• Nino (8/5): - We found the room clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, our stay was not bad, but this incident was disappointing and affected our overall impression. after the room was cleaned on the second day, there were no towels left for us, and unfortunately my friend’s T-shirt went missing. We only noticed it after we had already left the hotel.

• Ricardo Bruna (10/5): Great hotel nearby Firenze downtown - nice neighborhood - Modern hotel (with a hostel vibe) 10 minutes walking from Tram. Good beds and linens, wonderful balcony, air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel has shared kitchens for apartments located up to third floor. Underground basement has laundry service, and first floor a very nice area for breakfast - a very good one by the way. Vending machines at front desk floor, and some bistros nearby (walking distance). Hotel is less than 10 minutes from downtown (with Tram), but also you can just walk there, very nice and safe area, quiet at night as well.

• Hugo (1/5): Fatal - Absolutamente nada. En la habitación se escucha absolutamente TODO de las habitaciones contiguas. Es imposible descansar con tanto ruidos. Los colchones son incómodos. Las almohadas no son cómodas y son muy delgadas. No ponen shampoo ni nada en el baño. El la recepción son súper groseros, no ayudan en nada, necesitaba una plancha y me cobraban 19 euros. El desayuno es pésimo. El café horrible. Está lejos del centro. No recomiendo quedarse en esta basura

Farto, com ovos, bacon, feijão, iogurte vegano, pães, etc etc. a recepção 24h também fornece bastante flexibilidade de horário para chegar. A lavanderia no local é bem prática para uma emergência. O quarto não tem TV e nem muito espaço para acomodar as roupas, que são dois detalhes que acabam fazendo falta.

Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner très varié Peu de restaurants dans les alentours. Salle de bain trop petite avec bidet et toilettes littéralement dans la douche. Autres clients de l'hôtel qui ne respectent rien et font du bruit très tard le soir et très tôt le matin (isolation entre les chambres bof). On entend beaucoup la rue (isolation extérieure bof)

The hotel was recently renovated, so everything felt new and very clean. Breakfast was also excellent. No había un armario donde guardar cosas, el acceso a la cama incómodo, únicamente estaba dotado de gel, no había ni un vaso, por no haber carecia hasta de televisión. Por último, habitaciones sin insonorizacion, se escuchaba todo.

• Sylwia (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja, ale... - Dobry dojazd do centrum, przystanek tramwaju 200 m od hotelu. Również na pieszo do centrum Florencji łatwo dotrzeć. Obok sklep spożywczy. Pokoje są bardzo akustyczne, słychać co robia sąsiedzi, w pokojach od ulicy bardzo slychać ulicę, nawet przy opuszczonych żaluzjach. Wyposażenie pokoju bardzo podstawowe, przydałby sie dodatkowy koc lub kołdra, szczegolnie wiosną, kiedy w ciągu dnia jest ciepło, ale wieczory i noc są rześkie. W pokoju nie ma żadnej szklani czy kubka np. na szczotkę i pastę. No i śniadania... Generalnie zjesz na słodko dobrze, musli z jogurtem i owocami również, ale na ciepło bardzo słabo. Jajecznica, smażony bekon, czy duszone grzyby są zimne kazdego dnia. Nie wiem dlaczego, być może jest to taka formuła, ale dla nas bylo to raczej niezbyt smaczne.
• Yurii Shvets (6/5): Całkowity brak wyciszenia! - Od razu zaznaczę, że moja ocena jest niższa głównie ze względu na całkowity brak wyciszenia. Mieliśmy wrażenie, jakbyśmy spali na zewnątrz, mimo że nasz pokój znajdował się na 6. piętrze. Sam hotel jest przytulny i czysty, urządzony w stylu Minimalist Mediterranean Industrial. Położony w dobrej lokalizacji, w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, kawiarnie oraz supermarkety. Przed zameldowaniem mogliśmy zostawić bagaż w hotelu. W pokoju unosił się bardzo przyjemny zapach. Sam pokój był czysty, łóżko duże i wygodne, a pościel oraz ręczniki śnieżnobiałe. Do dyspozycji była również mała lodówka. Dużym plusem był balkon z pięknym widokiem. Śniadanie było w formie bufetu — różnorodne i smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Sala śniadaniowa była bardzo ładna, z możliwością zjedzenia śniadania na tarasie. Z minusów największym problemem był zdecydowanie całkowity brak wyciszenia. Musiałam spać w słuchawkach, ponieważ samochody jeździły praktycznie bez przerwy. Drobnym minusem był też brak czajnika, ekspresu do kawy i szklanek w pokoju. Trochę zaskoczył nas brak kabiny prysznicowej. Po prysznicu mokra była nie tylko podłoga, ale też okolice toalety. Nie uznałabym tego jednak za duży minus — raczej za rozwiązanie, które nie każdemu będzie odpowiadać.
