- frenti (4/5): “Disappointing Stay – Parking Chaos and Poor Room” - Location We booked this property because it advertised parking. When we arrived, the host personally guided us where to park. A few hours later, while I was out for dinner with my family, the host contacted me to move the car so someone could exit. I went back, which was very inconvenient, only to be met with an aggressive person swearing at me and saying I wasn’t supposed to park there. This was very upsetting, especially since the host was the one who directed me to that spot. In the end, I had to pay for separate parking. The room itself was also disappointing — very old, small, and not well looked after. Initially, we decided not to complain about it, but after the parking incident, the whole experience felt ruined. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

- Terence (6/5): - Emplacement Literie correct La salle de bain est a refaire. Je veux dire je pense que ça rapporte pas mal donc il faut moderniser, la salle de bain est dans un état pitoyable. De la rouille, un evier qui ne peut pas se boucher ou alors se coince et une douche danq un piteux etat. La climatisation marchait a moitié et toute l'eau se déversé sur le balcon.

- Vince (9/5): Bonne communication par whatsapp - Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel. une fois une carte SIM acheté chez Vodafone, nous avons pu être retrouvé par le frère d'Elena et accompagné jusqu'à l'hôtel. Vu le bruit environnement de l'arrière des hôtels il faut dormir un fenêtres fermier mais la clim est très fonctionnelle.

En las fotos generales aparecen habitaciones reformadas y a nosotros nos tocó una de las viejas, teniendo el mismo precio.. La ducha se encharcaba con facilidad.

- Naida Ida (10/5): We absolutely recommend this hotel - The hotel's location could not be better, on the main promenade, few steps away from the sea, shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel's staff was unbelievably kind, professional and cared for us during the entire stay. Helped with all questions, problems, needs. Absolute recommendation. We spent 7 nights there and will for sure come back again in the future. Everything was great. The hotel lacks parking space and the parking is unaccessible between 6.30 pm and 1 am because the hotel is on the main promenade that is closed for traffic in the evenings. However, the staff books a private parking in the neighborhood and easily solves this problem. That is really helpful and convenient especially for those who like to stay on a beach until sunset.

Il proprietario gentilissima disponibile e molto disponibile.... Unica pecca un po' difficoltoso parcheggiare e uscire con la macchina ... Però tutto sommato ci sta siccome siamo sul lungomare principale e c'è uno spazio molto ristretto per i mezzi... Uno dei pochi ad avere il parcheggio personale sotto l'hotel... Manca l'ascensore se ci sarebbe stata sarebbe stato perfetto...

- Stefania (9/5): BELLISSIMO PULITISSIMO E COMODISSIMO - La posizione strategica è veramente il top, si raggiunge il lungomare in 30 secondi ed è vicino a ksamil. Locali e minimarket sotto la scala comodissimo. Elena è super!!! è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in ogni nostra richiesta. L'appartamentino è nuovo, pulitissimo e veramente dotato di tutto. Purtroppo non era chiarissimo in fase di prenotazione che il posto auto non fosse riservato agli ospiti e soprattutto che la strada di accesso al "cortile" diventa pedonale dopo le 17 e quindi non più accessibile. Con un po' di organizzazione e con la totale disponibilità di Elena siamo riusciti ad ovviare al problema ma se avete in programma di muovere la macchina di sera, non tenete conto del posto auto.
- GENNARO (9/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione, in pratica sei sul lungomare di Saranda. Elena è molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, e la possibilità di parcheggiare l auto. Mancanza di ascensore considerato che eravamo al terzo piano.
- Guest (7/5): Nette Zimmer und für den Preis gut - Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist direkt am Strand und man hatte fast jeden Tag eine Zimmer Reinigung. Die Besitzerin haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt, jedoch konnte man ihr immer schreiben und bekam schnell eine Antwort. Bei uns war beispielsweise was bei der Dusche und Elena hat sofort reagiert und es umtauschen lassen, sehr guter Service! Die Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen, was nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Außerdem war, soweit wir es mitbekommen hatten die ganze Zeit die Haupttür offen, was ungewohnt ist. Im Zimmer hat man jeden die Treppen runterlaufen gehört oder Türen zuschlagen hören, was ziemlich unangenehm war, wofür Elena aber nicht viel kann. Was auch gut zu wissen ist, das in der Nähe ein religiöses Gebäude ist und da alle paar Stunden Gesänge zu hören sind. (Nachtruhe wird eingehalten) Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört, jedoch ist es gut zu wissen.

- Christian (8/5): - In zweiter Reihe an der Strandpromenade von Saranda gelegen. Ideal wenn man mit der Fähre aus Korfu anreist. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber und verfügte über einen kleinen Balkon. Einzig der Duschvorhang im Bad hing auf Halbmast, was uns nicht groß gestört hat. Zimmerservice hatten wir jeden Tag. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu Strandpromenade hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir hatten keinen Mietwagen und haben vor Ort eine Tour gebucht und zusätzlich einen Ausflug auf eigene Faust nach Butrint mit dem öffentlichen Bus gemacht. Die Haltestelle liegt in der Nähe des Hotels am Stadtpark. Ebenso sind kleine Supermärkte und Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels vorhanden, Es war ein einfaches Hotelzimmer ohne Luxus. Mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Balkon zum Innenhof auf dem wir unsere Sachen aufhängen konnten. Wir hatten alles was nötig war.

Tesisin 18:00 e kadar ucretsiz otoparki var ama eğer saatini gecirirseniz aracınızı park edecek ücretli otopark bile bulmanız cok zor. Tesisin onundeki yol trafige kapaniyor. 1 saat sadece aracımı park etmek için yer aradım, en sonunda ücretli bir otoparkta yer buldum.

Spacious apartment with comfy bed and nice balcony. Good little kitchenette area and good size fridge. Elena was super helpful and easy to communicate with, she let us check in early and got us on the Butrint bus.

- Dubenská (8/5): Pro někoho kdo nechce trávit celý den na pokoji super. - Kousek od moře a v centru dění. Moře čisté. Každý den úklid, čisté ručníky a skvělá domluva s majitelkou. Průjezd k ubytování je omezen od 01:00 do 17:00. Parkoviště malinké a pokud chcete odjet na výlet brzo ráno, blokuje vám jiné auto odjezd. Vše se ale dalo řešit přes majitelku, takže do 30 minut bylo vše OK. Je to ale opravdu pro zkušenější řidiče. Na pokoji jsou velmi měkké matrace, což nemusí každému vyhovovat a není zde žádný základní jídelní servis. Pouze rychlovarná konvice a lednička s mrazákem. Měli jsme pokoj, ne apartmán. Ostatní bylo fajn.

- GFrancis (9/5): Tucked away yet fully in the centre of resort life. - Great central location: tucked away on second line, just off the promenade boulevard yet with sea view from front apartments; just a few steps away from Saranda's public beach, perfect for early-morning and end-of-day swims. Less than 15mins easy stroll from ferry port. Clean and modern accommodation; efficient air conditioning; good Wi-Fi. Proactive and friendly communications, warm welcome. Highly recommended. Fridge-freezer on same circuit as key-cradle switched electrics, so is turned off each time room is exited.
