The view wa - Proximity to most local amenities, cafes, restaurants, bars, sea side and local grocery shop.. There was no full length mirror in the apartment, only ones in the bathroom. Could do more with some essentials and blind out mirror to help with better sleep.

Peter (1/5): Petollinen ja valehteleva toiminta - pysykää poissa tästä! - En asunut huoneistossa. Annettiin väärä huoneisto. Annettiin väärä ja paljon pienempi huoneisto kuin mitä olin varannut. Jouduimme hankkimaan hotellihuoneet viereisestä hotellista. En suostunut ottamaan huoneisto vastaan. Ensin kiellettiin virhe ja sen jälkeen myönnettiin virhe. Booking.com selvitti asiaa ilman tulosta. Vuokraaja lupasi palauttaa rahat, mutta ei palauttanut. Petollinen ja valehteleva yritys. Älä vuokraa Grandstay Apartment. Olen pettynyt myös booking.com joka hyväksyy selvästi petollista toimintaa, vaikka minulla oli näyttö väärästä asunnosta ja valehtelemisesta. Rappukäytävä oli huonossa kunnossa. Alemmissa kerroksissa rappukäytävässä oli reikiä seinässä, josta näki ulos ja käsi meni läpi. Alakerrokset talon takana hirveässä kunnossa. Ihmettelen, miten talo pysyy pystyssä. En käytä jatkossa Booking.com, koska eivät välitä asiakkaasta, vaan sallivat selvästi petollista toimintaa.
Liang (3/5): Raad het niet aan - De ligging, dichtbij het strand Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Het appartement ziet er op de foto’s veel mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid. In het echt is alles erg gebrekkig en slecht onderhouden. Vooral de badkamer voelde erg vies aan, met zwarte randjes en schimmelachtige plekken onderaan. Daarnaast waren de buren elke ochtend al rond 05:00/06:00 uur bezig met klussen boven ons appartement. Dit ging onze hele vakantie door, waardoor wij geen enkele keer normaal hebben kunnen uitslapen of goed hebben kunnen rusten. Wij hebben dit meerdere keren gecommuniceerd met de eigenaar, maar kregen totaal geen reactie. Ook toen wij vroegen om een extra deken, werd hier niet op gereageerd. Al met al absoluut geen fijne ervaring en zeker niet aan te raden.

Noi abbiamo avuto un bell’inconveniente in quanto la camera da noi prenotata, dopo aver contattato noi lo staff piu volte per sapere come fare il self check-in, prima non trovavano la prenotazione, poi ci hanno detto che il nostro appartamento era in ristrutturazione, quindi ci hanno dato un appartamento simile nello stesso edificio, peccato che non era uguale a quello prenotato nonostante avesse comunque due camere e due letti, ma con un arredamento non moderno. Il plus è sicuramente la posizione sul lungo mare di Durazzo e un vista mare impagabile essendo l’appartamento al decimo piano. Lo staff, ad accezione del ragazzo che è venuto ad accompagnarci nell’appartamento che ha dovuto fare avanti e indietro 3 volte per portarci un letto in piu in quanto essendo in 5 e avendo dovuto cambiare appartamento non c’era divano letto per la 5 persona come da nostra prenotazione.
Svitlana (9/5): Чудовий відпочинок - Сподобалось розташування,чистота квартири, чистота білизни, розв'язання питань. Власник був дуже добрим ,дав дозвіл на поселення мого онука, який приїхав пізніше. Взагалі проблем не було,за що дякуємо Не зовсім добре функціонував бойлер,інформація про ремонт приходила запізно,коли нас не було в квартирі.

Dieter (6/5): - Groot ruim appartement Communicatie kan beter. Eerst kreeg ik een bericht met alle instructies, daarna een tegenstrijdig bericht via Whatsapp... Als je geen wifi/4G hebt kan je dus niet inchecken want alles wordt via Whatsapp doorgestuurd. Wij reisden met 4, waarbij geen bedden voor de kinderen voorzien waren. Daarna hebben ze dit snel proberen regelen waarbij we plots met 4 in 1 kamer moesten slapen. Ons jongste dochter van 5 moest in een babybed slapen... Terwijl er normaal een zetelbank in de living moest zijn!

Chinedu (9/5): - Apartment was clean, spacious, well designed with every home appliance possible (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine storage, wardrobe/walk-in closet, bidet, microwave 2 smart tvs,, etc) The lighting is superb, the 12th floor balcony good for relaxing, really large couch and the customer service were available on WhatsApp 24/7 to assist on WhatsApp. The hotel location is right in the middle of the beach location, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores. There are lots of choices of places to hang out within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Also, tell them before arrival if you need a parking space, it saves you the stress. The apartment is exactly as advertised on booking.com, but looked much bigger physically. No breakfast.

Could profit from some basics (kitchen tools are v basic; no complimentary coffee/sugar/salt; no mugs etc). Currently there are heavy works in the building meaning it is REAL noisy in the morning.

Olena (8/5): Хорошие апартаменты с отличным расположением и видом, но есть небольшие недочёты по оснащению и чистоте. - Мы останавливались в новогоднюю ночь — остались очень довольны. Шикарный вид, удобное расположение: всё в пешей доступности. Большой плюс — парковка прямо под домом, что особенно важно зимой, так как территорию не затапливает водой. Администрация всегда была на связи, быстро отвечали на все вопросы и оперативно решили проблему с интернетом. Не хватает некоторых кухонных принадлежностей, например, доски для нарезки. Также хотелось бы более тщательной уборки — пришлось самостоятельно мыть душ.

Deborah (9/5): - On the evenings and most weekends when the construction stopped, the apartment was quiet and very nice. The owners provided a microwave and a clothes drying rack when we requested them (since they were in the listing along with a tumble dryer; by way of compensation, they also provided a discount. The apartment was otherwise well-equipped and very comfortable. Every weekday and sometimes on weekends, there was extremely loud construction in the building, making our apartment virtually unusable during the day for the entire month (mid-Feb to mid-Mar 2026). While it is not the fault of the apartment owners, it severely reduced our enjoyment. The listing for the apartment said there was a "tumble dryer", but there is not.

Niklas (10/5): Suveränt fint boende och gillade det mesta i Durres förutom trafiken då. - Perfekt läge, parkering finns (10€/dygn) även om den är dyr men behövs verkligen. Dåligt rörmokarjobb, fick fästa upp avloppsrör i gummimuff flera gånger för den lossnade och det osade avlopp! Trafiksituationen är kaotisk i Durres!

Despite some flaws, we enjoyed our stay. - Location, the size of apartment The cleaning was not good enough — the doors, door handles, and mirrors were dirty. There was no light in the bathroom, apparently because all the light bulbs had burned out. I did not report this to the host, as he stopped responding to me after I checked in and only replied to my message after my stay had already ended.

Tropfender Boiler im Badezimmer. Putzeimer steht darunter. Eine halbe Klopapierrolle für 2 Bäder!! Leider mehr Schein als Sein. Schöne Einrichtung, aber man lässt alles verkommen....
