• Simone (10/5): - Very friendly staff, who even upgraded us after they found out we were a couple (we had booked rooms with single beds by mistake). Charming room with a nice couch to chill in the evening. Great view from their terrace where we had breakfast. It can be difficult to find, as the road does not go all the way to the hotel - only a footpath. Parking can be challenging especially because the road is narrow but has traffic in both directions. We recommend getting in touch with the staff so they can show you where to park before deciding yourself.

• Gisele (9/5): Una estadía placentera - La amabilidad del personal y la autenticidad de la casa que estaba restaurada. El desayuno era con productos caseros, preparados al momento. Las instalaciones estaban bien acondicionadas. Fue bien difícil ubicar el establecimiento ya que está en una calle cerrada a la circulación. Deberían poner flechas o indicar cómo llegar.

• Rafa C (9/5): Ubicacion buena para visitar Gjirokastra - La ubicación es muy buena, estas muy cerca de la zona turística aunque tienes que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada. Si volviera, no me subiría mas arriba de esa localización. Se puede aparcar en la calle principal y sino el hotel tiene como dos tres plazas para aparcar en la calle de entrada. La habitación era muy amplia y larga con una cama grande muy cómoda. Después en la salita de entrada dos camas individuales para las niñas. Las vistas muy buenas, y el desayuno muy rico y servido en una terraza al aire libre con vistas muy chulas. Para visitar el pueblo se suben 200 metros de una cuesta terrorífica y ya estas alli. Al ser cuatro dos personas tuvimos que dormir en la sala de estar de la entrada. Es un sitio super acogedor pero la falta de cortinas que tapen mejor la luz hace que cuando salga el sol sea mas complicado dormir.

• CELINE (9/5): - Hotel très bien situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville. On peut se garer devant l'hôtel mais les places sont limitées, sinon nous avons trouvé une place un peu plus bas dans la rue. Petit dej très bon et copieux. Accueil très chaleureux. Un peu compliqué pour se garer mais nos hôtes nous ont conseillé et aidé.

They also take card payments. It's only half way up the hill. If you want to see the main square and Bazaar/market, it's quite the steep hike up the rest of the hill. I'd recommend booking somewhere at the top so you don't have to walk up and down everyday.

Rien.. après 10 jours de Road trip, c’était la pire chambre du séjour…!!!

• Denis (10/5): Exceptionally welcoming - We arrived in Gjirokaster and quickly found the hotel. The welcome was warm even though we arrived earlier than expected. The staff was very friendly, and the room was in perfect condition. In the morning we took breakfast on the balcony with a good view over the city, and the breakfast was delicious traditional food. We then had the opportunity to talk to the personnel of the hotel, who explained to us the story of Gjirokaster and of Albania. Nothing, it was perfect.

Rústico Muy difícil aparcar ya que es todo cuesta arriba, si no estás acostumbrado a ese tipo de caminos puede costarte más. No se nos explicó correctamente lo del parking por lo que terminamos dejándolo en una calle más alejada.

Il personale è stato gentile fin da subito, permettendoci un checkin anticipato e aiutandoci a parcheggiare l'auto nelle viuzze ripide della città. La colazione era gustosa e abbondante. Il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura è stato perfetto in tutto. Consigliatissimo! Tutto perfetto.

El hotel está diseñado con mucho gusto y para que el viajero se sienta bien acogido, dispone de todas las comodidades. Nada más llegar nos ayudó a aparcar el coche en el sitio reservado por el hotel. Las explicaciones sobre que sitios visitar tanto en Girokaster como en la costa albanesa fueron para descubrir sitios que sólo los amantes de su país saben valorar. La Suite Junio pour 3 laisse à désirer. 2 canapés single comme li , très durs avec le jour qui illumine la nuit car pas de volet, ni rideaux ocultants. Pas de lampe de chevet, un miroir à hauteur d'un enfant de 6 ans. Flacons de shampoing en guise de savon pour la douche, pas de taies d'oreiller pour les canapés... Cher pour la prestation.

Bekamen ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das Zimmer war sehr Sauber. Generell ist es ein liebevolles Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert.
• Giampietro (2/5): Che delusione - Non mi è piaciuto nulla Prima cosa l'ubicazione in una traversa di una strada stretta, in salita e acciottolata. Non ci è stata rifatta la camera, non solo il letto ma neppure pulito il bagno, alle nostre proteste ci hanno detto che loro usano così. Colazione su un terrazzino apparecchiato senza tovaglia, con pezzi di scottex come tovaglioli, senza cucchiaini. Nessuno che parlasse almeno inglese se non tramite il traduttore. Avevamo 2 camere e abbiamo richiesto conti separati ma ci hanno detto ok e poi hanno fatto solo un conto. assolutamente non provessionali

• Cristina (10/5): - Argirocastro è una perla dell'Albania. L'hotel è carinissimo con un'architettura d'epoca ristrutturato da poco. Colazione molto buona che abbiamo apprezzato su un piccolo balconcino con vista sulla cittadina. Il personale è molto gentile e ci ha fatto parcheggiare vicino la struttura e ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti dove poter cenare. Consiglio seguito e cena apprezzata! Grazie mille a tutto lo staff

Possibilité de garer la voiture Le lit de la chambre 8 est trop bas. Une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur les toits. Rien pour poser la valise. La chambre sous les toits au niveau 4 était difficile d'accès et on ne pouvait se tenir debout qu'au pied du lit. Pas de verre pour boire. Manque d' étagère dans la salle d'eau pour poser les affaires de toilette
