• Arash-Sam (8/5): - Rummet var rent och stort med en stor balkong mot solnedgång, trevlig personal, spaet var bra, kunde varit bättre om alla inte behövde vänta länge för att använda jacuzzin. Vore bra om det fanns regler för hur länge man får sitta i jacuzzin för det verkar att en del människor behöver bli påminda om det. God mat på restaurangen med serviceinriktad personal.
• Tora Skarstad (6/5): Outdated and in need of TLC - The room smelled mouldy the whole time and the beds were comfortable but nasty, the sheets kept going off. The spa showers also had a wet and mouldy smell, but it was all ok for a night. The staff was very kind and the massage was absolutely amazing! We had to leave at 4am, so they prepared a breakfast box for us, but it was very bland and dry (it also contained an apple, yoghurt and a bottle of water).

Chambre au calme car située à l'arrière de l hôtel mais vue sans intérêt mais cela n'est pas dérangeant. Situé à 30 min en bus du centre-ville avec arrêt de bus à 3min à pied. Piscine et SPA très agréables. Petit déjeuner copieux salé et sucré Restaurant remarquable, la qualité des repas est extra et le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel

Also, I never stayed in a hotel which asks for a deposit or document as security,which was a bit weird. I understand they might have their reasons but that was a bit weird. The pool and jacuzzi was good. Overall 3.5/5.

The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — right in a prime spot, making it easy to get around. Public transport was easily accessible, which made traveling to nearby cities and towns very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay.

• Chad (10/5): - Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families.
• José Antonio (10/5): Excelente hotel bien ubicado y con Spa - Hotel excelente. La gente de recepción Bora y Simam son muy buenos profesionales. El hotel dispone de Spa en muy buenas condiciones. Está muy bien ubicado justo frente a la estación de autobuses que te lleva a las principales ciudades. En la misma puerta hay un autobús de línea que te deja justo en el centro, es muy frecuente, rápido y barato. El desayuno es correcto y podría mejorarse en el apartado de salados -solo huevos y algún embutido- los dulces son más variados. En cualquier caso el desayuno está bien. En general hotel es excelente tanto por el precio, la calidad del servicio, el spa gratuito incluido en el precio -con yacuzzi, sauna, baño turco y dos piscinitas cubiertas, además de masaje de pago-, y una excelente ubicación.

• Princess (10/5): - From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries. The only negative was the heating, it wasn’t warm enough for us despite getting help from the staff. The shower and tap had great pressure and were hot. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room had a well-stocked mini bar which doubled as a fridge. Complimentary breakfast was provided as part of the stay which had an array of hot and cold foods. Spa use was complimentary too - available for use how many times you want throughout your stay. The facilities were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from terminal D bus stop which gets easier to navigate to the more you do it. Traffic in Tirana is crazy so I wouldn’t recommend getting taxi unless you want to pay - as bus is way cheaper and you’ll be sitting in the same traffic. The food from the restaurant was delicious too. Unfortunately a medical emergency left my husband and I unable to do all we planned to on our itinerary, but we wish to come back to experience more of this beautiful hotel and city.

• Dustin (6/5): Needs Improvements - First id just like to start out by saying the staff at the hotel was very friendly. However i feel the need to mention my complaints/dissatisfaction. First, the gym A/C didnt appear to be working and several of the pieces of gym equipment were broken so were useless. Also, i find it odd that gym doesnt open until 10am even though its unmanned. For those who wish to get up and get there workout in so they can use the day to explore this doesnt allow time for that. This is the first hotel ive seen where the gym opens that late. Furthermore, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lacked back support. I tossed and turned all night to the point where i layed down a blanket on floor as it was more comfortable than the bed. I feel this hotel has alot of items they can improve on and then they can use the name "premium" in the title. Thanks for your consideration.

Pas grand chose à faire dans le quartier autour, mais il y a des bus juste à côté qui peuvent vous emmener à Tirana ou dans d’autres villes de l’Albanie. Je conseille fortement !! Encore merci

• Susanna (8/5): Rekommenderar verkligen! - Fint hotell med otroligt service-minded personal. Fantastisk frukost men maten i restaurangen hade mer att önska. Spaavdelningen var helt underbar med saltrum, pool och gym. Flera olika typer av massage som kostade mellan 30-60 euro beroende på längd (30 eller 60 minuter). Fantastiskt trevlig massör! Taxi från hotellet till centrum kostade mellan 7-12 euro. Be personalen om hjälp att boka, så bokar de den billigaste taxin.

• Mounia (10/5): - Superbe hôtel ! Le personnel est aimable et répond à toutes nos questions. La chambre est propre et sent tous les jours très bon. Nous avions également un balcon. La zone Spa est agréable avec une piscine (non chauffée mais pas très grave), jaccuzi, sauna et zone détente avec sièges massants. Malheureusement le hammam était fermé. Ouvert jusque 22h tous les jours. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Pour les boissons plus spécifiques comme le capuccino, il faut demander au serveur qui le ramène du bar situé au rez-de-chaussée. Malgré la situation un peu éloigné du centre, environ 4km, il y a un bus "Tirana ERE" blanc qui circule pour 40L jusqu'au centre devant l'hôtel. Pour vous rendre à l'hôtel, il y a un car pour 400L (4€) à l'aéroport qui s'arrête devant le centre commercial "Casa Italia" situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel. N'hésitez pas à demander au chauffeur, ils expliquent tout pour s'assurer que vous trouviez votre chemin. Si vous souhaitez visiter d'autres villes en Albanie, la station "terminale" de bus se trouve juste en face et permet d'aller par exemple à Kruje, Durres, Shkoder,... pour environ 200LT l'aller. La situation est donc vraiment stratégique et nous étions très contentes ! Ayant un vol retour le matin, l'hôtel propose un "airport shuttle" et c'est bien pratique car le prix est fixe. Pas d'arnaque de la part de ce taxi, le prix était de 1700L (17€), cela nous a pris 20minutes pour arriver à l'aéroport. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour !

Very nice and big room, extremely friendly staff, very delicious and nice kitchen, and also perfect wellness ( including hammam) After any meetings, good idea, the wellness open in the evening 10 a clock. After you could go to the bar, because open 24 hours! All these services are also very affordable. When I go back to Tirana, I will go only this hotel!
