• Sultan (8/5): - Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei der Metro Station Universita. Von dort gelangt man gut zum Bahnhof Garibaldi. Zu Fuss kommt man in etwa 10-12 Minuten an den Hafen zu den Schiffen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch in der Nähe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
• Manuela3978 (8/5): - Self-Check-in war durch die sehr gut übermittelten Informationen (per WhatsApp) problemlos. Auch zum Check -Out haben wir vorab Informationen erhalten. Zudem haben wir viele Tipps zu Restaurants/Bars erhalten. Während des Aufenthalts wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und der Müll entsorgt. Dies war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße gebucht, daher mussten wir Nachts die Fenster schließen. Wer es ruhiger möchte, sollte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen. Ausstattung des Appartement war für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Auch bot das Haus und die Zugänge zu den Appartements ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Alles soweit in Ordnung gewesen. Ein kleiner Safe für die Wertsachen wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
• Peter (7/5): - Das Zimmer ist recht nett und Groß. Die Lage zentral in Hafennähe. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich bemüht. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Es gab technische Schwierigkeiten mit dem Wasser, die aber gelöst wurden. Die Ausstattung war nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet. Und es war mir zu laut. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man Partylärm.

• ANASTASIA (9/5): - Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό , άνετο και ήσυχο , παρότι ήταν σε κεντρική τοποθεσία . Εμείς είχαμε αυτοκίνητο , υπήρχαν γύρω πολλά πάρκινγκ , και μία μέρα που πήραμε λεωφορείο η στάση ήταν κοντά . Δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει σουπερ μάρκετ και το ιστορικό κέντρο και όλα τα τουριστικά σημεία είναι σε απόσταση 10-15' με τα πόδια .Παρότι δεν υπήρχε πρωϊνό στην τιμή , οι ιδιοκτήτες φρόντισαν να αφήσουν στοιχειώδη τρόφιμα (φρυγανιές , nutella, μαρμελάδες, ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερό και το κυριότερο καφετιέρα και κάψουλες εσπρέσσο). Ευγενέστατοι εξυπηρετικοί και πραγματικά γενναιόδωροι άνθρωποι. Φεύγοντας υπολόγισα λάθος τον δημοτικό φόρο και άφησα λιγότερα χρήματα , όταν το αντιλήφθηκα ζήτησα να μου στείλουν τραπεζικό λογαριασμό για να τους καταθέσω το ποσό . Η απάντηση της Σερένα με εξέπληξε : μου είπε να μην ανησυχώ και ότι σημασία είχε που πέρασα καλά !!!

Andrea and Serena are very friendly, always there to help and answer all our questions. Towels and bed sheets are changed every 2 days, which was much appreciated. Very much recommended !!! • Fabian Daniel (7/5): Top Lage - alles zu Fuss erreichbar - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Gute Anbindung an die Metrolinie. Liegt zwischen Quartieri Spagnoli und Centro Historico. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Bett war bequem, jedoch war der Bettbezug zu klein. Man schläft teilweise auf der nackten Matratze. Trotz Heizfunktion des AC ist es manchmal kalt.

• Bissera (8/5): Joyful spring experience in Bovio Boutique Studio Apartment in Naples - Bovio Boutique Studio Apartment is situated in the city centre right to Bovio Square. Transportation throughout the city is very easy since the Metro Station Universita - one of Naples art stations - is very close. There is a supermarket only five minutes away from the apartment. The residence itself is very well designed and equipped. The bathroom is shining and the towels are regularly changed. The staff is friendly, hospitable and very helpful. We were happy to stay at Bovio Boutique Studio Apartment and strongly recommend it to tourists. There was only one reading light and visitors in our view would feel better if reading lamps are fixed on both sides of the double bed.

Fast alles vorhanden was man braucht. Viele Restaurants, gute Eisdiele und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Hinterhof Lage 😉 das Appartement war etwas dunkel, konnte nicht so richtig schauen wie das Wetter war

• Francesca (10/5): Comfort e posizione strategica - La struttura è in una posizione favolosa, vicino alla fermata della metro, ma anche a piedi è facile raggiungere il centro. Il nostro alloggio era completo di tutto, persino di lavatrice anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, la cucina dotata di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, dal bollitore alla macchinetta da caffè, ideale per soggiorni lunghi. A metà del soggiorno ci è stata cambiata completamente la biancheria da letto e da bagno, molto apprezzata. I due host Serena ed Andrea sono stati gentili e molto disponibili nei confronti delle nostre richieste. C’era un po’ di polvere sui comodini ma credo sia stata una svista, perché l’appartamento per il resto era molto pulito.

There’s a supermarket and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The host gave clear instructions and communication was good. The host could have been more careful with cleaning. There was dust on the furniture and some stains on the seat in front of the bed. Also, the WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, so we had to use mobile data.

• Bart (6/5): - De locatie van het appartement is perfect. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is verder schoon en redelijk stil. Het bed was klein en tevens wat doorgezakt, dus aan vervanging toe. Daardoor echt minder goed geslapen. Alle faciliteiten zijn er aanwezig maar je ziet dat er wat onderhoud nodig is.

• Chi (10/5): I will definitely choose this apartment again! - This apartment is in a great location, very close to the metro station and the bus stop to Pompeii. Many attractions in the city are within walking distance. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful, arranging check-in for me before I left. Due to our flight change, they adjusted our check-in time ASAP. When we accidentally lost our room key, the host didn't complain at all and immediately provided us with a spare key.

• Talita (6/5): Ok - Localização, gentileza dos hosts (mesmo que o contato tenha sido apenas por WhatsApp) Não possuía cobertor, apenas lençóis na suíte. Os únicos dois travesseiros eram muito altos e nos deixaram com dor na nuca. A rua é bastante barulhenta e o barulho não é contido pelas janelas. O prédio é bastante antigo e o elevador não chega até o térreo, temos que subir um pequeno lance de escadas para acessar o elevador que também é extremamente antigo. A máquina de café não estava funcionando, e já tinha água dentro, quando tirei para ver a limpeza do reservatório, estava extremamente sujo, como se não fosse trocada a água ou feito limpeza há muito tempo mesmo, com isso, lavei o reservatório com água, esponja e detergente e com muita dificuldade consegui retirar a maior parte da sujeira, mesmo assim, não por completo. Então, quando fui ligar, a máquina não estava funcionando. Os lençóis estavam manchados, parecia mancha de mofo, mas o quarto em si não tinha cheiro de mofo. Por outro lado as toalhas estavam bem limpas e o chuveiro era satisfatório.

The mattress topper too small for bed. Only one PowerPoint could be used as sockets non standard sizes. Used the washing machine and clothes got locked inside. Hosts did not answer phone but eventually sent someone to fix. THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE APARTMENT....YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE COMMIN HALLWAY TO ACCESS IT. Overall, a stressful stay. • Paola (10/5): Inmejorable relacion costo calidad - La ubicacion es excelente, cerca de todo. Excelente conectividad con el transporte publico. Hay una estacion de metro a unas 2 cuadras en la linea que conecta con el aeropuerto y la estacion de trenes Garibaldi, por lo que uno se puedo ahorar el taxi al llegar y salir de Napoles ( el bus de acercamiento desde la estacion Garibaldi al aeropuerto vale 5 euros). El departamento es moderno, en el contexto de un edificio antiguo, decorado con buen gusto La anfitriona , excelente, muy empatica y con excelente predisposicion a ayudar y orientar al huesped en todo lo necesario. 100 % recomendable. En general todo bien, solo pequeñas sugerencias para incorporar como por ejemplo, algo para secar la loza, una licuadora le vendria bien, pero solo son detalles.

Metró megálló 2 perc sétára, onnan minden elérhető pár perc alatt. A tulajdonosok szinte azonnal válaszolnak minden kérdésre. A takarítást végző személyzet majdnem minden nap jön, munkáját minden elvárásnak megfelelően végzi. -

• Kathryn (10/5): Out family had a great time in the heart of Naples! - The location was absolutely perfect for a few days in Naples — walking distance to Metro, the port, Centro Storico, and many more. The apartment was great! Small but comfortable. Quiet, even though it was a busy street. Check in was easy, and the security guy at the building entrance (during the day) was very kind and helpful. Everything was wonderful!

It was clean, great amenities nearby (grocery store, bars, restaurants), close to Toledo and also close to the Port if you are taking the Alibus (6-7 minutes walking). The AC (especially during this heatwave) was amazing, and I had a room that faced the court yard which was quiet, even during the middle of the day. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that my room was cleaned with fresh towels when I came back after an entire day in the heat. Serena was an amazing host., answered quickly, gave amazing recommendations, and just lovely overall when messaging with her. I typically never leave reviews, but this stay deserved it. Highly recommend booking, hats off to you Serena.

A nice stay considering its good location In Naples, a taxi fair depends on the taxi drivers’ honesty. I guess they charged Asians travelers more as it should be. Maybe Uber taxi is better option in Napoli.

• Veselina (10/5): Great accommodation in Napoli - The room is big enough to be comfortable, it’s clean and well maintained. Coffee and water are provided. It’s close to the port and to the historic centre as well. It’s quite noisy outside so impossible to sleep with open windows, but I guess it’s the same anywhere in the central part of Napoli.
• Constance (9/5): Superb - Friendly owner who provided detailed procedure for late check-in in advance. I asked if there is any laundry powder in the room and they managed to fetch me some detergent. Conveniently situated near notable streets, ferry terminal and metro. Electrical outage when using washing machine and kettle at the same time. No on-site parking, the recommended garage is 10mins walk uphill from the apartment.
• Kai (9/5): Great location, smooth check in/out, very clean apartment with nice finishes! - Great location with a beautiful bathroom! The only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was that the bed didn’t use a fitted sheet, instead used two top sheets. While sleeping the bottom sheet would come loose and wrinkle underneath you.

• Vicki (8/5): Great location, secure building, good host communications - Location Bathroom amenities ( soap , shampoo etc) was used bottles and almost empty . Bed pillows were terrible too big and too flat . There was both. Towels were a little tired. Good do with new ones. Lacked atmosphere.
• Simon (10/5): Great location and beautiful flat. - The location is great, right in the centre close to the port, bus to airport (Alibus), Universti metro stop, Spanish Quarter and all the other tourist attractions. The flat is on the 1st floor in a period building, newly renovated and just feels grand from the high ceiling making it very spacious as well. The balcony window is the where you can enjoy coffee/wine. There are supermarkets steps away. The shower is really good and the bed is really comfortable. The flat has all facilities such as fridge, washing machine , good Wi-Fi and also pod coffee machine and pots & pans as well. The host is very kind, provided us suggestions for cafes, restaurants and bars and also guided us during a late night check in. Definitely one of the best flats we’ve been in and will definitely book again. Highly recommended. Nothing

Close to the Spanish Quarter and many restaurants. Some stairs to the elevator meant carrying luggage but the elevator was vintage and interesting.
