machine are MOLDY. On the positive side, we had an easy check-in and check-out. The property is very spacious which is good for big group traveler. The parking space is safe too and free.
• Courtney (10/5): - We LOVED our stay with Los Angeles deluxe suites. The apartment was really nice with everything we needed. Laundry / kitchen / private parking etc. when I first booked I will say I was not really able to see exactly where it was or what was near by because the map isn’t exact. But, the owner / manager Sam was easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We absolutely loved the rooftop. The building was quiet I don’t think we ever saw anyone else the entire time we were there. It’s close to grocery stores, the walk of fame, and universal was a short drive away. There were a few rules but easy for us to follow so we didn’t mind. I would book here again in the future.

Only concern is the intersection showing in this property posting is different than the exact location where I stayed at. The exact location is 12mins away from (driving) what they posted. Otherwise, my family and myself have no concern for this stay and we had a happy stay!

It has a rooftop deck which is beautiful. The underground parking is super safe and the inside building is new and updated. The whole family, highly highly recommends this place. The host was super responsive whenever we reached out with an inquiry or something that we needed. Five stars!

Perfect😊 - Sam and his team were excellent to work with 😊👌 as I looked for a safe and comfortable place to stay near Universal Studios w/ my family (incl grandchildren & niece). Thru Hotels.com, this two bdrm/bath secure condo was just what we were looking for! Sam and his team made sure our secure check-in was easy, convenient, and check-out the same. I didn’t have to worry about anything, thus my goal of having a GREAT time at the theme park was full of fun and great memories. Back at the condo, we had home-cooked meals together and restful sleep. This place and team are a treasure …I will definitely stay here again❤️

• Jessica (10/5): Great stay! - Clean spacious and lovely Apartment. Responsive hosts who came out on a Sunday to fix the bed frame after an issue with it without fuss.
• TARA Arlene (4/5): - The floors were disgusting. I had to buy cleaning products for the suite. The microwave was broken. I had to buy my own toilet paper and garbage bags. The in suite laundry. Ruined my brand new clothing which i sent pictires to the property manager about and he didnt say anything or complementary stay or a discount after that happened. Nothing he didnt do anything. No proper cook wares for even a proper meal. I had to request a bake sheet to use the oven. The bedding did not smell fresh and clean so we had to rewash everything before we slept on it. The parking sucked. He had renovations going on and so parking spots for us were taken all the time. Leaving me looking for outside parking. You are 1 block away from the homeless people set up with tents all over so couldnt go walking around. We stayed cause i booked my days around that area and my car rental. It was disappointing.
• Nicole K (8/5): - I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes. The kitchen did have pots and pans needed, plates etc but was bummed for no cookie sheet when I was cooking a pizza one night but it's expected to have basic essentials. There was only two pods of laundry detergent but thankfully we didn't need to do a lot of laundry so it wasn't a big deal and one small roll of paper towels. I think maybe as a suggestion if you know the reservation is going to have four or more people there should be more laundry soap and paper towels to accommodate.The building was very secure we liked being able to park under the building with secure access codes to get in and as well as getting in and out of the apartment door. The building is very quiet didn't have the greatest view out of our window but that wasn't a huge deal. The Rooftop is great as well you can see the Hollywood Sign from the roof as well as a lot of other good areas to take pictures. Beds and bedding we're comfortable as well as layout of apartment was perfect for our family of four
• AIMEE (6/5): - This was an adequate place to stay. There were only bath towels for us - no washcloths, no hand towels, or anything to dry hands on. There was one roll of paper towels to use for a week which just barely lasted. We only had enough dishwashing compound to wash the dishes three times. When you have 5 people, and only 6 bowls, you need to wash dishes more often. Also, we were going to use the couch for one of the teens but had to go buy a blanket because there were no additional sheets or blankets other than the duvet on each bed.

We found it to be in a wonderful area and very walkable to grocery stores, some restaurants and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is a spacious, updated and clean apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. I loved the roof terrace, which offers seating and a view of the Hollywood sign. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy. Thanks again Sam!

Only thing I was a little creeped out about was the fact that you can’t lock the doors from the inside, it definitely made me a little uncomfortable especially at night. Another thing I might have missed in the description was that it’s a 2 level space, and with a 2 year old that was not safe. The carpeting on the stairs is really dirty, and the floors had not been mopped. Other then that this location is close to everything, so it was very convenient and cozy. My family enjoyed our stay!

• Sajjad (6/5): - The contact was very responsive. The place in overall was not that bad. There were several things that were not the way we were told or shown. Some smoke detectors were missing, curtain was broken, lights were not working, the front door knob was not in good shape. I was not able to close it completely and it felt like if someone blow the door, it will open up. Also regardless on staying for 4 nights, consumables like paper towel etc were provided like needed for one single night. When asked I was told that things will get fixed once we leave. Other than that things were good.

• John (10/5): - Our unit become "home" the moment we walked in. It was spacious, modern, and very easy to settle in to. Lots of places to put everything you came with. (Walk-in closets, dressers etc) The kitchen was complete, and we were able to prepare full meals with no problem. Lots of storage for food too. That's not always the case in units with kitchens. Hollywood Walk of Fame is within 10 mins walking distance. Lots of other things to do in the area too. Trejo's Donuts, Hollywood Forever Cemetery, studio lot tours etc. The best part about this place is that it's not a hotel. It's a home. Easy for entertaining guests, or just to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Make sure you check out the rooftop patio. Possibly one of the best features of this place. Take your drinks up to the roof, and enjoy a panoramic view of Los Angeles, the Hollywood sign, and the rest of the area. Additionally....there's FREE PARKING. Try and find that with any other hotel in the area. The parking garage is easy to get into, and very safe. Safe for you to get into the building, and safe for the car. I don't normally write reviews, unless things have been absolutely perfect, or gone horribly wrong. I'm happy to say my wife and I found this to be absolutely perfect.

Had everything inside that we needed Sam the host was wonderful, very communicative and easy and quick to speak to. I would stay there again.
