• Kat (10/5): Calm and quiet - Awesome customer service. They made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me a ride to pick up a delayed bag. The hotel is an island of calm and peacefulness while only minutes from the airport Like most accommodation, they charge in euro so the local currency gets rounded up to 100lek equals 1euro.

Une personne est venu nous chercher et nous attendais avec une pancarte lors de notre sortie, personne très sympathique. Logement très très propre (neuf) nous avions demandé une touche romantique et nous n’avons pas été déçus, le personnel très très impliqué et disponible sur whatsapp. J’ai même pu organiser ma location de véhicule avec la personne de l’hôtel. Une adresse que je recommande à tous les voyageurs.

• Evert Maarten de Jong (9/5): - Toen we 's avonds gingen inchecken, moest ik de huurauto bij het vliegveld nog terugbrengen. Toen ik de auto had ingeleverd werd ik na 1 telefoontje door het hotel opgehaald. En vervolgens werden we midden in de nacht weer naar het vliegveld gebracht.

L'accueil a été très très sympathique et j'ai pu obtenir un transfert gratuit à l'aéroport de très bonne heure le matin. Il y a un restaurant à proximité à 30 m. Le prix est nettement plus élevé que ce que j'ai trouvé ailleurs en Albanie mais la proximité de l'aéroport en explique la raison.

• Charlotte (9/5): Nice place if you just need a room near the airport. Great price! - This hotel was very clean and modern looking and the staff is very nice. It is near the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport. It seems a bit remote because there are few services around It. They do not offer breakfast and there is only one restaurant nearby (which also has rooms). The airport noise is significant but we knew we were staying near the airport so I can't complain about that.

• Saranjit Arora (10/5): Exceptional gem near the airport - The hotel is spotless, very well furnished and comfortable with a good mattress and pillows. The service is frankly, exceptional. It's one thing to read about it, but quite another to experience it. The hotel owner/manager Mr Cupani writes personally and takes care of every small detail. His worker Mr Koli is so friendly and helpful and drove us to the airport at 7am the next day and got us there by 7.04am. I asked for some some milk for the tea, the night before but there wasn't any. So Koli offered to drive me to a shop at the airport to buy some. Our need wasn't so great, so we left it - but the offer of service was so overwhelming. It just doesn't happen anywhere else. Another example is that our room was way too sprayed for fragrance. They offered to change our room without us even complaining or asking - they just noted us sniffing. We just opened our windows and an hour later it was fine.. :-) No shops around, the restaurant nearby is basic. Ideally there should be powdered milk in the room, as there was a Nespresso machine with two coffee pods! But these are small things..

• Karim (10/5): Excellente étape avant de partir très tôt le matin - L'hôtel est vraiment très propre, moderne, et la chambre pour toutes les commodités nécessaires comme des produits de toilette, sèche cheveux, machine à café expresso ou bouteille d'eau. Climatisation, endroit calme, vu sur un jardin dégagé. L'hôtel est confortable et a pleinement répondu à nos besoins pour une nuit. À proximité il y a quelques cafés, snack rapide, superette, restaurants et station essence. L'établissement n'est pas très grand c'est vraiment parfait car l'endroit est vraiment très calme. Le staff est super sympa, Koli nous a accueilli et nous a amené le matin à 4h à l'aéroport, la navette est offerte par l'établissement. Enfin la communication par WhatsApp la veille avec le responsable Genti a été fluide et efficace. C'est parfait. L'hôtel n'a aucun point négatif. L'établissement est situé à environ 15 minutes de marche de l'aéroport, attention cependant à la route, même si c'est une route droite il faut parfois traverser car il n'y a pas de trottoir mais cela se fait sans problème. Éviter si vous avez une poussette ou de grosses valises, c'est vraiment pas pratique à pied. Cependant n'hésitez pas à contacter l'hôtel ils peuvent peut-être vous proposer un service de prise en charge à l'aéroport, en tout cas pour le retour dans l'autre sens c'était le cas et c'était inclus donc vraiment aucun. Négatif.
• Jessy (10/5): Fantastic customer service 🩷 - We arrived at 00:35 in Tiranë and were still picked up without any issues. I had contacted the general manager the night before our arrival, and he took great care of absolutely everything, even though he was on holiday himself. The rooms were very modern, clean, and serene – everything felt brand new. There was even an empty fridge at the reception where we could store our food overnight. Cool drinks and snacks were also available. Just keep in mind that there’s no breakfast at the hotel and no nearby coffee place. It’s the perfect place if you have a layover or arrive late at night or leave early in the morning. We would definitely book it again. Everything was great!
