Bathroom had all the amenities you needed. A bit away from central Tirana, but in a nice area with lots of cafés.

İkinci bir konuda booking.com da ücreti karşılığı kahvaltı alabileceğimiz yazmasına ragmen tesis kesinlikle kahvaltı vermiyor. Bu işlem müşteriyi yanıltmaya yönelik bir eylem, ben aramada kahvaltı seçeneği koymuştum buna ragmen bu tesis önüme geldi.

- Mykolas (6/5): - The staff was friendly and communicative before arrival and let us check in at 3 am in the morning. The directions was easy to understand and the parking area was showed to us in advance. The room was ok for a short stay. The bathroom area was too small. While using the shower facilities the glass wall, which separated it from the bathroom detached, luckily nothing broke down. So all in all, the room was ok for a short stay, but I wouldn't spend additional night there.

Check Out laut booking und auch nichts anderes vermerkt im Hotel 12 Uhr. 5 min nach 11 Uhr klopft Rezeption, dass wir das Zimmer verlassen sollen. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war mehr als schlecht (1m entfernt Fenster Wohnhaus), so dass Vorhänge die ganze Zeit geschlossen halten mussten.
- Vithuran (1/5): Horrible - Rien Hotel où on tente de vous arnaquer avec des frais de séjour. Les prix affichés sur booking comprennent les frais de séjour et sont transparents. Ils tentent de vous convaincre du contraire et tentent de vous facturer 10-15€ en plus sur place. Ne vous laissez pas avoir. Lorsque j’ai insisté, ils ont supprimé ces frais imaginaires. Mais surprise en rentrant en France. ils ont informé booking que je n’ai pas séjourné dans l’hôtel pour faire debiter ma carte. Pour résumer, c’est un hotel avec une gestion malhonnête avec des chambres mansardées et pas propres. je deconseille tres vivement.

I used this place for pitstop for my other trips, in overall room is good. But couldn't stay there more than 2 days. Extra fees and explanations regarding them is annoying. ( poor management in overall )

- Rina (6/5): - Eravamo già stati in questo hotel circa tre anni fa e avevamo deciso di tornarci perché ci eravamo trovati bene. La struttura è stata rinnovata, la stanza era confortevole e il bagno in ottime condizioni. Al momento del check-in ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante su Booking fosse indicato che tasse e costi fossero inclusi; a quanto pare, si tratta di un problema comune per molti ospiti. Non siamo riusciti a dormire e riposare bene a causa della forte presenza di zanzare in camera: lo staff ci ha fornito un’apparecchio antizanzare, ma purtroppo non è servita a risolvere il problema.

- Patrick (6/5): Hôtel correct, pas un 4 étoiles, 9.2/10 surévalué - Premièrement soyont honnête, les reviews de l'hôtel sont au dessus de la réalité, ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles comme presenté dans l'annonce. L'évaluation de trip advisor à 9.2 sur 10 ne représente pas la réalité. Est-ce que c'est un endroit correct tout à fait, j'ai eu une belle expérience, l'endroit est propre et j'ai eu une belle accueil. Cela dit, la literie est propre mais ne tient pas sur le matelas. Le matelas est confortable, ma chambre a déjà été rénovée, climatisation très faible mais fonctionne, pas de ventilateur dans la salle de toilette, donc odeur et vapeur de la douche sont partagées. Une large fenêtre avec verre intimité est dans la douche, aucune protection un enfant pourrait facilement y tomber, l'eau chaude est instable, surprise en prenant la douche. Toutes les fixtures de lampes sont chambranlantes. Pas de porte magnétique à la chambre, serrure conventionnelle. Isolation pour le bruit inexistante, j'étais au troisième étages et j'entendais les gens se présentant à la réception comme s'ils étaient dans ma chambre, les coups de balais dans le corridor sont entendus de mon lit, la circulation des véhicules, les gens qui jasent à l'extérieur, les chiens qui aboie bref tu entends tout. Sur place il faut payer cash en arrivant, tu dois communiquer a un numéro de cell, ou par textos pour réclamer la facture, mon séjour est terminée depuis deux jours et j'attends toujours leur facture. Si vous vous attendez a un hotel 4 étoiles vous serez réellement déçu.

- Vivian (8/5): - Quaint, lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Simple but very on point. I had zero complaints. Special thanks to the receptionist guy on night duty who helped us settle in late at night after we had to hurriedly leave our prior hotel. Will 100% recommend Vila Alize.

Some staffs were good but there’s a particular staff who was so selfish and cruel and not helpful in providing me with a help with taxi. My flight was 4am I called them he only messaged and front desk was meant to be 24/7 he told me taxi to airport is 25€ hours hitch I find quiet expensive, I pleaded with him to pls call a particular taxi but he refused said they’re aren’t picking cal instead he said they have a private taxi which appears so haggared, he he taxi came and collect 25€ not even comfortable for me but the particular guy knew I had no choice because he told me if I feel it’s to expensive I can go to the road at that middle of the night and look for a cheaper one. Although the driver with the very old car was nice. But I would have enjoyed my stay but the person spoke to last on my last day made it a regrettable one.

Located close to the center with a variety of shops in the surrounding area. I didn't find anything that could displease me, simple and cozy.

- corey (10/5): - We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous. We tried their restaurant suggestions and loved them. The suite was large and quiet. The soft Egyptian cotton towels smelt so good. The ac worked great even in 100 deg days. We appreciated the cheap drinks. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything in at least 25min. There are buses close but they were always full. You could stay at a more updated hotel and pay way more, but why? You won't be disappointed.
