• Darina (8/5): Fabulous view - The view from our room was gorgeous! The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had an early tour booked for the next morning and they accommodated us by giving us an earlier breakfast The lift is good but doesn’t take you right to the floor, you still have to walk up or down another flight of stairs. Not ideal with a stroller

Beach was very dirty, plastic and rubbish. Shower head was broken on arrival but was promptly replaced the next day. Water went everywhere in bathroom from the shower.
• Cecile (9/5): Séjour au top! - Emplacement exceptionnel, vue de notre chambre superbe face à la mer, propreté et personnel très gentil. Oui la salle de bain est petite, les toilettes proches du lavabo mais franchement pour le prix proposé tout va bien ! (nous y sommes allés en Septembre et avions la chambre 302). Nous n'en n'avions pas mais attention si vous venez en voiture, gros pb de parking et conduite musclée dans les rues, les pentes peuvent être très raides! Le mieux est de s'en passer si vous le pouvez ! Il y a en plus bcp de taxis
• toriya (1/5): كنت بفضل اقيم بفندق احسن والتعامل يكون احسن - اعجبني موقع الفندق قريب من كل شيء ويوجد حوله مطاعم وسوبر ماركت والبحر الذي تابع للفندق جميل تعامل طاقم الفندق هناك لم يكن جيدا ابدا،يوجد سرير مقابل الشاطىء التكلفه 10€ للسريرين لم نشتري، في اليوم قبل الاخير لنا اخبرونا اننا لا يمكننا اخذ مناشف ،واذا نريد سوف ندفع لهم مقابل اخذهم للشاطىء لا انصح به

Good location to explore in all directions. Easy walks to main beach area or other excursions. Nearby resort hotel as fair priced day pool pass/ beach bar if that is your interest. Nothing.

Aamupala oli erinomainen. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen yöllä. Hotelli sekä huone oli siisti ja kuvausta vastaava. Hyvä ilmastointi. Hulppeat näkymät merelle ja ympäristöön. Lähellä palveluita. Ala carte listalla olevat ruoat olivat maukkaita.. Asiakkaan toiveita kuunneltiin. Myös myöhäisempi uloskirjautuminen olisi ollut mahdollista tarvittaessa.

Есть холодильник, в который НИЧЕГО своего положить нельзя, даже воду. Вопрос…зачем он??? Завтрак не шведский стол, одно и тоже и порции ограничены. Грязно, так называемый балкон не убран, сесть просто страшно. До хорошего отеля им еще далеко! Не рекомендую
• Olimpia Skanavi (7/5): - Κάναμε αίτημα για check in νωρίτερα από την ώρα του καταλύματος και το δέχτηκαν αλλά όταν φτάσαμε μας είπαν ότι δεν ισχύει και ότι θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε μέχρι την ώρα που ήταν κανονικά... Το πρωινό γενικά ήταν ωραίο και πλούσιο αλλά την ημέρα αναχώρηση δεν ήταν τόσο πλούσιο και μας έφεραν λιγότερα σε σχέση με τα διπλανά τραπέζια... Μπορεί να έγινε καταλάθος αλλά δεν είπαμε κάτι.

Les transats de l'hôtel non compris et payant également, en plus d'être entassés les uns sur les autres... Des frais de paiement par carte bancaire sont demandés en cas d'utilisation de celle-ci. Offre de restauration de moyenne qualité, tout comme le petit déjeuner. Correct pour une nuit, mais non pour un séjour prolongé.

• Eglantine (7/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'accès direct de l'hôtel à la plage. La vue sur la mer depuis le restaurant de l'hôtel était magnifique. L'accueil du personnel était bien. Le repas était bon. J'ai été déçu par la chambre, avec peu de prise disponible et certaines n'étaient pas accessible, coincées par la tête de lit. La salle de bain avait un rideau de douche qui était petit, du coup il y avait de l'eau partout après la douche. Toilette serré. Nous avons été déçu par le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas copieux. De plus, la serveuse avait du mal à nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait au petit déjeuner. Il n'y a pas de parking, nous avons dû tourner à plusieurs reprises pour trouver une place sur la rue.

• Vera (7/5): Good but not great. I wouldn’t return to this hotel - The location was within walking distance from the promenade, and had nice cafes and shops nearby. The property was clean and safe. The property is located beachfront, however the chairs/umbrellas were an additional cost even for hotel guests (€10 per day), we had to walk up and down a steep hill to access the hotel, and breakfast wasn’t great. Reception was not friendly or welcoming, seemed as if they were on vacation for themselves with no regard for paying guests.

• Sima (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen.Preis-Leistung lohnt sich nicht - Nette junge Leute arbeiten dort. Die Bilder wirkten deutlich schöner als die Realität. Der Strand war nicht sauber, und für eine Sonnenliege musste man zusätzlich 10 € bezahlen, obwohl die Hotelbuchung bereits recht teuer war. Anfangs waren wir voller Vorfreude, die wir aufgrund der Fotos hatten, doch leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Wir verbrachten anschließend zwei weitere Nächte in einer günstigeren Unterkunft, die uns viel besser gefallen hat. Von dort konnte man zu wunderschönen Stränden laufen, und auch die Sonnenliegen dort kosteten nur 10–20 € – was sich im Vergleich wesentlich mehr gelohnt hat. Rückblickend waren wir froh, dass wir im ersten Hotel nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Beim Frühstück konnte man nichts auswählen, und das Angebot für Vegetarier oder Veganer war sehr eingeschränkt. Dennoch fanden wir das Frühstück insgesamt lecker (wir selbst sind keine Vegetarier).

• Iljazi (3/5): - I can only give a good rating for the staff, who were polite and communicative. As for the rest, I have to say the hotel is not worth it. Parking is not included, and if you want to park there it costs €10 per night. Not to mention the most absurd thing — the sunbeds had to be paid for separately. Logically, when you are a hotel guest, sunbeds should be included, but not here. Breakfast was included in the price, but if you wanted even a single extra espresso, you had to pay for it. Overall, it left me with a bad impression.
• Charlotte (7/5): Nice hotel - Good location - 10/15 mins walk to the town and only 7 from the port Had the best anniversary surprise in the room with flowers / fruit / sweets and prosecco - thank you to the staff for that Sun loungers are great - be sure to reserve as they will be full Was a bit confused about breakfast on the first day as food just comes to you on a plate - no ordering or buffet and i am vegetarian so would have liked to have known about that before - what i could eat was nice and there were slight changes each day so wasn’t too repetitive You can leave bags once you have checked out but they don’t get locked away just left at the bottom of the stairs - its fine but wouldn’t leave any valuables in them as its not always manned Air-con dripped in our room so just had to make sure no electrical things were in that plug underneath Fridge needs unplugging each night as so loud Just minor things but good to know if booking

• ko (8/5): - Bra läge och fin utsikt. Hotellet car rent. Beach barens personalen och speciellt Fabi (killen som jobbar där) skapade så bra atmosfär med gästerna, de var så snälla och härliga. En del utav faciliteter stämde inte och till och med inte fanns alls. Vi hade familjrum för 4 personer, fanns bara 4 galgar i ett kort skåp. Samt ingen torktumlare (enligt beskrivningen) Sittplatserna i rummet var för 2 båda vid bordet inne men också på balkongen. Hårtork fick vi fråga efter, då den inte fanns i rummet.
• Simone (6/5): Not the romantic/chill vibe we wanted, but ok! - Great location, nice breakfast and lovely view. Rooms are loud and the reception plays music until quite late which you can hear in the rooms. Also, the hotel is a popular for groups partying. The room was quite basic, so there was no bedside lamp, kettler, water bottles, but fine. Also, you had to pay for the sun beds which is ok, but these were quite often all taken which was unfortunate because that was the reason we stayed here.
• Horvath (9/5): Remek panorámával és saját stranddal rendelkező, barátságos szálloda. - A szállás saját tengerparttal rendelkezik, így a saját étteremből egyből a strandra érhetünk. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Utolsó napunkon a korai indulás miatt a helyszíni reggelit nem tudtuk elfogyasztani, de a személyzet felajánlotta az úticsomag készítését, amely reggel 6-kor a recepción várt minket. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk érte. A szállás nem rendelkezik saját parkolóval, bár fizetés ellenében a szálloda közelében biztosít lehetőséget.

För oss är hotellet en självklar femstjärnig upplevelse ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Allt från den fina servicen och den trevliga personalen, till de välstädade rummen gjorde vår vistelse fantastisk. Bartendern var väldigt trevlig och välkomnande, och personalen i receptionen fanns tillgänglig dygnet runt – alltid redo att hjälpa till med ett leende. Kökspersonalen var alltid glada och bjöd på utmärkt service, och hotellets läge är verkligen något extra – vackert och rofyllt. Ett extra plus för att det fanns solstolar tillgängliga för en stunds avkoppling i solen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! 🌟 Finns inte dusch vid stranden

• Leila (6/5): Oppholdet var helt greit, men preget av urimelige regler og dårlig sikkerhet. - Vi bodde på Vila E Bardhe i Sarandë og opplevelsen var helt grei, men vi sitter igjen med blandede inntrykk. Selve hotellet er fint , og rommene var rene og hadde et kjøleskap, noe som i utgangspunktet var praktisk. Beliggenheten er også bra. Alt i alt: Et helt ok opphold, men vi ville vært mer fornøyde dersom vi hadde fått tydelig informasjon om hotellets regler på forhånd, og ikke minst dersom sikkerheten og servicenivået hadde vært bedre ivaretatt. Det som trakk mye ned for oss, var en del regler som vi opplevde som både urimelige og utrygge. Det informeres ikke på forhånd – verken på Booking.com eller etter booking – om at det ikke er tillatt med mat og drikke inne på hotellet. Dette fikk vi først vite når vi ankom, via et reglement på hotellet. I et varmt land er det naturlig å ville ha med drikke, men jeg fikk beskjed at selv brus ikke var tillatt å ta med inn selv om det står på reglene som vi fikk se etter vi ankom at det ikke er tillatt med mat og alkohol. Dette ga rett og slett lite mening – spesielt når det ikke finnes døgnåpen mulighet til å kjøpe drikke på hotellet, og rommene samtidig er utstyrt med kjøleskap. Et annet stort problem var sikkerheten rundt hotellnøklene. Det var påkrevd å legge igjen nøkkelen i resepsjonen, men resepsjonen er ikke døgnåpen, og i perioder hvor den var ubemannet, lå nøkler med romnummer åpent og synlig på disken. Dette opplevdes som veldig utrygt. Det er lett å se for seg at hvem som helst kunne tatt en nøkkel og gått rett inn på rommet, og hvem står til ansvar dersom noe skulle bli stjålet. I tillegg var vi fire personer på rommet, og vi ba gjentatte ganger om å få et ekstra romkort, men det ble aldri ordnet, til tross for at vi tok det opp flere ganger i løpet av oppholdet. Det gjorde det upraktisk for oss å bevege oss uavhengig av hverandre.

Il n'y a pas de porte ni de rideau pour la douche. La salle de bain est donc innondée rapidement. C'est dommage car la vue est sympa. On nous a proposé un parking pour 10€ la nuit, sauf que tout le monde s'y gare. Il faut donc attendre 10mn que les personnes garées devant nous partent afin de pouvoir sortir de notre stationnement

Bu tarz şeyleri otel ücretine eklemek bence daha mantıklı gelir gelmez para istenmesi çok rahatsız edici. Odalar orta halli. Oda servisi geldi havlu değiştirip çöp attı başka bir şey yapmadı. Kahvaltı güzel her gün farklı bir tabak hazırlanıp getiriliyor Konumu iyi hem plaja yakın hem çevresinde çok fazla restoran var
• Lotta (7/5): - Lugnt och tyst på natten och sköna sängar. Fin utsikt över havet och en liten strand med solsängar att hyra. Läget är fint och en lagom promenad till "centrum" Trevlig personal som försöker göra allt för trivsel även om det blev lite fel ibland. Stora portioner vid frukost. Skönt med sidobalkong på eftermiddagen. Duschen hade inget draperi så allt blev blött på den lilla toaletten vid dusch. Ingen möjlighet att hänga upp blöta handdukar och badkläder. Vi önskar att vi visste vid bokning att vi inte fick köpa med oss något upp till rummet. Vi köpte 1 stor vatten och 2 läsk i affären för att ha i kylskåpet första dagen men blev tillsagda av flickan i receptionen och när vi frågade henne varför vi då hade kylskåp svarade hon att hon bara jobbade där. Vi valde hotellet mycket för att det hade kylskåp på rummet för under 2 veckor ville vi kunna ha lite kylda drycker, snacks och frukt på rummet. Vi reser väldigt mycket men har aldrig varit med om detta innan och det blev en dealbreaker för oss. Kanske hade det inte spelat så stor roll om vi som de flesta bara bott där några nätter.

• Søren (6/5): Servicen kunne være bedre... - Hotellet modtog kreditkort men pålage 1 Euro i gebyr selv ved en transaktion på blot 1500 LEK. Til sammenligning så var der intet gebyr i en lokal forretning, hvor købet var et sæt spillekort til 250 LEK. Tillige tog de også et vekselgebyr på 5% ved veksling af 20 Euro til LEK. Dette på trods af, at de tog imod Euro som betaling. Umiddelbart forsøger de at klemme så meget ud af deres gæster som overhovedet muligt af gebyrer m.m. Det der holder vores ophold oppe, var de to smilende mørke piger, som hver dag stod for servering af morgenmad, oprydning m.m. Ellers havde vi givet 2 stjerner.

• Damien (9/5): La vue exceptionnelle de la chambre sur la mer, l’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville et la gentillesse du personn - L’emplacement, la plage, la vue mer, les services restauration possible toute la journée, la gentillesse du personnel. Je n’ai pas aimé à devoir payer le parking privé de l’hôtel et les transats de la plage de l’hôtel. Ce n’était pas indiqué sur le descriptif et en général ce sont des services inclus. Cela m’a surprise et un peu déçue.

• Henriette (8/5): Fint hotell - Vi fikk hotellrom for en veldig god pris, og stort sett hele personalet var veldig trivelige! Utsikten fra frokostområdet var helt nydelig, og det var kjempedeilig å ha hotell rett ved havet. Noen av reglene var vanskelig å overholde. Vi fikk tilsnakk for å ha handlet på supermarkedet rett i nærheten, fordi medbrakt mat verken var lov på stranda eller hotellrommet. Dette synes vi var rart, og kjipt å ikke kunne spise eller drikke det man selv vil når man er på sitt eget rom.

• Judith (8/5): - The property is in a perfect location, 10 minute walk from the port, right next to supermarkets/restaurants and it’s on the beach. The staff were all very friendly, particularly the young ladies at breakfast (apologies didn’t catch their names) as they were very smiley and happy to help. Fabbio the bar man was also fab. It is great value for money with breakfast included. I would recommend to people Room is described as sea view but we could hardly see it from our balcony
• Alexandra (9/5): Great location near the beach , friendly staff . - We had a pleasant stay overall ,the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the girls at the reception and to Fabi, the guy on the beach, who was super friendly and made our time there even more enjoyable. In the room, there was no full-length mirror only the one in the bathroom and there was no real place to hang clothes or store small items like toiletries, either in the room or in the bathroom. A simple shelf or a few hooks would make a big difference. The fridge in the room was unfortunately very noisy, so we had to keep it unplugged during our stay .

• JULIO ALEXANDRE (9/5): Great hotel, great staff - Beachfront hotel. Great food. Great staff Breakfast is somehow limited as it's individual plates that staff brings to you. Although not a big amount, it was tasty ( I didn't ask if I could get more, so maybe it's an option) Walking distance to sarande promenade. And a lot of good restaurants (and a supermarket) nearby Although not by a big amount, you have to pay both for parking and to use the beach umbrellas (5eur per day for each one in June/2025). We made the reservation for a beachfront hotel thinking that it would be included and this was an unpleasant surprise. Shower and toilet was in the same area inside the bathroom in our room. So at every shower your bathroom gets completely wet Finding the hotel was a little bit challenging, as Google maps gets crazy in the area and the hotel is on a narrow street. But this is not the hotel fault.

And hotel in front of sea. I am ok with rule however suggest to make a shower and change room. Otherwise it’s senseless request…

Kanskje ikke å anbefale hvis man liker frihet fremfor regler. - Beliggenheten er god da hotellet ligger en spasertur fra havna. Ellers er det fint at det er strand ved hotellet sånn at man har mulighet til å bade hvis man har behov for det. Rommet hadde også balkong med sjøutsikt. Hotellet har en del regler. Blant annet at man ikke kan ha med seg medbrakt mat eller alkohol på hotellrommet. Vi fikk servert god frokost hver dag, men det var ikke så stor variasjon og det hadde vært bedre med frokostbuffet. Sengene og putene er noe harde.

• Pernilla (10/5): Toppen hotell - Närheten till vattnet och solstolarna och god service av Fabi och hans syster i beachbaren! Dom hjälpte till med taxi beställning och tipsade ,vart vi skulle besöka fina stränder! Härlig frukosttallrik serverades varje morgon Lugnt område med en kort promenad till centrum.Rummet med havsutsikt var toppen! Funderar redan på en ny resa till fina Albanien ! Saknade nån typ av torkställning på balkongen för blöta handdukar och badkläder !

Frukosten var inte det man är van vid. Föredrar buffé där man själv kan välja vad man vill ha. Det som serverades var inget fel på , men möjligheten att välja fanns inte.

My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean every day. Breakfast was shumë e shijshme ☺️ The staff were so warm and kind, and I truly felt welcomed here. This place is perfect whether you’re traveling with family, a partner, friends or on your own. I’d love to come back! Honestly nothing
• Raghad (5/5): If you want a private place to swim this is the hotel to go to but for convenience of stay I don’t suggest. - Near the seashore It is far from the sarande promenade and restaurants. Room is small and old. There are rules that need to follow including not bringing food and just a note the cabana/umbrella is €5 a day.
