- Mary Luz (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Yuna Apart Hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, which was super practical, and the location was excellent just a 15–20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Getting around was also convenient: an Uber from Orly Airport cost €39, and from the Eiffel Tower it was only €15. There’s also a lovely bakery almost next door, which was a great bonus. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Some guests mentioned about the basket gift but we didn’t get that. I wish cleaning service was at least every other day instead just once in the middle of our week stay there. Staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Planning to be back.

Went to Paris with my wife, we had a great time, the city is wonderful and the Yuna aparthotel added to the overall experience. I find not a single remark with Yuna and I rate it 10/10.

Beautiful building, great amenities, and it's close enough to walk to a lot the main attractions - Arc de'triomph, Champs-Elysee' etc but in a quiet residential area with bakeries, restaurants and grocers just footsteps away. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Gabriel was amazing! He helped with everything from directions to places to dine. Moses was also great! Had a small problem with my refrigerator and he came up and fixed it in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

- janak623 (10/5): Lovely Aparthotel in a Central Yet Quiet Parisian Neighborhood - This was our second stay at Yuna Porte-Maillot. We really love this apartment-hotel. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so you really feel like you are integrating with the locals and not being - you know - a tourist. We rode Bolt from the CDG airport, and it was less than 30 euros; the rest of the trip we walked (~3 min) to a nearby Metro stop. We got the breakfast basket each morning, and it had a lot of fresh breads and pastries, honey, jam, cheese, juice, tea and coffee pods - perhaps more than we could eat. The apartments are very stylish, super clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the large windows to the street so we could observe the people go about their business. Some days we didn't use the train and walked to Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe or Champs-Élysées. There are several awesome restaurants and little coffee shops to visit, within a walking distance, including several grocery stores and a pharmacy. We really loved the nearby brasserie "Le Franc Tireur"; there is a cat on premises and she basically runs the place. Her name is Duchess. We will surely be back (again), to rest at Yuna and give Duchess some more pets.

Location has nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Minor issues with shower door not closing fully and bathroom tap splashing water outside the basin. - Isaiah61 (10/5): A delightful roomy unit with great facilities and near a Metro. - We were delighted with this roomy and well equipped one bedroom apartment in a leafy green, peaceful neighbourhood of Paris. It was our place of calm for four nights, after the busyness of the city. Access to the Metro was easy as the apartment building was only about 5 minutes walk from the Louise Michel station, which meant we could get anywhere in Paris quite easily. We really appreciated the kitchen with its oven top, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge! Another bonus was the free hot chocolate available in the foyer. The soundproofing of the room was excellent, and the nearby bakeries, greengrocers, and supermarkets were very welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Paris for more than two days. It really felt like a home away from home.

The closest metro station is 5 minutes away by walk which is nice, but it’s not the best line to sightsee in Paris. Line 1 which is a better line for sightseeing was a 15 minute walk away from the unit. The area in which it’s located is a quiet Parisian neighborhood with local restaurants and Boulangeries, etc, not touristy at all, which is nice. I loved this unit and would stay there again, but I feel it would be better for a longer stay. If I did a shorter stay I’d prefer to stay in an area on a better Metro line for sightseeing. But it was still a wonderful stay, just required some extra transfers on the metro to get to some of the sights.

Quality services, with kind, empathetic staff, who come to meet the tourist. Very communicative, open, welcoming. The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro and in a quiet and safe area. Very close to a supermarket, boulangerie, fruit and vegetable shop. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with terraces facing the city and inner courtyard. I liked the convenient online check-in and check-out system. Accommodation starts at 15.00. At the reception, the coffee is free, very good. At the reception we were offered madeleines. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage safely and go on a city tour. Upon return, the room was ready, easy access with a code. Safe, comfortable hotel. Slightly higher price, but increased comfort. Highly recommend. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to friends.

We ordered breakfast as well, it was great, served in a basket. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is also a bug plus. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

We were able to walk to the arc de triomphe easily but used the subway the most to get around. This apartment/hotel was mores spacious than we were expecting and was very comfortable. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower!

It is a very tech-forward hotel, but staff was still available on site to assist with questions we had at check out. Secure and spacious lockers available (free) to hold baggage after check out. Eiffel Tower was visible from our room. We will be back!

- William (10/5): - Easy check in. I was able to check in a few hours earlier which was very nice of them. The room was very clean. Has everything you need except no slippers so be sure to bring your own or you can request a pair for a fee. Less than 5 min walk to the subway station. Three grocery stores nearby. There are French, Japanese and Chinese restaurants near the hotel. It does take 30-40 mins to get to the attractions but that means you get to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. No crowds!

- OnAir801822 (8/5): European Vacation - This hotel is very very nice but a little pricey. We had a two bedroom premium suite. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, but the living room and kitchenette were small and a little cramped. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was about a 20 minute Uber ride to the Eifel Tower and Palace of Versailles. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, but be prepared to pay a little more for it.
- Junia (8/5): - Overall the stay at this hotel wasn’t bad. Room is nice and modern. The bathroom does have a little smell but overall clean and modern. The only thing i did not like is that i over slept and the representative at the hotel turn off all the lights in my room and rush me out. I did not have a chance to properly gather my things. For the price that i paid i don’t think a customer should be rush out of their room even if they’re a little late to check out. It’s not like i was staying there for free. I paid for my stay. They should be more kinder during check out.

The only thing I may suggest to change would be the laundry detergent offered on-site had very strong artificial fragrance, it would be nice to switch out to a different one with more natural based products.

- frommontreal2012 (10/5): Nice stay in Paris - It was nice experience that we stayed this apartment hotel. For location, it is a little far from city of Paris. (It takes about 30 minutes from Louvre by metro.) Near the metro station, you can find bakery, restaurants and supermarket that you need. We are 5 people and we rent a room 90m which was penthouse. We had 2 bedrooms and 1 showers, 2 toilets and 1 big balcony. Kitchen is contained Nespresso, oven and dish washers. Air conditioner works well. We can see tower Eiffel Tower partially. There are 2 washing machines and dryers downstairs. They have some lockers that keep our luggage before checking in. Rooms are very clean and new. I definitely recommend this apartment hotel.

- K6238FTceciliah (10/5): First class experience - Ok, this was by far the best apartment ever. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen/living room. First surprise was the large bathroom with a separate toilet. Perfect size, very clean and completely new. When I used the kitchen it was apparent it had never been used. Lots of glasses, cutlery, pots & pans and nespresso machine. Tv in all 3 rooms with separate wifi per room. Beds huge and very comfortable and extra pillows, blanket. The apartment could easily host 6, we were 4 people and liked our separate bedrooms, but if you are a family of 6 it would work well. Everything was so clean and pristine, heard no noice from the street apart from when we opened the windows fully. The back bedroom faced the inner yard so they could open windows with no sound at all. The staff answered questions 24/7 on whatsapp, all of them nice and friendly. Walking to most places works fine, we took taxis every once and a while but they are not pricey. Lot of lovely restaurants close by, boulangeri about 500 meters and closest grocery store 250 m. All in all, I have lived all over the world in apartment hotels, airbnb but this place is the very best ever. Would highly recommend it to any traveller. I will go back for sure on next trip. BTW, all photos on their homepage are exactly as the place is.
