- Amanda (4/5): - This property was listed as an "Executive Suite" with private facilities. It is a shared house with private bedrooms. Some bedrooms have an ensuite, some do not and you must enter the public living area to access a bathroom. The entrance, staircase, hallway, kitchen, living and laundry area are all shared spaces. There are 4-6 rooms in each unit, so you maybe sharing with 8 or more other guests. The doors on the bedrooms have 1" gaps from the hardwood floor, so when other guests are in the house bedrooms are noisy. If this listing was described as "Shared accommodation" I may not have been so utterly dismayed and unhappy. However, I also wouldn't have made the booking. All other guests who arrived during my week-long stay were thoroughly confused to find strangers in their "suite". The host was unsympathetic, claiming the listing was described as a shared house. I never saw this after much reviewing prior to booking. They wouldn't agree to any refund, even a partial one if I moved out for 5 of my 6 night stay. One day, she called me and said for an extra $50 per night I could be upgraded to a private studio with bedroom & kitchenette - what I thought I had booked to start with. I agreed. The next morning she called at 8:00am to inform me she'd made a mistake, the rooms was booked for another guest, and I must move out, back to a shared house. This listing should be taken down by Expedia.
- Brianna (4/5): - This property looked like a hotel and it wasn't. The description was unclear, didn't have easy access. Bathrooms were not in the actual room, they had to be shared. Overall very inconvenient for my technicians to stay there.
- Joshua (2/5): - The area is unsafe. And you have to drive through a really bad looking neighborhood. The parking is cramped. Unless you park in the middle of the 3. Good luck getting in or out. You need to go up stairs for the sitting area and another set of stairs to the room. Which they do not mention. They don’t have elevators. Staff is rude and not easy to get ahold off. They hang up on you, or turn their phone off so it goes straight to voicemail. Do yourself a favor Do not stay here. It’s small , cramped, in a bad looking neighborhood, parking is horrible. The people managing this place is horrible. Worse experience of my life.

The cost of parking at the property is additional to the cost for the night, however if you have a vehicle bigger than a small car it is difficult to park since the parking space is limited within the property. The night we rented the room we were received with no hot water running ONLY COLD water. Then the next morning, still ONLY COLD water and we had to shower with COLD water as we had an itinerary set for the day and needed to get going. We hoped for the best with our health since the water was FREEZING COLD. The property owner got someone to come check the water situation but they would not arrive until 11 am, which was the check out time. We were disappointed with the water situation.

- Julia (4/5): Caution, you will be tricked. - If you like dorm life this is for you. You get a bedroom without: TV, Refrigerator, microwave. Those are in the common room for all guests to share. They do not service the rooms with new towels so I had the same towel for a 5 day stay. The parking is a pre pay or they threaten you will not have a space. A ton of codes to get anywhere on the property. The parking space is tiny! I luckily had a smaller car and still had to make a 1000 point turn around to get in and out each time.

The communication with the host was not the greatest as I had to call and text AFTER my check in time to receive instructions which were incorrect and had to be corrected after trail and error. No accommodations could be made with early check in or late check out. The cleaning people will show up exactly at 11am and knock on your door. Very minimal privacy as the doors have a good sized gap underneath allowing anything to be heard and the shared spaced was constantly being used. You have to leave the bedroom to enter the bathroom which is uncomfortable to do in front of new strangers every time especially after a shower. Parking is extremely tight. The location is convenient as stores are nearby and Hollywood isn't far but unfortunately will not be staying here again. It was a stressful experience between constantly dealing with loud noise from other guests and lack of privacy.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Walls are paper thin. Woken up multiple times for friends of other guest even though states no parties. Door code was changed half way through the stay without acknowledgement and had to ring to access property after being locked out!!

- Milli (4/5): - The room its self is nice, pretty spacious. It is a room inside a house. The cons were that the kitchen had no Utensils to cook or silverware but had pots and pans. The other one is that we ran out of toilet paper and I messaged Anthony and he said there wasn’t extra and that the cleaning lady would give it to us the following day but the following day we were checking out, so no point of needing anymore. We ended up having to DoorDash some.

- Aaron (2/5): Do Not Stay Here - Neither the establishment nor Hotels.com provided me with instructions on how to get into the location. It is not a hotel, it is a house which I did not know when I was booking. They did not have a number listed. My friends and I had no way to enter the establishment. We had to book another room at a real hotel. Hours after we reached out to the establishment, they sent us the check-in directions. Now, the establishment is refusing to provide me with a refund even though they made a mistake. Do Not stay here; it is a scam.

- Vera (4/5): - Pro: The neighborhood is convenient, close to k-town. Con: The place is not clean, ants and flies everywhere. The wall has zero sound proof, you can literally hear every single step around, every talk from your neighbor room, every single shower and toilet flush from upstairs.

- Sean (8/5): July Stay - Great looking place inside and out, very spacious and modern/updated. Great and convenient neighborhood. Listing could be a little more clear about amenities and the overall property (common areas of home shared among guests, driveway parking available). Host could’ve been a little more communicative throughout stay. Housekeeping staff very polite and helpful.
