KATIA (6/5): - Unfriendly host. No inclination to be helpful. KETTLE in room, but no coffee only tea. Absolutly no amenities to have lunch or dinner in room or some common aeria. She had a micro wave behind the counter, but was offended by the idea of sharing it with the guest.

Mateusz (8/5): - Pokój był bardzo przestronny, czysty. Plus za herbatę i batoniki, to naprawdę miły akcent. Pokój zdecydowanie swoje najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą i wymaga odświeżenia. Kratka w łazience była brudna. Nie ma klimatyzacji i w pokoju jest duszno i gorąco w cieplejsze dni. Otwarty prysznic, mimo że jest przestrzeń.

Nikolay (8/5): A quiet place - A quiet and peaceful place. It was not far from the center of Bansko. A kind and welcoming hostess. It is difficult to find a parking space. There is one for 2-3 cars on the side, but it is only suitable for SUVs and taller cars. Perhaps the hosts could make sure that the space is also suitable for lower and longer cars.
Guest (8/5): Reposant - Bon accueil. La réceptionniste est très professionnelle: efficace, réactive et aidante. La chambre est grande (triple), propre, confortable, calme et lumineuse (les rideaux ne sont pas occultants). Balcon commun avec la chambre voisine. Possibilité de fumer sur le balcon. La salle de bains est également propre et spacieuse mais petit soucis avec le robinet du lavabo un peu instable et la chasse d'eau qui reste bloquée. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette guest house pour son calme. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Un peu loin des gares ferroviaire/routière quand on voyage routard. Un entretien de la plomberie serait nécessaire

Mª Elena (6/5): Buen precio pero necesita algunas mejoras. - Éramos 4 personas y nos dieron una habitación triple con baño y una doble con baño, que se comunicaban y podían funcionar como una unidad. La amabilidad del personal y las vistas. La terraza, aunque era compartida con otra habitación. La amplitud de la habitación triple. Tenían hervidor y nevera con café, te etc. Muchas bombillas no funcionaban. Escasa limpieza. Moqueta llena de manchas. La puerta del WC de la habitación triple no se podía cerrar por estar rota. Se accedía al balcón pequeño de la habitación doble desde el baño. El mobiliario de la terraza viejo y roto. El armario y la puerta de la habitación doble hacía mucho ruido.

Vincent (8/5): Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding - We kwamen een uur later aan dan de uiterlijk inchecktijd. Dat was geen probleem voor de host, dat was heel fijn. De hygiëne in de kamer en badkamer was oké. Helaas geen airco. Maar voor de prijs konden we niet meer verwachten.
