• Marin (1/5): - The worst hotel i have been to. I had a reservation for 3 people with booking and when i went to the hotel the told me they had booked only for 2 people. They never admited their mistake they just let me cancel the booking and told me to find another hotel. Unbelivable

• Luana (7/5): - O quarto é ótimo, moderno, limpo e confortável. O café da manhã não foi dos melhores, no primeiro dia ainda estava bem ok, mas no segundo dia pareceu que colocaram tudo que havia sobrado do dia anterior, além de ter pouquíssima variedade das cosias, não foi bacana.

• גדעון (6/5): הזהרות מהשירות במלון - מיקום הזמנו חדר ל-3 לילות.שהגענו ראינו שווילון האפלה קרוע ותלוש, התקשרנו וביקשנו לתקן על מנת שאור הזריחה לא יעיר אותנו, הבטיחו שיתקנו. שחזרנו בערב היה בקבלה ילד בן 10 עם עוד 2 ילדים קטנים ממנו, שאלנו מי הוא והוא אמר לנו שהוא בן 10 והוא מנהל הקבלה עד 23:00, (הילד דובר אנגלית טובה מאוד )לגבי הווילון נאמר לנו שיתוקן רק מחר. עלינו לחדר וראינו שהטלוויזיה לא עובדת התקשרנו לקבלה ועלה הילד שיחק בטלויזיה ושלא הצליח לתקן אותה התקשרנו לאביו (שאינו דובר אנגלית ) כנראה בעל המלון ואביו אמר לנו דרכו שמחר הוא יתייעץ עם הטכנאי. ביקשנו להחליף חדר והילד אמר שאביו אמר שהוא לא יחליף חדר ומצידו אנו יכולים לעזוב את המלון. מאחר והשעה הייתה מאוחרת הודענו לו באמצעות הילד שמחר בבוקר נעזוב את המלון. וכך עשינו. אציין כי ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מוזרה, מכינים בשעה 8 את החביתות ומשאירים אותם ללא חימום ירדנו בשעה 08:30 הביצים היו קרות. וממש לא טעימות, הקפה בתוך מתחם היה חמוץ והבנו מהעובדת שזה קפה מאתמול. לגבי החלק הראשון העברתי תלונה בכתב לבוקינג ועדין לא קבלתי שום מענה. בוקינג הגיע הזמן שתבדקו ותטפלו בתלונות הלקוחות.

• Rachelw (8/5): מלון שצריך שיפור - חדר נוח, מעלית, קרוב לטיילת, ארוחת בוקר סבירה עם ירקות, ביצים וכו'. מעט סבון בחדר, אחרי ניקוי החדר לא הוסיפו סבונים, כשביקשנו נתנו. לא היו כוסות, קפה, סוכר. תה למרות שהיה קומקום. כתוב שיש חניה, זה לא תמיד נכון, החניה ברחוב ובדרך כלל תפוסה. בקבלה היה לפעמים ילד בן 10 במקום אדם מבוגר.

• Marco Bonaldo (4/5): Delusione, non vale il prezzo. - Hotel moderno, posizione centrale anche se non sul lungomare, gentili alla reception e camera spaziosa e moderna. All arrivo la camera non era pulita, c'erano cose per terra, capelli in bagno (non nostri chiaramente), il phone non andava, non c'era posto dove stendere le cose o anche solo gli asciugamani dopo la doccia. Uno dei giorni del soggiorno siamo tornati in camera e avevano solo messo gli asciugamani nuovi sul letto ma senza rifare la camera. Avvisata la reception ma ormai era tardi e non potevano fare nulla. Colazione triste.

• Ahmed (4/5): Hôtel pas au niveau d’un 4* - Bonne emplacement La porte fenêtre de notre balcon, chambre numéro 205, était cassée. Donc impossible de la fermer entièrement. Par conséquent vu que notre chambre était face à la route principale allant à l’aéroport nous avions énormément de bruit dans la chambre. Bruit de voiture et d’avions au décollage.donc impossible de dormir…. Vraiment bidon pour un 4 * … lors du Check in le personnel aurait pu vérifier ce détail qui a son importance pour le confort de leurs clients….

Şehir merkezinde olduğu için otopark sorunu yaşadık ilk gün iletişim Hotel’le sağlayamadık. Ertesi gün Mario işletmeci bize yardımcı oldu. Sonraki günler problem yaşamadık. Çok sıcak ve ilgili bir tesis tavsiye ederim. Cumartesi giriş yapacaksanız Otel’le mutlaka önceden iletişime geçip arabayla geleceğinizi bildirin.

• Merli (10/5): - I had a great stay at Center Hotel! Everything was perfect , the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the main promenade, restaurants, and the port. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarande!
