- Johan (9/5): Ideaal hotel voor 2/3 nachten. - Personeel en uitbater waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we reisden in groep door Albanië en gebruikten dit hotel als tussenstop. De eigenaar heeft ons kosteloos gevoerd naar een restaurant aan het water. Het ontbijt was super! De motoren stonden langs een drukke baan maar werden door camera's 24 uur bewaakt.

- Theresa (10/5): Eines der besseren Hotels in Albanien :-) - Sehr freundliches Personal - versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen - köstliches Frühstück - super sauber - zentrale Lage - eigener Parkplatz - schöner Ausblick auf die Berge - moderne Einrichtung - sehr bequemes Bett - gute Dusche mit Trennwand. Die einzigen weiteren Gäste des Hotels wurden direkt im Nachbarzimmer platziert und die Wände sind etwas hellhörig - kein Aufzug.

The service we received from Izet and Edona was simply exceptional. The breakfast is served so beautifully, delicious and correct. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

We were able to get free, secure parking right in front of the hotel. However, there was only space for four cars, so if the hotel had been full it might have been frustrating to not be able park.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, bien insonorisées et équipées de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Elle offre aussi une belle vue sur les montagnes avec le lever du soleil, incroyable. Le lit est tres confortable. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons fait la connaissance de Armand et sa famille. Des personnes chaleureuses et gentilles, toujours souriants et serviables. - Hirie (10/5): Very accommodating hotel, and very friendly staff. - The location is in a great spot, since it’s not in the main part of the city but a little outside of the city. The room we booked was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and is there whenever needed 24/7. Very friendly front desk, and accommodates to any of your needs. We booked this hotel for our wedding week and it was perfect to get away from all of the chaos. The hotel also provided us an amazing breakfast the morning after the wedding. Definitely would come back next time I’m in the city.

Small family run hotel, who go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay. Breakfast was included and was so delicious. Short walk into town where you can find restaurants and mini market. Had car parking right out front so if you arrive by car it’s not a problem. Don’t think twice, book this hotel if you are ever in Kukës! Nothing. Everything was great!

Nice hotel and friendly staff - Good location for a stop off hotel, excellent breakfast which was huge and delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well put together, small bar that was a nice spot to sit for an evening drink. After check-in the man at the front desk had to leave in a hurry and forgot to mention which room we were supposed to be staying in and appeared to accidentally give us the master door key, which meant walking around knocking on doors trying to find empty rooms to identify the correct room. Once we found the right room the cot we requested hadnt been put in the room and the desk was unmanned so we couldnt ask straight away. Fortunately when we left for dinner there was another member of staff we were able to ask.
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - Modern hotel. Everything cleanly maintained. The staff are kind and polite. Manager Edona, a young lady, puts customer satisfaction as the first thing. This is a family-run hotel. Madam Edona's cousin, a young gentleman, that works too at the hotel, is also a tourist guide and a very good driver. According to the availability of time, he would kindly offer transport services to the hotel customers in need. The hotel serves a decent, healthy breakfast.

There is an Albanian bakery right next door. Plenty of supermarkets around with late closing hours. Same applies to restaurants. Private parking is not separated by fence from the street, but monitored by security cameras.

Staff were all charming and it was a great stay. Advertised free parking but it was actually street parking. We needed more security to feel safe with our hire car but they accommodated as best they could and allowed us to park on the small forecourt.

Overall, Hotel Bazhur provides excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area, whether for leisure or business. I can’t wait to return! 💫👋

- Farah (10/5): Must stay in Kukes - Really enjoyed my stay in Kukes. The sheets were very soft and the comforter was heavy which I always love. It’s such a small thing but I appreciate when there is a dental kit in the bathroom without asking for it. Breakfast was avocado toast and a chocolate croissant which was delicious. Definitely an enjoyable stay and great staff to help answer any questions.
- Steve (10/5): Well worth a visit - The hotel is in a lovely vibrant town, the hotel itself was beautifully done and the staff were SO friendly and helpful. We are travelling by bike and within seconds of arriving our bikes were stored and my luggage was whisked away to my room. The breakfast was delicious and really beautifully laid out on the plate. It was a work of art. A lovely place to stay our thanks to everyone for making it so.
- Janine_trewavis (10/5): a little gem! - This was a great apartment, very new and totally unexpected. The facilities were all very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was a great added bonus. These guys have only been in business for just over 12 months and I would highly recommend staying here!
