• Sherpa (5/5): - Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet expectations. We initially chose this property specifically because it advertised having a swimming pool. However, upon arrival, there was no clear communication that the pool was closed. When we inquired at the front desk, we were informed that the pool was open between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Based on this information, we planned accordingly. Unfortunately, the following day we were told that the pool was actually closed, which was both confusing and frustrating due to the inconsistent information provided by the staff. Additionally, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection remained the same each day, with very limited variety, which quickly became repetitive. Overall, the quality and variety of the breakfast did not meet expectations. In summary, the lack of transparency regarding the pool and the average breakfast experience made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

• Alexandre (9/5): - L'Hôtel est très moderne. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée. Parking au sous-sol avec un accès direct aux chambres par ascenseur. La propreté était impeccable. Notre chambre disposait d'un balcon donnant sur la rue et permettant d'apercevoir la mer. Comme c'était la fin de la saison, ce n'était pas trop bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner (inclus dans le prix de la chambre) est assez moyen. Pas de thé noir et pour avoir un bon café, il est nécessaire de le payer.

• Uliana (8/5): Overall, my impression of the hotel and the town was positive, and I don’t regret my choice. - It was a wonderful hotel – quite new, with a minimalist and stylish design. Everything was very clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but the quality of the food was good. The hotel is located very close to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff tried their best, but it’s clear that this is a matter of development, and I’m sure they will soon improve the overall quality. Once, my coffee was prepared but never brought to the table, and after waiting about ten minutes, I went to the counter myself, where the bartender muttered something under his breath with a rather unhappy expression. The most surprising thing for me, however, was the staff’s complete unwillingness to find a solution for breakfast on our departure day, which coincided with the start of breakfast service. When I asked them to be flexible and prepare at least a simple lunch box (as most hotels do if you leave before breakfast), they told me that I should be the one to be flexible and postpone my departure 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ In the end, the human factor spoiled the overall impression. I really hope they will reconsider their approach and policy in this matter.

Tea has to be purchased from the area. The car park is very steep when going underground. The AC was tempremental and did not always work.

• Yilmar (10/5): Ksamil excelente - Excelente atención de la persona en recepción, llegamos muy temprano pues viajamos en la madrugada desde Tirana y llegamos con dos niños, la persona de la recepción fue muy amable al revisar si podíamos ingresar a la habitación a descansar y nos ayudo! Las instalaciones están muy bien y el desayuno está bien por el precio, la ubicación es cerca a los lugares más concurridos, a las playas y zonas de restaurantes, en frente queda un supermercado que abre muy temprano y cierra muy tarde en donde consigues cualquier cosa. La piscina está bien, solo que al rededor están todas las mesas donde se ubican los huéspedes para desayunar y/o almorzar así que no la pudimos disfrutar mucho con los niños pues salpicaban agua a las personas!

• Mine (2/5): - I would avoid at all costs. My father passed away a few days before my trip and they refused to give us a refund. They are so money hungry they would rather benefit from an individual who has lost their father. There are plenty of hotels around Albania who are decent kind and have a soul. You never what could happen so don’t go for this soulless and heartless hotel. It might be a decent hotel but they have no morals and I am sure if something happen during your stay will remain the same money hungry heartless selves. Why go to a hotel who has no decency and respect for the deceased.

Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e ne siamo rimasti contenti (parola di Italiani). Lo staff è stato super disponibile ad ogni esigenza. • Busra (9/5): Heerlijk! - Perfecte plaats, heel erg schoon en echt heel aardig personeel. Kleine zwembad prima om af te koelen. Eten was betaalbaar en goed tov prijs kwaliteit. Ligging is echt goed Geen kasten om kleren kwijt te kunnen. Ik had echt veel hangers nodig voor 6 dagen met 2 personen geen enkel kast of la waar je je kleding sokken ondergoed kwijt kan is vervelend want dan leef je eigenlijk continu in rommel. Wat geen rust geeft. Daarom is het ook geen minpunt maar meer luxe geklaag van mij , misschien een dressoir met een la erin 😊

• Brun (9/5): Bel hôtel - Hôtel très propre et très bien placé à Ksamil. Le parking souterrain est essentiel car sinon impossible de se garer dans cette ville. Le personnel est très réactif. Malgré son emplacement stratégique et donc bruyant, lorsqu’on ferme la baie vitrée on n’entend plus le bruit de la rue! Le petit déjeuner devrait peut-être proposer plus de sucré, notamment du chocolat/pâte à tartiner

Nagyon kedves személyzet :) Szuper lenne egy ruhaszárító az erkélyre. Vizes ruhát, törölközőt sehova nem lehet akasztani. A nagy forgalom miatt néha beszűrődtek a kinti zajok. Erről a szálloda nem tehet.
• Eurico102 (10/5): Um bom hotel de luxo em Ksamil - Gostámos imenso do quarto, moderno e espaçoso, da vista fabulosa da varanda sobre a baía de Ksamil, da extrema simpatia e profissionalismo de todo o pessoal do hotel e também achámos muito bonito o restaurante do hotel. Todo o pessoal do hotel falava inglês, o que era muito prático. Para ir até à praia mais conhecida de Ksamil bastava caminhar uns 200 metros. A rua do hotel tinha trânsito constante de carros (a nossa estadia foi em Agosto) e não havia passeios.

• Rhi (9/5): Spotlessly clean, central Ksamil hotel, close to bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. - A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness as staff were cleaning all of the time. It really was spotless. We had a stunning view of the sunset from our balcony and the room size was perfect for myself and two adult daughters. You must eat here at least once during your stay as the food is outstanding. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. As it is centrally located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short stroll to the nearest beaches. If you want less busy beach bars and restaurants, turn right out of the hotel, head towards the beach,turn right where the market stalls are and walk 15-20 minutes where you will find quieter places to lounge in the sunshine with cheaper/free sun loungers. We checked out at 11am on our last morning and it was kind of the staff to allow us to use the pool for the day, until we caught our bus, at the top of the road, back to the ferry port. Thanks to all staff. A few loungers by the poolside would be lovely.
• Roy (10/5): - The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the main beaches of Kasmil and a 3 minute walk to Bora Bora beach. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us with everything we asked for, the rooms are clean and large.

Location is great, and we could walk to several beaches (parking is difficult in the high season). Few veg options in the hotel restaurant (which unfortunately is an issue in all cities we've been to, except from Tirana. Also, they close the pool at 5 pm because of the restaurant, which is a bummer, as it's around the time you're leaving the beach and want to enjoy. I preferred Himare to Ksamil and Sarande.

• Sandy (10/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub, es hat an nichts gefehlt. - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett, die Lage sehr zentral. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

• Birgit Simm (10/5): - Suurepärane asukoht! Kõigest mõne minuti kaugusel on Bora Bora rand. Samas asub piisavat keskuses, et kõik on käe-jala lähedal. Teenindus on super, kõik on alati abivalmid. Hommikusöök oli hea. Lõuna - ja õhtusöök on maitsvad. Tuba oli suur ja avar, sama saab ka öelda nii rõdu kui ka vannitoa kohta. Kõik on puhas ja hästi korraldatud.

• Holmstrand (10/5): Nydelig hotell midt i ksamil - Nytt og fint hotell. Bra renhold. Fantastisk medarbeider i resepsjonen. Kort åpningstid i bassenget. Og de ulogiske reglene til personalet i restauranten.
