• MIRELA (4/5): “The owner was extremely rude and should learn how to communicate respectfully with customers.” - Nothing to like there Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as shampoo, cabinets, and drawers. Several electrical outlets were broken, and the toilet seat was damaged. The slippers provided were very old and unhygienic. There were no hangers for clothing, and the floor was not properly cleaned – I even found hair on it. Moreover, the owner’s responses to customer feedback are unprofessional, which only adds to the negative experience. I truly hope improvements will be made for future guests

Personnel non souriant et non accueillant Premièrement la chambre n’était pas propre du tout des cheveux long lisse noir dans le lit, sur le sol et dans la salle de bain ( j’ai les cheveux crépus !!!). Le lit pas confortable au moindre mouvement le lit grince plus matelas creux !!! Pas de chauffage dans ma chambre obligé de réclamer une couette. Deuxièmement l’établissement n’est pas du tout au centre ville mais à 30 mins à pied du centre ville. Troisièmement une formule pour le petit est proposé sur l’annonce de l’hôtel, mais arrivé sur place pas de formule et le même petit-déjeuner imposé.

• Ekemezie (1/5): Please I didn’t recommend this place at all, don’t waste your money except they improve. - I like nothing about it Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty from the moment we arrived, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. During our entire 5-night stay, no one came to clean the room or change the linens. We were only given one towel, which we had to use for all five days. There was no room service, no trash bin, and no table in the room. We even had to take our own garbage outside, which shows how poorly the place is maintained. The room became dirty and uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was terrible — very limited and of poor quality. It’s clear the owner only cares about money and not about guests’ comfort or cleanliness. To make things worse, the owner smokes right at the entrance of the property, which made it difficult for me as I’m allergic to smoke. It was unpleasant to walk through the smell every time we entered or left. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The property is unhygienic, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Disseram-nos que teríamos de pagar uma taxa extra para pagamento com cartão, algo que não sabíamos porque não está mencionado no anúncio e como fizemos o check-in de madrugada, estávamos desprevenidos com a quantia necessária.
• EMILIO VINCENZO (7/5): KALPAZO INN struttura accogliente ma lontana dal centro di Tirana - Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, pulita, accogliente situata in zona periferica non proprio turistica; all'inizio sembrava un quartiere malfamato ed abbiamo avuto paura a lasciare la macchina ma dopo ci siamo resi conto della tranquillità della zona, però un pò lontano dal centro di Tirana che dovevamo necessariamente raggiunge in 20 minuti in autobus. Vi è un ristorante sottostante collegato alla struttura che offre buon cibo a prezzi bassi e personale molto gentile; al mattino si serve una discreta colazione salata. La stanza era provista di condizionatore; bagno in camera con doccia e phon; TVC e rete wi-fi perfettamente funzionanti; letto e cuscini nuovi e comodi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assenza di armadio e tavolo neanche una sedia in camera. Tutto depositato sul pavimento; non c'erano le tende ed il muro limitante la toilette non arrivava al tetto delimitando le due stanze, per cui l'unica finestra nel bagno, sempre aperta, faceva entrare le zanzare in stanza. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, la macchina se hai fortuna, devi lasciarla in strada quando troverai il posto, senza alcuna sicurezza. Non accettano pagamenti con carta di credito ma solamente cash anche in Euro. Nonostante tutto, per quello che poteva interessarci, ci siamo trovati bene. Il proprietario non si mai fatto vedere ma una signora per bene, che parlava poco l'Italiano, ci ha accolti

Dreckige Wände, konnten das Frühstück nicht finden und die Frau an der Rezeption konnte uns weder auf Englisch, noch auf Italienisch oder Deutsch verstehen, also hatten wir umsonst frühstück bezahlt.

Lokalizacja średnia, bardzo ciężko z miejscem parkingowym. WiFi nie działało co sprawiło nam wiele problemów. Z trzech opcji śniadania dostępna była tylko jedna, to również na minus, Pani na recepcji nie rozmawia po angielsku więc ciężko było się dogadać.

Nous faisons le check-in seul et ce n’est pas précisé en avance ou régler. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt par une personne qui fracassait la porte d’entrée. Nous avons eu peur qu’il casse tout.

Le tende oscuranti garantiscono un riposo ottimale. Balcone grande. Non è proprio un hotel: non c’è una vera reception, il check-in viene fatto inviando tramite Whatsapp il codice per entrare dalla porta principale e la camera assegnata. Prezzo pagato: probabilmente non avrei pagato di più. Possibilità di pagare in euro. Il primo giorno in stanza non c’erano asciugamani, ci è stato detto di prenderli da altre camere. Al contrario di quanto indicato, non c’é un ristorante nell’hotel: il ristorante è nella porta adiacente (devi uscire per raggiungerlo) ed é aperto anche agli esterni, menù solo in albanese. La colazione, a quanto ci è stato detto, é servita nello stesso ristorante dalle h 8:00 alle h 10:00 scegliendo tra 2 opzioni dolci e 1 salata: il primo giorno non siamo riuscite a fare colazione perché, a differenza di quanto detto, il cameriere ci ha detto che si poteva fare colazione solo dalle h 8:30. Avendo un tour prenotato abbiamo dovuto andare in un bar. Il secondo giorno ci siamo sedute e abbiamo scelto le opzioni dolci, il cameriere ha detto che non c’erano ma avevano solo quella salata. Consiglio al gestore della struttura di coordinarsi meglio col ristorante perché vengono date info sbagliate e discordanti. Le informazioni in generale vengono date solo se richieste (es. orario colazione, se non l’avessimo chiesto noi non l’avremmo saputo), e spesso in modo veloce e poco chiaro (abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse un bancomat vicino all’hotel, ci è stato detto di cercare su Google… lo posso fare, ho chiesto per comodità perché non vivendo qui, magari chi ci abita può aiutarmi meglio). Camera carina ma con scarsissima manutenzione, es. una presa accanto al letto non va (il caricatore non rimane neanche inserito) e l’altra si sta staccando dal muro.

• Messiaen (4/5): - l'emplacement, à un peu moins de trois kilomètres à pied du centre, c'est là que l'on peut récupérer la navette pour l'aéroport, sinon le gérant propose je pense, un taxi. L'ouverture magnétique de la porte d'entrée. Le quartier de l'hôtel est très mal entretenu, il n'y a pas de place de parking privé pour la voiture, c'est sur la rue. Le bar restaurant à coté de l'hôtel est assez bruyant le soir tard. Le petit déjeuner au bar à coté de l'hôtel est très succint (omelette avec quelques tranches de concombre, deux morceaux de fromage avec du pain, quelques olives vertes, pas de boissons ni café ou thé, le deuxième jour un verre d'eau...

Malgré que sommes restés sur une rue passante, nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit. Le petit déjeuner local était très bon et bien servi ! Il y avait seulement un rideau qui laissait transparaître la lumière du jour le matin. Il n’y a pas de parking pour l’hôtel, il faudra trouver une place qui est difficile à trouver au milieu des petites rues.

• Tranell (10/5): - Relaxed, self check in. Keys were left downstairs. Quickly responsive. All my questions were answered via WhatsApp, before and while I was there. There's only an airport shuttle if you stay for 3 days or longer. My room was above the restaurant, so I had to close my window. So, I only ended up 1 mosquito bite. Haha. The hotel is off of a main street. A bus runs often. 40 lek to ride, takes you into the city center and you can also connect to another bus to get you to the bus terminal, to take a bus to the beach. Grocery store, coffee shops and bakeries are all within a 5 minute walk. Only met 1 hotel staff. Very sweet older lady! Verbal language was an issue, but communicating was not. Would definitely stay here again!
• Tobias (3/5): Günstiger Preis mit einigen Abstrichen. - Ausreichend großes Zimmer, modernes Bad & Supermarkt in der Nähe. Also wir ankamen waren im Zimmer ungelogen mindestens 30 Schnaken. Das Bett ist nicht wirklich bequem. Das Hotel generell ist unfassbar hellhörig. Ich konnte abends mehrere Stunden nicht schlafen weil in einem anderen Stockwerk Leute miteinander geredet oder Pärchen ihre Liebesspiele ausgeübt haben. Das Frühstück ist im Restaurant unterhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist sehr sporadisch und es gibt nichts (!) zu trinken. Wir haben uns einen Cappuccino dazu bestellt und mussten für diesen bezahlen, da nur das Essen im Hotelpreis inbegriffen ist. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
