Zaremba (10/5): Dobry hotel w pięknej okolicy - Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek. Przepiękna okolica, wiele sklepów i restauracji. Śniadanie w hotelu przepyszne, wszystko świeże i ciepłe. Pokoje zgodne z opisem, było w nich wszystko czego potrzeba. Basen i spa to też duży plus. Sam hotel jest bardzo klimatyczny, a obsługa miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobrze mówią po angielsku. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Hana (7/5): - Lokalita byla dobrá, kousek pěšky ke všemu, pán co se staral o parkování byl stále přítomen a nápomocen. Snídaně formou bufetového stolu byly prakticky pokaždé stejné, ale dobré. Hotel už má jistě mnoho za sebou a zažil asi lepší časy. A to ať mluvím o pokoji, tak i o bazénu s vířivkou. Sauna byla stále vypnutá, paní nás ale ubezpečila, že k dispozici je, což jsme ale nezkoušeli, tak to hodnotit nemohu, ale za to bazén byl studený (ač mám studenou vodu ráda), jeden den vířivka vůbec nefungovala, druhý den v něm sice byla i voda, ale vůbec nevířila a sloužila tedy jen jako menší bazén a v pokoji byly viditelné náznaky opotřebení. Jeden večer nám dokonce vyhrávala pod okny kapela a ač jsme měli okna zavřená, dovnitř se dostalo hluku dost. Stejně tak i z vedlejšího pokoje. Přesto, pokud člověk nevyžaduje přímo luxus a s výše uvedeným se spokojí, byl hotel čistý a tedy jsme neměli problém, zde pobít. Jo a kdyby to měl někdo stejně, vím, že jsem u bookovaní uvažovala, jestli se jedná o jeden pokoj, nebo dva, neboť byl nadepsán jako apartmán a dle fotek to nebylo jasné, no a definice apartmánu je, že zahrnuje více pokojů. Nicméně, byl to opravdu jen jeden pokoj s koupelnou.

Rei (6/5): It was an okay stay, the location was the best part however there are cheaper options around the same location for cheap - Central location, very friendly staff, spacious room There’s not many parking spots so we had to wait until other guests left so we could park, the spa needs more maintenance, especially the pool as it seemed scratched and dirty in some places

Alison (8/5): - The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot complain and this is exactly why I booked it, it's a pity that its becoming a little run down as it has so many bonuses to offer.

Susan (8/5): Staying in a time warp!! - This property was not presented as well as the photos imply as it is old and dated, a little shabby. However the staff were welcoming and the location was great to wander out for a meal in the evening. The following morning, walking into the breakfast room was like going into a 1920s time warp the breakfast was sufficient. What I did love was the original artwork on the walls done by the family matriarch who passed earlier this year. I think the photos are a little more glamorous than the property presents

Sofia (5/5): 2 star hotel - The suit was big, the location was good. Most of the staff were friendly. If they hadn't described themselves as an exclusive high rated spa hotel I wouldn't mind most of the things. They described the suit we booked as having a private bathtub and jacuzzi which I didn't have. But it didn't even have a proper functioning shower head. It was clogged and pulled to the side. They served cold coffee at breakfast and when I asked for a coffee cup one of the staff pointed me to the paper cups on the table. Luckily the bartender noticed and took the effort to clean up a proper cup to give me. The staff guy with the paper cup kept messaging with his phone in the breakfast area which looks quite bad.the breakfast itself was not high quality of any kind. In general it seemed like this hotel once was very good but now it is very run down and they try to keep up with what little is left of their reputation.

Toni (9/5): A great hotel with really friendly staff - I really liked the staff in the hotel and also the breakfast. When we checked in we had booked a room with three beds and a double room. But we actually got a suite and an other bigger room than we had ordered. That was a really amazing effort by the hotel. Thank you! There was not a lot that I did not like with the hotel. But we had one big issue, and that was the safety. When the cleaner had been in our room she left the window open. When we came into the room our small son went to the window (which is on floor level) and he could easily have fallen out. It would have been approximately a 5-6 meter fall. The same thing was in the spa when somebody from the maintenance had left a hatch open in the floor at the edge of the pool. The hole was about 3 m deep and the bottom filled with water. Our son was actually almost going there. Without kids it may be hard to realize these things, but it was actually a serious safety issue.

Joji (8/5): Very good - The front office staff was very courteous They upgraded my rooms and gave me choice to select my rooms, The children loved the pool, Parking was available, we are happy. The hotel need some technical makeover, like bathrooms did not have locks, AC Remotes were not there, TV stand leg was not fixed Daily cleaning was not done properly, the bed linen, towels, waste cleaning etc were not done. We had to report it to reception and they send a cleaning lady that had a attitude issue. This we reported it to management however. Back office need improvement
