• Julie Shaw (10/5): - We love the Chicago Hotel and its staff. THE Location for us is great as its in a quite part and just walk in to the main busy part. Near lots of nice restaurants and bars. The room is very comfortable, nice sea view balcony, double comfy bed, hot water shower. . The family are lovely and very helpful this is our 2nd stay here. We love it and hope to be back 😊excellent value for money. We walked to leksuri Castle and the Monastery of 40 Saints worth going to see from there. N/A

The hotel is within walking distance of markets, beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. A bus to Ksamil passes right in front, and in just a 2-minute walk you can reach Lost Seaside. The location is perfect. The owners are full of joy and truly amazing. Everything was spotless. Thank you so much!

• Aneta (9/5): - Skvělý rodinný hotel, majitel byl milý, vstřícný, poradil se vším co jsme potřebovali, půjčil nám slunečník😉. Pokoje malé, ale čisté. Snídaně připravovaná s láskou, vše čerstvé. Skvělé palačinky a pistaciové croissanty. V noci byl poměrně hluk z ulice do brzkých ranních hodin, tak si raději zavřete okna a dejte si klimatizaci 😀

• Oleksii (10/5): Excellent - Hotel Chicago in Saranda was a great stay! The rooms are clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There’s parking available, and the view from the room is amazing. The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to the city beaches, with bus stops nearby for easy trips to Saranda and Ksamil. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Inizialmente il proprietario aveva comunicato una possibile cancellazione della prenotazione per un presunto problema idraulico, che fortunatamente si è risolto il giorno del nostro arrivo. Da quel momento tutto è stato perfetto: l’hotel è pulitissimo, le camere sono essenziali ma funzionali, con letti e guanciali comodi. Il bagno è ristrutturato e dotato di vetro separatore per la doccia, una soluzione molto apprezzata. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Un’esperienza più che soddisfacente. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile, ci si sentiva come a casa.

• Sílvia (9/5): Ótima estadia com um preço justo - Fomos muito bem recebidos. Todos os membros do staff foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. A Emi é uma jovem encantadora com a sua simpatia e disponibilidade, que nos alegrou o pequeno-almoço (Thanks, sweet Emi!). O quarto, embora pequeno, era muito confortável, com uma varanda muito agradável e vista para o mar. O pequeno-almoço era bom, com variedade de produtos. Tem estacionamento próprio gratuito, o que foi muito importante num local onde o trânsito é algo caótico e o estacionamento muito difícil. A localização é muito boa, perto da praia mas já afastada das zonas mais agitadas. Repetiria, sem dúvida! Apenas no quarto de banho faltava algum espaço para colocar objetos pessoais, e a proteção do duche não era suficiente, havendo sempre alguma água no chão, mas nada de grave!

• Flavius Burbulea (9/5): Great views in a fairly central location. - Beautiful Seaview, great breakfast, parking on site. You're about a 15 min walk from the center of the boardwalk. Decent places to eat around. Can be quite loud at night with traffic and motorcycles revving their engines or even fireworks after midnight. The Internet doesn't have a good signal in the room and no signal at all on the balcony.

• Marta (2/5): Sarandë is highly recommended!!!!! - Good location for the best coffee shop If you’re planning to stay for just 1–2 nights, this hotel can be a good, budget-friendly option. However, I would not recommend it for longer stays (more than 5 days), as it becomes quite uncomfortable. The main issue is the bed — the mattress is very old and extremely uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. After a few nights, I experienced significant back and body pain. I strongly suggest that the owner consider replacing the mattresses. Another problem is the fridge in the room. It’s very old and makes a loud noise, especially during the night, which adds to the difficulty of sleeping. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. On the positive side, the owners are truly kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated during my stay. The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the public beach and promenade, which is manageable but not ideal if you’re looking for easy beach access. Next time, I’ll choose a hotel with direct access to the sea and sunbeds included, as renting a sunbed costs around €20 per day unless you’re staying at a hotel that provides them. Unfortunately, due to the discomfort and noise, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

• fabio andrea (10/5): - Spettacolare vista mare su Corfù e il porto di Saranda da uno spazioso balcone, arredato con tavolino, seggiole e stendino, da cui poter fare bellissime colazione e aperitivi. Camera moderna, silenziosa, pulita con portafinestra e pensata per il risparmio energetico, con il condizionatore che si spegne autonomamente con l'apertura della portafinestra. La struttura si trova lontana dal traffico e dai rumori della movida, ma il lungo mare è facilmente raggiungibile a 20m a piedi, possibilità di servizio taxi nelle vicinanze. Le botteghe, i supermercati e i ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La struttura dà la possibilità di posto auto è dotata di ascensore ed è gestita a livello familiare. I componenti dello staff sono molto gentili, accoglienti e attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti.

Posizione comoda per alcune strutture sul mare, per il lungomare di Saranda sono z20 minuti a piedi per me comodi. A me non dava fastidio, però se qualcuno ha problemi per dormire c’è un po’ di casino nelle sere d’estate a causa di un ristorante lì vicino che mette musica nella notte.

• Arber (10/5): Top Hotel - Fantastisch verblijf bij Hotel Chicago – Budgetvriendelijk en super gastvrij! Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Hotel Chicago! Het is een budgetvriendelijk hotel, maar daar merk je niks van in de kwaliteit van de service en het comfort. Alles was hygiënisch perfect in orde – de kamer was schoon, fris en netjes onderhouden. Het bed lag comfortabel, en ik had alles wat ik nodig had voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wat echt opviel was de vriendelijkheid van de hosts. Ze vroegen elke dag hoe het ging en of ze ergens mee konden helpen. Je voelt je echt welkom en gewaardeerd als gast. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar met een glimlach en goede tips over de omgeving. Kortom: een topervaring voor wie op zoek is naar een betaalbaar, schoon en gastvrij hotel. Ik kom hier zeker terug! Helemaal niks! Alles was naar verwachting en zelfs beter dan ik had gehoopt. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betaalbare, schone en gastvrije plek om te verblijven. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug!

• Elena (9/5): - Small and cozy hotel located very central and it is close to the beach and the main promenade. The beach club "Lost" is just in front of it. The rooms are spacious with the balconies. You have everything you need in the rooms which is great value for the price you pay. The owners are very lovely and helpful people. I recommend the place!

• Alia (8/5): Simple and comfortable stay in a nice location. - It’s a family owned/operated hotel so very simple and authentic nothing fancy. I loved the location as it was walking distance from the main promenade of Sarande, and no uphill walking required, but at the same time it was quiet and you can see the sea from the window. The hotel also looks like it was newly renovated so the bathroom was nice, and there’s an elevator. Nothing really bad, but would be nice to have some small kettle and means to make drinks in the room.

Great beach clubs right across the road. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and bathrooms modern. The hotel staff are all friendly and kind. Breakfast was good.

• Rosita (10/5): - Personale gentile e accogliente, camera pulita con terrazzo spazioso vista mare, hotel con possibilità di parcheggio e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge di Saranda tranquillamente a piedi
• Lisa (5/5): - Tutto lo staff gentilissimo ed accogliente, cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni Per 3 giorni su 6 abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda per problemi di pressione alle tubature, non hanno mai pulito il lavandino e il piatto doccia. Svuotano l'unico cestino presente solo quando è pieno.

• celine (9/5): 2 nuits au calme et au frais avec un choix varié de restaurants à proximité - Gérants fort sympathiques et très accueillants, ambiance familiale, hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner varié (mention spéciale pour le riz au lait et beignets maison :) ), 2 parking privés, petit balcon au 4eme étage avec vue sur mer appréciée, étendoir sur balcon, au calme malgré le bruit dans la rue en contrebas. Je regrette de ne pas avoir testé la plage 'la petite beach' à proximité.
