• Ivana (5/5): Das Zimmer war sonst ok. - Kleines, nettes Zimmer gleich 2min vom Duomo. Wir sind im Laufe des Nachmittags ins Zimmer zurück um unsere Einkäufe. Ich hatte einen Schock. Unsere Zimmertür war sperangelweit geöffnet. Da war einfach ein Typ in unserem Zimmer drin, der Malerarbeiten an gewisse Stellen machte. Unfassbar ! (Das war eigentlich gar nicht nötig) Es ist ein 4Stern Hotel und man verkauft nicht ein Zimmer wenn man drin Korrekturen machen muss. Ich hatte Angst um unsere Sachen ! So was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Reception war nicht bedient. Man musste jeweils anrufen falls nötig. Das klappte aber.

• Fabrice (9/5): Idéal pour un séjour rapide - Principalement son emplacement. À proximité du Duomo, tout se fait à pied et si besoin, tramway ou métro sont à quelques pas. parking voiture très proche. Un peu de bruit. On entend le tramway et la proximité des chambres demande un peu de discrétion ce qui n’est pas le cas de tout le monde

• carp (10/5): Good - Clean, cozy, and the location is very good. They don't have a parking lot even if they say they have.That was a problem for me.They say they have one but actually its a private one at 500m away and you need to pay for it

• Eden Katz (7/5): Great location, great clean room, noisy street-faced room - Great value for money, great location, comfy bed and big clean bathroom. The rooms that face the street are really noisy even at night - trams and metro and cars noise constantly - not for light sleepers. It was difficult to find the reception, no where was mentioned you need to come up to floor 3.
• Laura (6/5): Bruyant !!!!!! - L’emplacement est excellent! Le service de chambre passe tous les jours . Ca reste propre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres donnent juste au dessus de l’arrêt du tram. Les fenêtres isolent très mal, on entend l’os clé tram toute la nuit et le passage des voitures. Les chambres entre elles sont aussi mal isolées, une nuit un occupant a toqué et sonné à la porte d’entrée à 2h jusqu’à ce qu’une personne vienne ouvrir alors que nous étions la chambre tout au bout du couloir … on entend les voisins de chambre tirer la chasse d’eau! Les boissons sans alcool sont payantes malgré un prix très élevé. Pour le prix , il manque les petites attentions!

• Vanessa (8/5): - Es hat eine super zentrale Lage in einer Nebenstraße des Mailänder Doms. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür fährt nachts nicht und stört so auch nicht beim Schlafen. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man benötigt und sind schön eingerichtet. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

• Carmine (9/5): Ottimo - La posizione è il punto forte della struttura. Staff cordiale. Tram che passa praticamente a tutte le ore e il rumore è fastidiosissimo

• Sylvie (6/5): Séjour à Milan - Sa situation centrale, proche du Dôme. Malgré un emplacement très central, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. L’établissement est extrêmement bruyant. Personne à notre arrivée , nous avons dû revenir 1 heure plus tard et attendre afin qu’une personne daigne venir à la réception… L’accueil laisse à désirer : peu chaleureux et peu professionnel. Nous avons notamment demandé une quittance pour le paiement de la nuit, qui nous a été refusée sans explication valable, ce qui est regrettable. Étant pourtant des habitués de Milan, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel malgré sa situation géographique.

• Steph (4/5): - Rooms were a nice size, the 1 staff member (only ever 1) was lovely and always helpful. Great location The rooms were very dirty in my option, the bathroom needed a deep clean (toilet was bad, shower drain was clogged due to people’s hair, walls had hand marks and residue marks etc) and under the bed was very very thick dust which was due to poor cleaning. The kettles and cups were full of dust as well. This was the biggest down fall of the room. Pretty disappointing as everything else was ok.

• David (9/5): - Location was great for me while I was working in Milan, but it was also close to everything, metro, restaurants, shops and attractions. Helpful staff who were quick to reply to messages, clear and easy to follow instructionson how on to get into the building and room.. The only draw back was it was loud outside from the trams. I was aware of this when I booked so I took ear plugs with me. They worked and I didnt loose much sleep over it.

То, что вы видите на фотографии при бронировании - это только номера, и там все как на фото. но начиная с общего коридора - и до выхода на улицу- это НЕ отель, а просто старый жилой дом, где есть офисы, ходят какие-то люди, служебный выход кухни ресторана...

• Marina (7/5): - Расположение отеля идеальное, рядом с собором. Кровать удобная, чисто. Персонал приветливый, все вопросы решали быстро. Отель находится на третьем этаже офисного здания, комнат всего лишь 7-8 Вода из душа при среднем напоре воды вытекает в комнату, нужно постоянно следить, чтобы этого не произошло и использовать только слабый напор.

Front Desk staff was very helpful. Initially hard to find as there was no sign outside the building or instructions that are visible.

D’avoir demandé deux fois qu’on me change l’ampoule de la lumière de la salle de bain qui ne marchait pas , on ne voyait rien , c’est resté comme ça ! D’avoir une douche qui ne s’évacue pas et d’avoir eu de long jusque dans la chambre … bref

Bir daha gittiğimde de otel arama derdim yok. Araçla gidecekler için de hemen yer altı otoparkının dibinde bir yer.
