- Guest (9/5): Appartement à recommander - Appartement très bien situé. Proche de beaucoup de choses. Appartement sombre. Peu de fenêtres

- CHeMo (8/5): Fiyat/Performans olarak çok iyiydi. Mükemmel bir konumdaydı. Sadece eşyalar daha yeni olabilirdi. - Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Eşyalar çok eskiydi.
- Bewitched Fah (9/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment, poor communication - Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early.
When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33 euros to store them; had to go back to get it and drag it back to the apt. when we did finally hear back. The person who met us to give us the key collected the tax, but forgot to get photos of our passports, and messaged me after he left to send pics of our passports.
Like I said, the apt. was fine, but communication was poor. Not a good start to our trip.
- Sirkka-liisa (9/5): Superb -
- Cesar (6/5): Pleasant - Location is always key in real estate and this property is no exception
The apartment is nice and clean.
Walking up the long flight of stairs is customary in Italy if you are traveling with persons who may find this challenging then this apartment may not fit your needs Unfortunately, not having air conditioner in the main room where two sleeping beds, the kitchen and the entrance was located was certainly disappointing and extreme unpleasant traveling in August (hottest month of Tuscany).
My second comment would be, if this property is marketed to accommodate 6-8 persons, having only one bathroom is not conducive to a large family
- Hitendra (8/5): Very good -
- june (2/5): - Staff can’t be reached easily.. lots of bugs even inside the beds. We all got pretty bed bug bites on our first night. Over all the property is not clean at all. They should really wash the covers of sofa & chairs
- Mark (8/5): Great and clean place to stay - Well maintained and appointed apartment. Wifi was excellent.
- Walter (2/5): - BEWARE!!! When we arrived, things appeared well. But I woke up in the morning with bites on my legs - I inspected the mattress and found MULTIPLE BUGS! I took careful pictures - I immediately reached out to the property. I packed up my things and took immediate precautions.
I sent pictures to owner - they sent a lady out to look (several hours after I left the property - no idea if anyone actually came out) who said they found nothing and it was ok. They refused to provide any refund (2 days) for unused days.
In addition to BUGS FOUND IN BED, the person who checked us in said there was no washing machine - we eventually found (in bedroom by bathroom behind curtains there is a door).
There was absolutely NO supplies - no soaps, no shampoos, no towels or paper towels in kitchen, no dish soap, etc…
There is no bed mattress pads, the fitted sheet had a hole in it, and the blanket was an old, polyester fuzzy blanket.
BEWARE OF STAYING AT THIS POPERTY! It is a good location, but you will be sorry!
- Voneen (2/5): - DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY – POTENTIAL DEATH-TRAP! We arrived to drop off our bags & found the shower fixture was broken & a repair man needed to stop by. When he arrived we could not get the deadbolted door open. We found out that we needed the key to open the door from the inside and that there was no other way to get the door open. Because we had trouble opening the door for the repair man & had read an earlier review about the door being broken for a previous guest, we then inspected the rest of the home. We were horrified to find that all windows had bars on them & the only two that didn’t were small windows that opened to some weird center of the building with mechanical pipes in it. No way out other than a door that was difficult to get open in case of an emergency!
We immediately notified the property owner/manager that we felt the property was unsafe & that we wouldn’t be staying there. We had originally booked a 5-night stay at the property & were forced to go find another hotel room that evening & for the remainder of our time in Florence. We asked for a refund of at least part of our stay & of the cash paid for the cleaning fee & city tax as we did not stay at the property at all. The property manager refused to refund any amount at all & kept all funds even though we did not stay at the property at all. Even the cleaning fee & city tax that wasn’t due was kept by the owner. Do yourself a favor, keep your family safe & DON'T stay here!!
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Annie (8/5): Very good - Great location, great for boys to walk to the sites and end up at Piazza Santa Croce to run around while we relaxed. A bit dark and not many windows but everything functions. Mattresses could be upgraded.
- Xhuljana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Giorgia (9/5): Superb -
