We had an early flight on our last day, and the staff kindly prepared a breakfast to go for us, which was such a thoughtful and caring gesture.

• Hani&Toni (10/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Tout était parfait : l’emplacement était excellent, très proche du centre, ce qui était très pratique pour visiter la ville. La réceptionniste était une jeune femme très gentille, accueillante et professionnelle. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel avec plaisir. Comme petite suggestion d’amélioration, il serait pratique d’ajouter quelques porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’un petit espace ou une étagère pour poser les affaires de toilette et le maquillage. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

• Léa (1/5): Pire expérience d'Albanie, vraie déception - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à 20 min à pied de la place Skanderberg et au dessus d'un petit centre commercial avec notamment des supermarchés - L'accueil était exécrable - La chambre était très sale (cheveux et poils dans les draps, savons et shampoings entamés...) et non fonctionnelle (la porte de la SDB / WC ne fermait pas) - Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, on entendait le téléphone de l'accueil sonner et toutes les conversations - La chambre ne correspondait pas à l'hébergement que nous avions réservé (On faisait difficilement le tour du lit alors que nous avions réservé une chambre de 25m2...) - Petit déjeuner médiocre dans un cadre vraiment désagréable Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cette réservation, qui était bien trop chère pour l'expérience proposée.

• Voyageur2020 (8/5): Chambre sur rue tres bruyante sinon agreable pour sejour touristique. - Pour le personnel c est 12/10!!! Ils font tout pour répondre aux demander et pallier aux inconvenients de l hôtel. Chambre propre et bien équipée pour un séjour touristique. Sans eux la note aurait été plus sévère. Mon évaluation reflète un séjour total de 7 nuits... les 6 premières effectuées sous couvert d'une réservation d entreprise. Ne pas prendre de chambre côté rue car extrêmement bruyant. Côté cour c est mieux mais avec des relents de tabac. Petit déjeuner servi trop tard (à partir de 8h) et de qualité médiocre. Coffre non fixé dans la chambre Fauteuil beaucoup trop bas pour travailler sur le "bureau"... pas du tout fonctionnel pour un séjour d'affaire. Interdiction de manger dans la chambre qui est excessive. Aleze de lit en plastique qui fait beaucoup transpirer et est inconfortable.

• PETYA (8/5): Хубав хотел, но има неуредици … - Стаята беше много хубава, чиста, всичко беше ново и в перфектно състояние. Закуската беше обилна и вкусна. Първо не ми хареса, че паркинга се заплаща допълнително, второ за да влезеш и излезеш от паркинга който е подземен се налага да звъниш на рецепция и да чакаш да дойдат да вдигнат бариерата, което създава задръствания. Изключително шумно беше, стаята гледаше към главна улица и движението е денонощно. Освен това, за да влезеш до стаята си трябва да минеш през заведение пълно с хора и ти с багажите минаваш покрай масите!

Balkonlu odada kaldık ve odada sigara içilmediği için balkona çıktık ve o sırada balkondan içeriye küçük küçük karıncalar odaya girdiler… Gelen misafirler biraz faya dikkatli olmasını tavsiye ederim
• Kristína (6/5): hotel nezodpovedá 4* - -Čistota a zariadenie izby, výmena uterákov a riadenie izby každý deň -vymenili nám izbu, ktorá bola na rovnakom poschodí ako recepcia a kaviareň po sťažnosti na hluk a cigaretový smrad na ďalší deň - hotel sa nachádza vo veľkom komplexe, kde sú firmy, byty, doktori,… - veľký buchot v hoteli aj počas nočného kľudu, najmä izby, ktoré sú na rovnakom poschodí kde je recepcia a kaviareň ( o 23.00 šúchajú stoličkami, riadia, odkladajú riady, počuť celú recepciu) zároveň ráno to isté - spoločné priestory a jedáleň neboli úplne čisté - v jedálni nedostatok miesta ak prídete neskôr okolo 9 hod. - v spoločných priestoroch cítiť cigaretový dym, ktorý ide aj do izieb - hotel nemá welness

• Isaac (7/5): Un séjour super dans une ville très accueillante, les gens sympathiques, malgré le fait d’avoir passé la nuit au rez-de- - L’établissement est bien placé au centre de la ville de Tina, les équipements sont très bien, et le personnel sympathique. L’emplacement de la chambre au rez-de-chaussée, près du bar, assez bruyant le soir, et surtout le matin à la revue du personnel. Le changement de la chambre a été rendu impossible.

The staff were very attentive, and the rooms were really clean, stylish, and modern, with everything you might need. Breakfast was good, though not particularly memorable. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the common areas (probably coming from the bar near reception). Also, the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed—we could hear people coming back to their rooms at night.

• Amanda (8/5): A Great Boutique Hotel - Location was great, staff were fantastic, there is no worries re safety in Tirana or Albania and this hotel even has a security guard in the building as you need to go to the 2nd floor. Nice breakfast and bar area. There was no noise at all from the bar area despite other reviews, and I stayed 5 nights but the traffic noise penetrates even ear plugs. There is nothing that can be done, but this really is reflected in the low price. The rest is excellent.

Ojo con el cambio a euros si te cobran en moneda local. - Desayuno correcto, ubicación buena a 10-15 min a pie de la plaza principal, gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías en la calle del hotel, Tamaño de la Junior suite aceptable. Nos guardaron el equipaje en recepción tras el checkout. Me cobraron al llegar en recepción en moneda local que luego al verlo reflejado en mi tarjeta en euros resultó que pagué 11€ más de lo que figuraba en la reserva en Booking. Si uno hace una reserva con Booking en euros, espera que el pago en el alojamiento sea exactamente ese. Aunque no caí en pedir factura me la deberían haber dado sin pedirla. Solo dan una copia de llaves, lo cual es incomodo si los huespedes de la habitación no entran y salen siempre juntos, además el ascensor funciona con llave magnética para poder subir a las habitaciones que no están en la planta 2, por lo que si no vamos juntos solo puede usar el ascensor la persona que lleva la llave. El colchón parecía bueno pero al tener una funda protectora de plástico la experiencia de uso fue mala. El primer día no hicieron la habitación. El aislamiento de las ventanas podría ser mejor, entraba algo de ruido de la calle. Eramos tres personas y solo habian dejado zapatillas para una, tuvimos que pedir otro par, solo había dos albornoces y tras usar uno se lo llevaron y no lo repusieron.

• Giulia (10/5): Molto consigliato - La ragazza della reception che ci ha fatto il check in super gentile è sempre sorridente pronta ad accontentarci in ogni richiesta o domanda , la camera molto bella e come in foto ad ogni nostro ritorno in camera la trovavamo sempre pulita e non solo le nostre cose venivano sistemate e gli asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente . Il bar è sempre aperto anche la notte se si vuole stare lì anche senza consumare non è un problema e ogni persona del personale che abbiamo incontrato lì erano tutti super gentili La colazione un po’ da revisionare ma comunque tutto molto buono , la seconda receptionist che abbiamo incontrato purtroppo non era molto solare e almeno un sorriso è un saluto ogni tanto visto il lavoro che svolge sarebbe d’obbligo

• D. Fabrizio (10/5): - Posizione centrale piccolo e carino hotel, su una terrazza interna al Garden Building, le stanze moderne e pulite con tutto ciò che occorre, ciabatte e accappatoio compreso. Il proprietario, è stato sempre molto disponibile per un cliente esigente come me. Dispone di un Bar interno alla struttura con veranda e tavolini. Colazione buona e abbondante, caffe espresso buono. Gli spazi del buffet sono un po ristretti per accedere quando c’è troppa gente.
