• Art (10/5): Great stay, very friendly staff. - I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very nice. The guy at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend! Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Lauren (7/5): Convenient for airport users - Nice hotel. Great food at the restaurant and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming. The hotel staff was helpful, especially with cabs as the cab apps in Tirana are unstable. The room was normal, clean and enjoyable. The windows were quite thin so the traffic noise was quite loud. And the TV isn't a Smart TV so impossible to watch anything else than a few classic channels, which could be improved. There is no sign to let guests know that the plumbing system doesn't allow for toilet paper to be thrown in the toilet itself. I recommend adding signs to avoid issues in the future.

• Asma (8/5): - The hotel was nice and the overall stay was good. However, I was a bit disappointed that for a luxury hotel there was no assistance with luggage. As a pregnant guest traveling with bags, I expected some support with carrying them. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help except a housekeeping staff member who kindly helped me out of courtesy. I hope the hotel can improve this service in the future.

• robert (9/5): - The building is only 2 years old, but very well maintained, it looks like it opened yesterday. The staff is very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast room.. The location is just 2 miles from the city center, but it takes about 15 minutes to get there in a taxi.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay, always ready to assist when needed. The breakfast was satisfactory, though it would be nice to see a few more options available.

As soon as we got there the staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us early check in and a room upgrade (due to my mistake when booking!!) the rooftop pool was a bonus and the bar was great - highly reccomend the clover club cocktail. Location was quite a distance from Tirana city centre but only a 5 minute walk to the Albania bus terminal which was great and 5 mins from a supermarket and an ATM

Wi-fi bardzo słabe .I najwiekszy minus to bylo bardzo ,bardzo głośno ponieważ holet jest położony przy głównej ulicy a okna są bardzo nie szczelne
