• Mohamed Anes (9/5): Awesome Stay (Excellent Breakfast and Good sea View Rooms) - Excellent Breakfast and very nice rooms(little bit older bathroom) but totally fine for the price we paid. Owner was very helpful and very much supported whenever we asked some help. Hotel location is also quite good and very close to sea and view from Balcony is quite refreshing.(Hotel is located down the slope of road very close to road, so may be little hard if you have knee issues or travelling with small kids(strollers)). Nothing like that

Tutto molto pulito e ordinato anche negli spazi comuni e nel giardino Colazione strepitosa con prodotti locali freschissimi e di ottima qualità I proprietari cortesi, gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni cosa Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi sia verso Saranda che verso Xamil, impagabile il parcheggio privato e la zona silenziosa vicino al mare

• Salvatore (10/5): Non potevamo capitare meglio. - Arredi, spazi, camere, colazione e pulizia oltre alla posizione strategica vicino a tutto, parcheggio mare piscine ristoranti ecc. Nulla.

• Daniela (9/5): Phantastischer Meerblick und großartiges Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Chef! - Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt in diesem tollen Hotel. Der Meerblick ist phantastisch! Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, um in die oberen Etagen zu kommen. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel im Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Chef ist wirklich klasse und sehr freundlich. Er spricht deutsch und erfüllt alle machbaren Wünsche. So hatte ich z.B. nach den Spinat-Blätterteigtaschen, welche es am Vortag zum Frühstück gab, gefragt und sie waren für diesen Tag nicht vorgesehen. Trotzdem sorgte er dafür, dass ich auch an diesem Morgen die Teigtaschen zum Frühstück bekam. Das Frühstück ist generell sehr umfangreich und typisch albanisch. Es gibt Wurst, Käse, Marmeladen, Brot, Gemüse, Obst, Toast gefüllt mit Käse und Schinken, gefüllte Plinsen oder albanische Krapfen. Dazu auf Wunsch Omelette oder Rührei. Und Kaffee, Wasser und Orangensaft. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
• Francine (10/5): Formidable - Tout était parfait. Merci aux responsables de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Le grand lit était très confortable. Le balcon équipé avec vue sur la mer était juste magique. L'hôtel est à 50m de la plage de gros graviers. Le déjeuner-buffet a beaucoup de choix et est sans cesse complété. Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel. Rien. Tout était mieux que nous avions espéré !
• Silke (8/5): - Das Hotel ist von der Lage her sehr gut um Ausflüge in die Umgebung und die verschiedenen Strände zu machen. Nächster Strand gleich nebenan und weitere 5 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, Parkplatz genau am Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr netter Hotelmanager, der auch deutsch spricht, gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge usw. Relativ länger Fußweg zur Promenade Saranda

• viviane.aalmeida (10/5): Incrível e acolhedor - O hotel superou nossas expectativas! Quarto limpo espaçoso e funcional. A equipe foi sempre muito gentil e simpática, nos ajudando no que precisávamos e oferecendo mais do que esperávamos. São disponibilizadas toalhas de praia se pedirmos e o café da manhã é ótimo. Fica numa distância boa entre o centro da cidade e Ksamil, o que facilitou nosso deslocamento. No final da nossa estadia, comentamos sobre o Raki, uma das bebidas tradicionais da Albânia e o proprietário ofereceu um pouco para nós e achei isso muito legal e atencioso da parte dele. Recomendo vivamente.

• Ludmiła (10/5): To był świetny pobyt - Cudowna lokalizacja. Na początku/końcu Sarandy, więc nie ma tłumu. Do wyboru kilka plaż (w tym bezpłatnych) zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu. Hotel nowy, nieskazitelnie czysty z nienachalną obsługą. Śniadania w formie bufetu były naprawdę smaczne, obfite, różnorodne i uzupełniane na bieżąco. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Parking niewielki przed budynkiem. Pokój od strony ogrodu trochę głośny z uwagi na patio restauracji z hotelu obok, a rano mocno słychać wentylację z hotelowej kuchni.

• Sandra (9/5): - Sehr, sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmerdamen waren wirklich fleißig und gewissenhaft ❤️ Die Lage war im Grunde gut. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, direkt am Strand (der nicht überfüllt war!). Sehr nettes Personal! Parkplatz vor der Tür. Frische Eier zum Frühstück. Zwei hotels weiter (Mango Beach) war eine riesige Open Air Bühne aufgebaut auf der Konzerte und Partys in voller Lautstärke auch bis nachts um 2/3h stattfinden. Das war wirklich zu viel des Guten und hat jede Erholung im Keim erstickt. Die Betten waren etwas hart.
• DANIELE (8/5): In front of the beach - It is very close to the beach and it takes two minute to get to the umbrellas. The breakfast has multiple choice and they try to vary it every day. The room has a great view and clean and they change towels everyday. The hotel is at the end of a downhill so it is tiring to get all the way up both by car and on foot. The rooms are a little bit old.

• Darmiina (10/5): A wonderful experience in Sarande - El Mare Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room had an amazing sea view and spacious balcony. Hotel owner and other employees are super friendly and helpful. I have never encountered such hospitality anywhere before. Very good breakfast- they offered a lot of different options. Rooms are really clean. Nearby beaches are great as well. We would go back anytime :) City centre is little far away but we even enjoyed the 40 minute walk.

And the garden is cosy for having breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. But the absolute best thing is the host! He is an amazingly warmhearted person who made our stay wonderful! Helped us with everything, made us feel at home. Such an amazing person! ❤️ Will definately recommend anyone to stay here. And we will definately want to come back.

Wonderful cozy hotel 50 ft walk to the beach relaxing and amazing sea and amazing sunset from our balcony, we enjoyed the morning breakfast on the beautiful garden view. Very clean and spacious rooms comfortable bed delicious and generous breakfast, freshly baked every morning. We felt like home! Blerti and Linda are great hosts , you can tell they’re running the hotel with love knowledge and great communication. We really appreciate them for their hospitality and we strongly recommend to our friends!

The 2 main employees, men, at the desk and breakfast, were absolutely lovely, so attentive and nice, offering extra eggs and sausage at breakfast etc. We arrived a day late as I’d had food poisoning at another place in the north, and when we got there they said we didn’t have to pay for the first night we’d reserved but not stayed, so kind! The room was very clean, really big and had a nice view to the beach. Great location and quiet. Every morning there was an extremely loud noise like a dryer or extractor fan going at ninety for 2 hours from like 7am to 9am and it was so noisy! We found it difficult to sleep, it took over the whole room.

• Jana (9/5): Superb - Very nice small hotel operated by a local family. Excelent breakfast, beautiful sea view from the balcony and a private beach just in front of the hotel. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, daily room service. The room we had was a bit tiny, without any place to dry swimsuits. But we could manage - we used the balcony chairs :-)

The breakfast was fairly standard but there were a lot of flies and some of the items definitely sat out too long, especially towards the end of breakfast times.

• Venera (10/5): Amazing!!! - The staff is amazing, when we arrived immidiately they served us cold water and coffee (imagine how it felt in 35C and after 8h road trip😩). Veryyyy welcoming family, they made us feel like home. The room was super clean with a wonderful sea view balcony!! Location is 1000/10!!! Fantastic, right in the beach!! Highly recommend!! That we didn’t stay more😔

• Sonay (10/5): Amazing stay with amazing people 👍 - We had an amazing week in Sarande in El Mare thanks to Bjerti and all the other people working in the hotel. They are running the hotel since this summer and they are the most helpful and friendly people. The way they help out with all sort of problems at any time of the day is amazing. The view from the balcony is amazing, breakfasts were great, rooms are cleaned very well every day, aircos work amazing, parking is easily accessible, literally 20 meters from the beach, garden is nice and kids can play. Also the family of Bjerti is around in the hotel, his parents are the best, wife is really helpful as well. Whenever the kids or we needed anything they always fixed it with a smile. Also one of the few public beaches is really close, and when there are too many waves there is the river really close (5 min walking) where the kids can swim freely. Its a 3 star hotel, but it has a 5 star service! Hope to see you guys again soon! Nothing!

It has a fairly good location, near the shore. Breakfasts are delicious and fresh, with various products, pastries and fruits. The rooms are very convenient and clean. Great offer with a reasonable price.

• Laura (10/5): Unforgettable stay! - Me (albanian - italian) and my Boyfriend (italian) stayed in the hotel like 6 nights and we wished we stayed more! our room had a balcony with an amazing view on the sea and the city of Saranda. The room was super clean and provided with what needed. The sheets and the towels smelled really nice and we loved that! The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like home! The breakfast is variated and big and will keep you full! The hotel is just a few steps from the beach and has a beautiful garden where you can relax! Around there is everything you need: shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach ecc. we would have loved to stay more but we will definitely come back and we highly suggest to choose this hotel for your stay!

Perfect location and amazing p - The property is amazing, the people that work in there are amazing!! The service is so accurate and great!! The property is located 1 minute away from the beach, a hidden gem of Sarandë.

We booked for one night and ended up staying for two, and the host was so accommodating for this. The breakfast that was included was delicious and included so much! The home made petullas were especially incredible. But where really shone through was the service. Bherit is an amazing host. The sign on entry says ‘come as guests, leave as friends’ and I couldn’t agree more. He was so friendly, but never forced. He happily answered all our questions, and when we needed to get back to the port he wouldn’t let us overpay for the trip and organised our journey. He made our trip more special. Faleminderit! • Nektaria (10/5): We came as guests. We left as friends. - We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel and we left with the best impression! The entire hotel was superclean and supercomfortable! The room was spacy with quite many surfaces to organize your stuff rather than picking it up from suitcase. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so good, which is something we adore! Bed matters to us also and we had some quality sleep due to good matress and waves' sound.. In the morning we had a very rich breakfast and the staff was very kind while reassuring that we we pleased and we did not need anything else. I did not like that I had to leave so soon! Will come back for sure!
