Sarah (5/5): Der Aufenthalt wurde durch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal positiv geprägt, war jedoch durch den reduzier - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Man wurde bei allen Anliegen sofort unterstützt. Trotz eingeschränktem Betrieb haben sich alle Mitarbeiter große Mühe gegeben, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung! Laut Booking sollte das Hotel regulär geöffnet sein, inklusive Spa-Bereich. Kurz nach der Buchung wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass in der Nebensaison nur eingeschränkte Leistungen verfügbar sind. Auf meine Anfrage erfolgte keine Reaktion, und eine Stornierung (vor Ort) war nicht möglich. Nach Rücksprache wurde die Sauna teilweise geöffnet (kein Dampfbad). Der Hotelbetrieb ist stark reduziert – Frühstück normal, Abendessen nur auf Anfrage, keine Bar. Sehr kritisch ist die im Saunabereich angebrachte Kamera, die auf die Sauna gerichtet ist. Das hat ein deutliches Gefühl von Unwohlsein hinterlassen und sollte aus Gründen der Privatsphäre dringend überprüft werden.

SARIT (9/5): - הגענו לפה לילה אחד מחוץ לעונה. דיל במחיר טוב. היו רק 5 חדרים נוספים עם אנשים. שאר המלון ריק בצורה מוזרה. אבל לנו זה היה מעולה, שקט, רגוע, קיבלנו שרות מיידי וטוב. שדרגנו לנו את החדר לחדר עם נוף לים בקומה 3. סאונה טובה אומם קטנה אבל מושלמת. המלון נקי, חדש. הספא לוקה בחסר, לא הכל עבד. לא היה ממש שרות/מגבות. בגלל שזה מחוץ לעונה יש פה צוות מצומצם וזה מורגש. מאמין כשיש פה הרבה אנשים, יהיה קצת רועש בגלל אקוסטיקה בעייתית.

Begum (5/5): Beklenti içinde gidilmemeli - Bardan aldığımız her bira için her seferinde servis ücreti alınması çok saçmaydı. Kapak açtığı için para ödemek de neyin nesi? Buggy çağırmamıza rağmen taksi gönderdiler 1 km için 10 Euro verdik. Check out saatinde kapı bozuldu 1 saate yakın eşyalarımızı almayı bekledik ve önceden ödediğimiz tekne turumuzu kaçırdık. Spası olduğu için tercih etmiştik buhar odası çalışmıyordu masaj için kimseyi bulamadık. Beklentilerimiz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bütün çalışanlara teşekkürler ordan oraya koşturdukları için. Umarım her defasında aldıkları servis ücretleri onlara tip olarak dönüyordur

Sonnenliegen am Pool und Strand sowie die Sitzpolster im Restaurant voll mit Flecken, was wirklich nicht einladen ist. Sehr hellhörig. Kleine Auswahl an Frühstück. Irma (6/5): We had a good time, but the price is not worth this hotel. - I liked the hotel beach beds, you don't have to worry if there is a place for you to relax on the beach, it's always there, plus there is a bar there too. I don't understand the comments about the reception, the lady helped us really well and was very kind. The pool is nice and towels are available at the reception. It's located near the beach, but you have to walk down a very busy road to get there (20 min or so) or take the shuttle as mentioned in other reviews. We were lucky that we didn't have to wait to long, but this could take up a lot of time. The rooms are tiny! The floor in the restaurant is dirty! Hairs on the chairs and the floor everywhere, ugh! One girl at the restaurant didn't speak English, she walked away when I asked her a question instead of getting one of her colleagues to help me, very rude.

Joana (7/5): - Localização boa. Piscina boa. Tem shuttle para a praia por 1€ por pessoa (por cada viagem). Têm praia privativa e os hóspedes têm direito a 2 espreguiçadeiras e 1 chapéu. A praia é muito bonita. Desorganização muito grande. Deram-nos 1 quarto colado à piscina quando tínhamos reservado e pago vista mar. Reclamámos, e deram-nos outro quarto mas quando abrimos a porta, estava com roupa e itens pessoais de alguém. Voltei a reclamar e decidiram dar-nos a "suite". Para além disso, espaço do peq almoço é muito pequeno para o número de hóspedes que o hotel tem e o peq almoço em si é muito fraco

Dan (9/5): One night in Dhermi - Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is great and relatively rich. They offer transfer service to the beach/promenade area. The location is far from the main issue of the village, and if you want to use their transport service after 19, for dinner as an example, the price of this service increase dramaticly. You can always take your car and to pay around 5 € for parking. For some reason, they didn't have butter in breakfast (only margarine, which is less healthy and very 80's)

Marc (1/5): Shocking - Nothing Rude staff - went to the bar to get a drink and had to find the 3 staff members in the corner together. When they saw me they gave me a look, I asked for 2 glasses of wine and handed over the money. The older skinny worker refused to take my money due to damage (there was nothing wrong with it) and refused to give the wine. I then left the bar and pool area and went to use one of their vending machines and the money worked (surprise surprise). Hotel is a long way out from the beach on a dangerous footpath in the evening, too expensive and more children than adults. Wouldn’t recommend.

Demet (8/5): - Personeel en eten was geweldig. Mooi nieuw hotel met schöne faciliteiten. Te weinig bedden bij jet zwembad en handdoekjes gasten. Als je geen auro hebt is lopen naar het centrum gevaarlijk. Hotel heeft een buggy service die is in de avond wel 10 euro en ben je weer afhankelijk.

Teuta (4/5): Zu teuer für den Service der uns geboten wurde - Personal sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Haben immer diskutiert anstatt eine Lösung vorzuschlagen, immer ausreden.
Matthew (6/5): Over priced for peak season but all round reasonable stay - Great location and shuttle service as well as the view from the bar terrace. The room had a great view of the pool and mountains. The hotel also has a dedicated private beach (albeit accessed via shuttle) which was highly convenient. We were disappointed to find the entire hotel packed out with kids and families, albeit we did go in high season. We wish there had been some feedback on the hotel being widely used by families with young kids. There was not enough sun lounges or space in the pool to accommodate the guests. We were also really disappointed with how minimal the gym was as there were only a few pieces of equipment.

Michelle (10/5): Great. - New and beautiful hotel. Clean, nice staff. The dining room was beautiful, with amazing views of the beach. the food was good at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening, We only stayed one night but it was great Nothing
Dubost (5/5): - Belle piscine Personne à l'accueil agréable beaucoup moins au bar. Literie confortable et belle vue . Pour 4 étoiles l'hôtel ne correspond pas au standing à notre premier passage nous avions été quelque peu déçu mais ça restait convenable le second je suis très mécontent. Personne pour aider à porter les bagages à l'arrivée ce qui est normalement un du en hôtel 4 étoile. Rideau mal fixer serviette habimé... Pas de tapis de bain ni peignoir ni chausson seulement des serviettes. Rien dans le mini bar . Parlons de la douche réparations à la colle ni fait ni a faire qui pour certaine ne tienne même pas le temps de l'utilisation . L'eau un coup chaud un coup froid jamais a la bonne température. Le bar extérieur j'ai dû arriver lors d'une dispute du personnel j'ai demander trois fois une boisson différente successivement on m'a annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus cela au bar . De plus le personne avait été très désagréable et m'a a fait attendre longtemps. Avec ma conjointe nous avons donc décidé d'abandonner . En somme bonne impression sur le premier passage bien que la chambre ne correspond pas au standing à 4 étoiles moins bonne impression pour le second . Ca ne vaut pas 4 étoiles pour la prestation des chambre.

Brunilda (2/5): Avoid - The view I don’t like the food: and they charged us money to send us to the beach which was 45min by walk:it’s not locales by the beach/ charge is 1€pp.only one night the food was ok and then its was cold and microwaved.breakfast was basic and coffee was disgusted.every morning he was asking us what room we were:ffs buy bracelet and put it on our wrist.With £ it was 1445 astonishingly she charged me 1700€which doesn’t add to exchange rate. Avoid this hotel:total lie

Dubost (8/5): - L'hôtel était très confortable la vue du restaurant est magnifique. Le restaurant est très bon. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable. La vue de la chambre et bien cependant nous avons réservé une chambre vue mer pour voir la mer il faut se pencher du balcon. Pour un 4 étoiles il n'y a pas tous les équipements que l'on s'attend à avoir. Il n'y a pas de peignoir pas de tapis de bain. Le matériel pour étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain était cassé mis dans un coin non réparé et non enlevé. Cependant majoritairement ça reste très correct.

Nikola (10/5): - The room was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you might possibly need. We only stayed one night and were given a room with a jacuzzi “just because”. Staff were very helpful and proactive in providing information. We arrived 3 hours before check in and the room wasn’t ready yet, but they let us leave the car in their parking lot and use the hotel facilities for the evening while we waited for our room. A special thanks goes to the restaurant staff who were just incredible and did everything in their power to make us happy - from late night snacks to in-room breakfast delivery.

Yamina (9/5): Très bien ! - L’hôtel était très bien, propre et agréable, avec un personnel à la réception vraiment professionnel et accueillant. En revanche, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec un serveur au petit déjeuner. Il a jeté par erreur l’aligneur dentaire de ma fille, que nous avions laissé brièvement sur la table. il n’a montré aucune volonté d’aider, nous disant simplement que c’était “trop tard” et qu’il était déjà à la poubelle. Aucun effort, aucun geste, aucun respect — c’est vraiment dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau. Sinon, l’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la plage, mais il y a des navettes à 1€, ce qui est très pratique. Pour aller en ville ou à la plage le soir, le taxi coûte environ 10€ (6–7 minutes), ou 20 minutes à pied. Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais cet incident a été très décevant.

Hasi (10/5): - Got to say, best Hotel and professional STAFF. They make you feel like home. Went here the first time, had a great time. Second time got my family to go there and still was the same experience. Now i feel like family and thats my go to place. Thank you very much guys!!
ARSIM (7/5): Come back again…. - The distance to the beach is something what disturbs; it’s reachable but you pay for it.
