• Kamil (9/5): - Amazing location. Room was very comfortable with a great view on main pasage, however it was still quite inside. In winter room was very cozy and warm. Contact with the host was great - very responsive and direct. Shared spaces like kitchen or bathroom could have radiators because in winter it was pretty cold there.
• Richard (10/5): An exellent place to stay right in the city centre on budget. - The place is an old building with wooden stairs. Inside the walls have well decided and interesting decoration. The bath is pretty, also with interesting paintings, 3 shower cabins, enough for the four rooms I saw. There`s even a secret small balcony for the smokers. Nice bar downstairs. As overall an exellent place to stay in Sofia centre on budget. Nothing.

• Anthony (5/5): Scegliete altro - Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ha accolto le nostre richieste. Posizione perfetta perche l’alloggio é situato in Vitosha Boulevard. Premetto che avevo organizzato un viaggio di gruppo e prenotato una camera con 5 letti. 3 singoli e un divano letto. Ok. La pulizia é stata pessima, le lenzuola erano macchiate come anche i piumoni. Il riscaldamento non funzionava sempre, ci hanno dato una asciugamano a persona per 4 giorni, i letti ce li siamo dovuti fare noi al nostro arrivo perché erano solo con il copri materasso, lo scaldino veniva utilizzato da tutto il palazzo e potevi stare poco sotto la doccia, noi poi eravamo in 5 e ci siamo dovuti dividere, chi faceva la doccia prima di uscire e chi la faceva una volta rientrati, pareti delle camere orrende e l’ingresso è di dietro un bar, con delle scale strette e sporche che portano all’appartwmento. Ci sono solo 3 docce e 2 bagni condivisi per non so quante camere, ma i bagni sono orribili. Per non parlare della cucina. Ho fatto una brutta figura, andate da un altra parte

La stanza discrtemanete pulita ma la pulizia negli spazi comuni lasciavano molto A desiderare. Io sono un soggetto allergico, e ho avuto una brutta tosse soprattutto la notte.Altro problema lo scarico delle doccie.. dopo la prima doccia il bagno risultava inutilizzabile. Nel complesso considerato il tempo che siamo stati in stanza e la posizione e il prezzo non male.

• Castel (5/5): - The location was great. The bulding had a disgusting smell almost our entire time we were there, while the room itself was passable, the stairs that were taking us to the foor were the house is located smelled like dead animal. It was really bad.

• Pankova (4/5): Good for its price,but not my best choice - The beds are comfortable ,the location is good and the price is suitable. It's a good choice for big groups. We didn't have the chance to rest good at the night, because of the cold and the noise from the street. The heater was on its maximum,we used all the bed sheets and still it was kind of cold all of the time of our staying. At 5'o clock I woke up from the street's screams and at 8'o clock- from the talking people on the corridor in front of our room. The second thing- I didn't find a soap for shower in the bathroom. The bathroom is shared so if there's different groups on the floor, it's not very comfortable.

• Michael (4/5): Unfinished hostel - Only a few rooms, which meant it was very private and not many people around Seemed like an unfinished hostel. No towels or paper to dry your hands in, had to wait 15 min for check in because of lack of communication and got checked in by their cleaning staff instead, the room was loud and no where to hang your clothes (coat rack) or any shelves to lay your other clothes.

• Alisdair (9/5): Fantastic location & value for money. - Lovely charming house and double room. Well maintained & looked after. Professional service Fantastic location Bath towels are provided for guests which is fine, but hand towels aren't. This would make a big difference because after washing hands in the bathroom or toilet, which is shared, you need them. Cleaners are present but a handy brush & pan plus a few spare dustbin liners would be great.
