• Tanja (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, nahe am Skanderberg Platz und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war gut (auch gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis) Das Frühstücksbuffet war definitiv ausbaufähig (wenig Auswahl, Eier waren kalt!). Ich würde lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und a la carte im Restaurant frühstücken. Die Betten sind eher unbequem, für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung,aber gerade für längere Aufenthalte nicht optimal.

• Marion (10/5): - Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit dans cet hôtel avant de reprendre l'avion. C'est idéal pour visiter la ville car c'est bien placé. Vous devez réserver votre place de parking en amont et c'est 5€ mais c'est très pratique pour laisser votre voiture en sécurité. La chambre était parfaite et très confortable.

• Namrata (6/5): It was cheap but alarm chaos is not accepted. - The location is very near to centre and pick up points. So, it was convenient. The rooms were big and clean. The facilities and functionalities. The doors were old, property security at night was limited, false alarm was chaotic for more than 2 hours or more with limited access to emergency squad.

• Milla (10/5): Amazing location, comfortable room, perfect staying in Tirana - The location was amazing, just right in the city centre with everything around, so easy to move and the taxi price was reasonable. Miri was so kind & did such an excellent job, was always ready to help, and seemed to know everything about the city and big thanks to Ermal as well for giving as good tips it made our experience better

• Michael (9/5): Would definitely return here. - Excellent central location, but off the main road and was very quiet at night. Staff very friendly and spoke perfect English. Room was a good size and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned my room after the first night, and i was only staying 2 nights which was a nice touch. The shower was only hot for a few minutes before it was just warm, but stayed warm for a long time. The telephone in the room has a display that I found distracting at night with its glow.

In realtà semplicemente era annoiato di andarla a prendere. Peccato nota veramente negativa

• Mehmet (10/5): A nice stay overall, except for the parking issue. - The reception and front office staff are friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. The facility offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious and, most importantly, clean. The only negative aspect is the parking. Every hotel should provide free parking for its guests. Charging €5 per day for parking is unacceptable. The management should reconsider this issue.

It was clean, really nice bathroom and beds were all cleaned up really good. Only thing is at 2.30 am on first day a fire alarm went off for 30 minutes.

• Marcia (6/5): Very disappointed with the attitude towards a lobby full of tired, apprehensive (in their pyjamas) guests - The location was just of Skanderbeg square, but down a tiny side road. So was difficult to find. The fire alarm (false alarm) going off at 2.45am till 3.30am and the new member of staff on duty not knowing what to do. No suggestion of compensation for a disturbed night sleep. Receptionist told us it was just one of those things.
• NURTEN (4/5): Önermem - Tesis merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve çalışalar check in öncesi valiz bırakmak konusunda yardımcı oldular Tek gece kalış yaptık. Ancak gece 2 den sonra yangın alarmı çalıştı çok uzun bir süre sorunu çözemediler. Uykumuzdan uyandık ve bir daha uyuyamadım. Sabah 6:30 da otobüse yetişmek için erken kalktım bütün gün uykusuz geçti.

• Alban (2/5): - There was a alaram at 2:30 am, false alarm and the staff in the reception wasnt polite at all, all of us got out at he didnt worry at all, we waited 1 hour or more to stop the alarm because they didnt now how to do it, and in the end they just said go to your rooms, no apologise or nothing.
