- Olga (9/5): - Piękny minimalistyczny design. Śniadania i obsługa podczas śniadania bardzo domowa, minimalistycznie, ale niczego nie zabrakło. Pyszne domowe ciasto z marchewką pieczone przez Panią Śniadaniową :-) Sofa nie nadaje się dla osoby dorosłej jest za krótka. Łazienka bez wentylacji, co powodowało napływ zapachów i wilgoci do całego pokoju. Brak wystarczającej ilości wieszaczków na ręczniki w łazience. Było nas czworo, 8 ręczników, a wieszaczki 3. Szkoda.

Két ablaka volt a szobánknak, mindkettő talajtól kezdődő mérettel, előtte emberek mászkáltak, beláttak a szobába, így a sötétítőt be kellett húzni. Nincs megfelelő világítás a szobában! A mennyezeten van csak világítás, de az is gyenge, ráadásul az átlagtól jóval magasabban, mivel a plafon ferde. Olvasólámpa sincs. A zuhanyzóban a víz szabadon folyik, nincs zuhanyfal, elárasztja a wc-t, fürdőt. Reggeli finom, de egy kávét tartalmaz, ha valaki többet szeretne fizetni kell, ami mindössze 100 lek, de kicsinyesnek tűnik a megoldás. Érkezéskor egy egy oldalas dokumentumot íratnak alá, amit érkezéskor, fáradtan kell felfogni miről szól. A tájékoztató levelet pdf formátumban küldik, ami telefonról nem biztos, hogy mindenki számara.megnyitható.

We kregen ook onmiddellijk wat tips en adviezen om Tirana te bezoeken. Enige minpunt in onze kamer was de zachte matras. Die was niet comfortabel jammergenoeg. Voor de rest prima!

Muy céntrico , cerca de todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad y del mercado. Hacen una tarta de zanahoria casera deliciosa. Se puede solicitar yogur, pan caliente para tostada o huevos. La atención del personal es estupenda. Personas con movilidad reducida tienen habitaciones en planta baja. Todo fenomenal. El café es de cápsulas y solo entra uno (el segundo te vale 100 lek).

La colazione era misera, i prodotti non erano male ma pochissima scelta. In camera non c'era nè una macchinetta del caffè nè un bollitore.

- Noa (10/5): - Sehr zentral, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Das Personal hat länger auf uns gewartet, als wir zu spät kamen. Auf Anfrage konnten wir für eine Nacht im Hof parken. Alles top!

- Joane marie (10/5): 10/10 Customer Service - I had asked for last minute room decoration service for a birthday surprise and they were very accomodating with m request, considering all the establishments are closed during the holidays, They did go the extra mile in terms of customer service. The bed is comfy. Cozy place. Beautiful room. Good location. Value for money. They communicated before the travel about their location which help the taxi driver to find it easily. They also gave some restaurant and go to places recommendation. Nothing. Just a suggestion to have electric kettle on each room though we were given one when we borrow and maybe complimentary instant coffee/tea. Also, maybe a signage outside the hotel so it would be easy to find the place. Overall, it's still exceeded our expectation,

La posizione é ottima per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni di Tirana e la ragazza alla reception, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato locali e ristoranti dove passare la serata! Struttura assolutamente consigliata!!

- Wilhelm (10/5): Extrem gut… - Wunderbares, kleines und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr komfortable Zimmer, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, extrem sauber - einfach zum Wohlfühlen.Kein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, aber dennoch einfach lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Außergewöhnlich sympathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - und die Chefin des Hauses lebt das vor. Direkte Kontaktaufnahme über einen Messengerdienst hat uns bei etlichen Fragen sehr geholfen. Ein toll geführtes Haus, das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Tirana mit absoluter Sicherheit wieder buchen werden. Nur eine Kleinigkeit und leicht zu beheben: Bitte, mehr Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern im Badezimmer…
