Dylan Jeffrey (5/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Het hotel zelf is prima geregeld met vriendelijk personeel (spreken niet allemaal even goed Engels) en een mooie luxe kamer. Onze kamer met jaccuzi was top. Het viel ons erg tegen dat in september/oktober eigenlijk niks meer te beleven is. Omdat het hotel op hotel is maar per hotel waren er maar een handjevol gasten. Dat gaf echt nogal een depressieve sfeer. De ligging is niet ideaal. Er wordt nog heel veel gebouwd rondom de al bestaande hotels dus is een afwisseling van ghetto en een luxe resort. Naast de hotels waar wel wat gegeten kon worden, was er niets te beleven. Zelfs in het 'centrum' van Golem (wat nog best een eindje lopen is) was er niets te beleven. We weten natuurlijk niet hoe dit in het hoogseizoen is, maar dit hotel of überhaupt Golem bezoeken in het laagseizoen is volgens ons absoluut geen aanrader.

Senakile (5/5): Needs improvement. but people were lovely. - House keeping was Amazing. Really kind, caring and lovely. All the members of staff were nice including the owner. When we got to Albania, it was really difficult to find the air bnb. We went to a hotel next door and the owner came to get us from there. we needed to go the hospital on one of the days we were there , the owner took us to the physio which is what we didn't want but oh well, he covered the bill of the physio which he didn't have to and took us for ice cream and cake out of his own will which was really really nice. I can't fault him Firstly, this is a family business so just note that in mind. It was difficult to find the location of the air bnb. Just to let you know, this is not a hotel. it is an airbnb. there's no reception front desk to check you in. the owner does it all. they only gave us 1 access card for the room which made it difficult as there was three of us, there's only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom meaning you had to wait for the steam to go before using it, not enough bins in the room, be careful of ants when put any rubbish on there floor even if its in a bag. Breakfast is very very very limited. the only options you had was egg, bread and doughnuts. it's an a-la carte breakfast which is not mentioned on booking.com. one thing we didn't appreciate was one of the staff members who was serving breakfast would smoke and use the same hand that he handled a cigarette to processed with serving us drinks without even washing his hands. on another occasion, we had asked to have the breakfast in the room, he came with three plates of doughnuts as that's the only thing we could eat. he put two plates on the dressing table but there was no room for the final plate. He used his hands to take the food from the three place and put it on the other plates which was absolutely DISGUSTING. it makes you think how the cleanliness is in the kitchen but thank God we only had breakfast twice and never again did we sit at the restaurant for breakfast because it was awful.
Julia (10/5): - Pobyt w tym hotelu był prawdziwą przyjemnością! Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a właściciel okazał wiele życzliwości, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Pokoje były bardzo ładne, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, z regularną wymianą ręczników. Śniadania były świeże i bardzo smaczne - tak samo jak i inne posiłki. Miłym zaskoczeniem była niespodzianka przygotowana z okazji naszej rocznicy – bardzo doceniamy ten gest! Basen świetny na relaks, z dużą liczbą leżaków do wyboru, więc każdy mógł znaleźć dla siebie wygodne miejsce. Obiekt znajduje się tuż przy plaży – choć sama plaża była raczej przeciętna, to znajdowały się na niej leżaki, a wieczorami można było podziwiać naprawdę piękne zachody słońca. Polecamy!

The owner was a very good person we booked a plain room and since the room with a jacuzzi and sea view was free they upgraded us free of charge which felt very good. Unfortunately it was raining and we couldnt enjoy the beautiful restaurant and the garden but definitely will go back in the summer since there seemed to be a very good beach and spacious aswell!

Endri (9/5): Ottimo - Struttura nuova, con piscina e Jacuzzi in camera, peccato che fosse inverno e non aver potuto sfruttare la piscina, ma la vasca idromassaggio molto bella e rilassante. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Peccato per le strade per raggiungere il posto che sono abbastanza distrutte e scomode soprattutto se estate considerando il traffico che si crea per andare a Durazzo. Peccato anche per le vetrate, molto belle ma inutilizzabili perché essendo al piano terra se apri le tende ti vedono da fuori (magari specchiare sarebbe utile)

Dianna (10/5): - The room was so relaxing and had a lovely view. Jaquzzi bath was my favourite feature in the room. The family who own and run the hotel are such lovely people. They made me feel safe and looked after. Food is lovely, always well presented and tasty. Perfect and peaceful in December. Good base to stay, and visit places of interest. Staff helped me with a local taxi driver who took me to Berat castle and shaparoned me around the sights. I just missed the Christmas markets, but it would of been nice strolling around, with the huge mountain in the background with snow on top. As a solo traveller, my break away was perfect. Albania is definitely a country that is friendly, steeped in history, and good for solo travellers. I will bring my family to visit in the summer months to experience the good vibe and beaches. In the future, during the winter, I will travel back solo for the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle.

It’s right by the beach which I loved, the restaurant has very nice vibe, people very helpful, dinner we had there was amazing! Probably only the backyard where you park the car, not really attractive, we were confused how to get to the actual property, no signs. Also breakfast could be improved. Eggs of your options plus sweet doughnuts with Nutella and simple toast with cheese. Coffee was good though!

The room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, which I thought was really cute and thoughtful. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The room looked exactly like the photos and was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help without hesitation. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück und im Restaurant wenig Auswahl für Menschen, die kein Fisch/Meeresfrüchte essen.

Die Umgebung ist noch sehr im Aufbau. Im Hotel haben wir zwar von dem Lärm nicht wirklich was mitbekommen, dennoch liegt am Strand und auf den Straßen viel Müll. Pool war in Betrieb, jedoch nicht beheizt.

a.miller2104 (6/5): Für eine Nacht ok - Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist gut und lecker.Die Preise sind ok, auch wenn etwas gehoben für albanische Verhältnisse.Die Lage der Suites ist top und man ist direkt am Pool und Restaurant . Fast direkt am Strand. Die Suites sind modern und mit allen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist gut . Die Anlage rund um das Restaurant ist sehr schön angelegt. Check In um 14 Uhr wurde nicht eingehalten . Das 2.Zimmer war erst gegen 15:20 fertig. Das erste Zimmer war zwar fertig , aber leider nicht so gut geputzt. Es roch auch sehr stark nach Rauch , was wir reklamiert hatten , aber es konnte nix gemacht werden , da alles ausgebucht war. D Leider ist auch mehr Schein als Sein . Auf den ersten Blick scheint alles modern und sauber zu sein, aber auf den 2.Blick sind die Suites schon abgewohnt. Hier und da Schimmel. Leider wurden die ausgemachten Lunchpakete auch vergessen , obwohl wir extra mitgeteilt hatten , dass wir sehr früh wegen unserem Flug los fahren müssen . Parkplatz muss man erstmal suchen, da dass Navi es nicht richtig ansteuern kann. Dann kommt aber ein unseriöser Mann und will auch noch Geld. Haben dann auf der Straße geparkt. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt , also in der Nebensaison nicht nutzbar, außer man ist gut abgehärtet. Das WLAN brach leider immer wieder ab 😕. Schade ich hätte es höher bewertet , wenn vielleicht ein Rabatt vorgeschlagen wäre.

Room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower. The balcony looked onto a grotty lane with loads of rubbish. Some of the staff are a bit grumpy. Some of the newer hotels In the area look a bit better.

Rick (10/5): Geweldig personeel! - Complimenten voor de gastheer, en het complete personeel! Dit is zoals het hoort! Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en niks teveel! Prachtig goed onderhouden zwembad, privé parking, strandbedjes en schoon! Kamers ruim, douche geweldig en goede bedden! Lees veel negatieve reacties over het ontbijt,maar dat is gewoon goed! Tosti, eieren, salade, donuts.. En verse jus de Orange! Prima! Oja, en het beste restaurant op de boulevard voor lunch en diner ♥️ Aanrader! Het hotel zelf is dik in orde! De omgeving één grote bouwput (net als overal langs de kust) Geen last van de werkzaamheden.

Ljupco (10/5): Ovde mi e sekogas ubavo! - Lokacijata e izvonredna.Pojadokot e mnogu dobar.Ednostavno,se funkcionira super.Ovde prestojuvavme pred nekolku dena(tri noki) i sigurno povtorno ke se vratime.Ednostavno odkako ke si otidete,mestoto vi nedostasuva. Zasega,nema nesto sto ne mi se dopaga.
Eva (8/5): - Jag gillade närheten till havet, att personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Byten av handdukarna varje dag, det uppskattade jag mycket. Vi önskade fler kuddar och täcken, de dök upp på direkten. Överhuvudtaget så var alla våra önskemål tillgodosedda direkt. Jag hade uppskattat möjligheter att hänga upp och lägga in våra kläder i en riktig garderob, inte bara klädställningen.

Arben (10/5): - „Wir haben 3 Nächte mit Frühstück im Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein und das Restaurant hat uns kulinarisch begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service. Der Chef persönlich sehr freundlich. Genau so die Mitarbeiter hervorzuheben ist die "Dallendyshe"! Die gesamte Anlage ist idyllisch gelegen und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“ War alles gut!
